Overall rating very good. Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. House very clean. Mattresses on the soft side for the adults. Road traffic very loud until 11-12pm. Would rent again.

This house was a fantastic place to stay! Had everything we could have ever needed if we forgot something! Perfect back patio with the hot tub and fire pit, along with a blackstone and a dining table outside as well. The house provided plenty of bath towels AND beach towels for the hot tub or for a boat rental which was what we did. The kitchen island fit all of the kids as well as adults! All around a great stay and will certainly return!

Very well maintained and stocked. Variety of games to occupy our gang ages 4And up. Hot tub in back was wonderful and private. Plenty of towels and linens. Lots of steps but was fine for us. Anyone with limited mobility should consider.

We had a great stay and lots of room.
The house had lots of extras such as towels, cooking items, and games. We enjoyed the camp fire and hot tub. Short driving distance to Raystown Lake Resort and camp store. We will stay again.

Amazing
4 couples enjoyed a long weekend together in this home. The host is easy and quick to communicate with. The home is beautiful and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. This home was well stocked with everything we needed and the host left extra little things to use for celebrating July 4th.
We made meals in the spacious kitchen and grilled outside. The hot tub and patio was enjoyable in the evening while just relaxing after full days on the lake. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Thanks

Everything was fantastic! House is well stocked with everything you would need .The interior is updated with a modern farmhouse feel . Hot tub was great for soaking in after a day on the lake which was close by . Definitely coming back!

This was an absolutely lovely property that was perfect for a family long weekend gathering. Place was exactly as advertised- indoor finishes were top notch, comfortable beds, and an outdoor area with several seating spaces. Hot tub was clean and ready to use. Location was perfect, only a few minutes from Lake Raystown resort. Only comments were that the bedrooms facing the road could have had blinds installed as there were no curtains, but just sheers. Also, the outside couches had dog hair all over them- it was only a problem for one of our party with dog allergies, and there were plenty of other places to sit! We are definitely considering renting this place again- and
would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone !!!

We had a bunch of family here for my son's graduation.
We booked because it was far cheaper than multiple hotel rooms. That being said, it ended up a WAY better option!
The house is perfect. It's the best outfitted house I've ever rented. They thought of things we didn't even know we might need.
All told, I cannot recommend the rental enough.

There is a fire pit stocked with firewood, roasting sticks, games, puzzles. Coming from an overcrowded area, this was a beautiful escape to a beautiful home. I didn't want to leave - it was the best pause button ever. We did a very short hike (0.4 mi round trip) at Balanced Rock nearby which has a suspension bridge, waterfall and gravity defying balanced rock so lots of nature payoff for minimal work. Thanks to the owner's for sharing their oasis!

Everything about the house is lovely. It is clean, beds are comfy, kitchen is well appointed for cooking, the hot tub was perfect. There is a fire pit stocked with firewood, roasting sticks, games, puzzles. Coming from an overcrowded area, this was a beautiful escape to a beautiful home. The home is gorgeous inside and out with great hardscaping in the the backyard connecting the hot tub and fire pit, both of which we used heavily. The owner had an ample stock of split hardwood by the fire pit as well as an outdoor fire oven which we also used to make wood fired pizza. Our kids (17, 15 and 11) spent half the weekend in the hot tub but also did some sledding in the snow covered yard. We did a hike to Hawks overlook and also toured Lincoln Caverns and Whisper Rock. The driveway and hardscaping were cleared of snow before our arrival and fresh roses were in the kitchen for Valentines Day. The owner was very easy to communicate with and super helpful. This was just the relaxing getaway we were looking for. We would definitely consider renting this again and highly recommend it for families or groups of friends looking for a cool place to hang out together and relax!!!

You'll find that it's a beautiful place, with many high end touch surfaces, linens, and kitchen appliances.... Just enough original pieces to tastefully showcase the homes history, along with important items updated everywhere else. It's nicely situated in a quiet setting close to Raystown Lake. You will feel safe here... all the doors lock, all the entrances are well lit, including an area light in the driveway. There's ample outdoor seating in an upscale setting, that includes a firepit & well maintained hot tub. Look at the pictures... they are a true representation of what you'll find. Communication couldn't have been better. We truly felt the care and concern from the owner, through the entire process. If your still reading this, and the dates you want are still open... stop right now... book it before it gets away. We came with a small group of friends to get away for a long weekend. This was one of the best properties we have stayed at as it had everything we needed to be able to cook all of our meals. The firepit was awesome and stocked with wood which was awesome. We also made great use of the hottub. The owners were awesome and super responsive to all our questions (as we were coming off of a bad prior rental experience, so had lots of questions). I would definitely recommend this rental to others and am sure we'll be back to stay again at some point!

It's nicely situated in a quiet setting close to Raystown Lake. You will feel safe here... all the doors lock, all the entrances are well lit, including an area light in the driveway.
There's ample outdoor seating in an upscale setting, that includes a firepit & well maintained hot tub. Look at the pictures... they are a true representation of what you'll find.
Communication couldn't have been better. We truly felt the care and concern from the owner, through the entire process. If your still reading this, and the dates you want are still open... stop right now... book it before it gets away. This place has everything you need. Owner is very attentive and tries to make the experience as wonderful as possible. Need some curtains in the downstairs bedroom, but other than that we had an absolutely fantastic time! Couldn't have asked for anything more.

The house was amazing ! Very clean and comfortable and very accommodating. The decor was beautiful and the kitchen was amazing , it had everything we needed . The outdoor patio, fire pit and hot tub was a big hit with my group . I would definitely rent this again .

Very nice house that has been recently remodeled. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor patio is very nice and quiet. Hottub was a nice added bonus. We hope to be able to stay here again on our next trip to Raystown.

The house was amazing ! Very clean and comfortable and very accommodating. The decor was beautiful and the kitchen was amazing , it had everything we needed . The outdoor patio, fire pit and hot tub was a big hit with my group . I would definitely rent this again .
