The house was very clean and fully equipped. Worked out great for our multi generation family. Lots of toys for the kids and plenty of space for everyone. Nice quiet cove and close to grocery store. We made some great family memories!

Amazing stay! This is our groups third time coming to this lake house and it’s perfect for what we need! We love all of the water toys that it comes with and the hot tub is clutch! It was broken upon our arrival and they got their hot tub guy out the next day to fix it, we so appreciated the quick fix! We will definitely be coming back! Thanks so much!

Everything was just as listed and more. Very cute home and tastefully decorated. These owners think of all scenarios and had absolutely everything we needed. They had fishing supplies, firewood, s’mores basket, games, towels, and more. Everything was clearly labeled where to find items and the owner was easy to contact. He even recommended sites to see and gave us some fishing pointers! I highly recommend this house that has something for everyone. We had 10 people from our family meet there and we never felt crowded.

We booked this house for a weekend getaway. They had everything you needed for your stay. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms were well stocked. They provided beach towels for the hot tub. The game was a bonus. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

I've been going to the Ozarks for years, stayed at many places, this one is top notch. Extremely well-kept property, all of the amenities you would want at a lake house. Manager/contact was easy to work with, checked in periodically throughout the stay to see if we had needs. Overall, a truly wonderful stay.

Would definitely rent again.

We stayed the weekend of October 22-24, 2021 and from the moment we opened the door, the home exceeded our expectations. This home comfortably accommodated our family and friends who came to celebrate my wife's birthday, and everything was immaculate with many little extras to enjoy like games, a hot tub, kayaks, a fire pit with plenty of wood and smores provided. Also, the views of the lake from the home's three separate decks was beautiful. We recommend this home without reservations. Indeed, one of our guests booked it for a family event before the weekend was over.

We were a group of 8 adults (4 couples) and there was plenty of room to spread out if we wanted and plenty of common spaces for visiting. The cabin is charming and very comfortable and offered ample space for everyone to retreat to a quiet spot when needed. It’s a short walk down to the water and is situated in a quiet cove perfect for swimming and relaxing. The house was exceptionally clean and everything contained within worked as it should. The owners thought of every major detail and many minor details that made our stay successful. We would absolutely rent this place again and likely will next year. Communication with the owners was just the right amount of contact. Don’t hesitate to book the property. It’s more charming in person and we felt the images were already quite charming. Access to the property is easy. It’s secluded enough to feel removed but close enough to all amenities not to be an inconvenience. We are certain you’ll enjoy your stay. We really enjoyed the deck, spent most of our time out there. I am a 70+ senior and I did find the steps in the house a little challenging. Everyone enjoyed the boat dock, paddle boat, floating devices. This location is very quiet. Brady was very responsive and accommodating

The covered dock was a great place to hang out, with kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat, lots of floats & life jackets, lily pad, jumping platform.We played & relaxed in the water for hours. The driveway is steep, and stairs in the house are harder for elderly people. Brady was very responsive and very accommodating when I had a question. This house was perfect for our gathering of many different ages. I wish our stay was longer!

The Kitchen was very well stocked with lots of dishes & silverware, and the dock area was perfect for swimming and visiting under the cover of the roof over the dock. This is our second time coming to the Edgewater VRBO and we love it! The house is big enough for all of us to fit comfortably. The property has everything you need to have fun on the lake, paddle board, kayaks, paddle boat, fire pit with chairs, several decks for relaxing in the morning with coffee and not to mention the hot tub was a huge bonus! We love it here and highly recommend it!
