Outside, the kids can frolic in the full playground, equipped with an underground trampoline, swing set, climbing tires, and an open grassy play area. In the evenings, prepare something on your gas grill and dine together on one of the two decks while taking in beautiful sunsets and amazing views of the lake. This rental also includes a full, gourmet kitchen, a warming gas fireplace, and a foosball table for a little friendly competition. What's nearby: This quiet rental is located just two-and-a-half miles north of the marina. Visit Garden City four miles south for dining, shopping, and entertainment. And don't forget Bear Lake Raspberry Days held every August! You're also only 12 miles south of North Beach State Park featuring a large beach and swimming area. And if you're a skier, the Beaver Mountain Ski Area is a little over 16 miles southeast. Great place, big, close to the lake, good for kids and adults. Only drawback was way too few coffee cups, and a broken coffee maker. (the owners don't like coffee, but we do) We would certainly go again, and bring our own cups.

We had a great time in this house. The view is breathtaking. There was plenty of space for a group of 30. Lots of activities for kids. Kitchen had a lot of storage, beds were comfortable and the location was great.

We had our family for our annual trip and this was a wonderful home. Two full kitchens, two fridges, two washer/dryers. The driveway for toys is awesome, you can drive around the entire house. My husband loved that, made trailering the boat and toys easy. We would definitely stay here again. It was in a great location, close to garden city but far enough away to avoid all that traffic. Fantastic house!

The house was stocked with a bunch of stuff that made the stay much more comfortable. Seriously, this could have been the perfect, 5-star stay, if it weren’t for the cons.
Cons: There were some maintenance issues, including a safety issue (ceiling fan came loose and fell from the ceiling) that wasn’t resolved until after our check out time. The other, less serious maintenance issue wasn’t resolved at all, even though they told us that someone was coming “in the morning.” There were other maintenance issues we identified but didn’t even feel compelled to call because they basically ignored our other issues and we waited on hold for a while (up to 45 mins) each time. All of the cons could easily be resolved if they are taken seriously. But we were disappointed in their lack of care on these, especially regarding the safety issue because we didn’t have anybody go in that room so it limited our ability to enjoy the entire house.
Overall: I would recommend, as the home is incredible. But, I hope that the maintenance issues will all be resolved to do this home justice.

We loved having enough bedrooms for each family. We loved eating on the deck with a view of the lake. We would suggest putting the TV over the fireplace and putting the love seat in it’s place for better conversation

We had a large family group so this house was
Perfect. Plenty of bathrooms and beds for our crew. And the yard was amazing for all the kids.
2 kitchens were a plus.
The reason why we didn’t give it a five star rating was because we felt it was not as clean as it could have been. It was surface clean except but we felt like bathrooms needed to be cleaned better. Build up of dust on windows Sills that were next to beds. And the main fridge/freezer upstairs was not working right. Freezer not freezing and the fridge was not cold Contacted company and they brought us up some ice. Hope they get it fixed. Good thing there was a fridge/freezer down in basement kitchen. The light fixture In smaller bedroom didn’t work so they had no light source.
But despite those few things we enjoyed our stay very much. We would go back.

This house went above and beyond for my family's needs. We had a large group coming from different parts of the state and I was thrilled that there was plenty of parking. The yard was so perfect for our little children to play on the playground and jump on the trampoline. The house itself had plenty of beds and everything we needed to cook our meals. It was very clean and well maintained. And just so you know, the view from the house is amazing. Thanks for the perfect place for our stay!

It was also extremely helpful for the families staying there to have the second kitchen and two sets of washer and dryers.. Every bedroom had a bunk or two except the master and that room was very large with a sizable private bathroom with oversized shower and jetted tub.
The large yard and play area was well utilized by all ages.
My favorite feature were the incredible sunrises and unobstructed view of the beautiful Bear Lake. Five stars all the way!

Perfect Family Retreat
We invited all of our children and their children, a couple of our siblings, nieces and nephews and had a blast. Two large dining tables accommodated everyone for Thanksgiving dinner with a kitchen that had everything we needed plus a basement kitchen for preparing and cooking all the side dishes. It was also extremely helpful for the families staying there to have the second kitchen and two sets of washer and dryers.. Every bedroom had a bunk or two except the master and that room was very large with a sizable private bathroom with oversized shower and jetted tub.
The large yard and play area was well utilized by all ages.
My favorite feature were the incredible sunrises and unobstructed view of the beautiful Bear Lake. Five stars all the way!

Just don't go on a Saturday as the beach areas are jam packed with people. Additionally, we had our razor and ATV's and found some really nice riding trails just a few miles down the road which takes yiu into the mountains which was really beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed as was the entire house. All in all, we had a great time. It's a beautiful home. There were only a few minor issues that perhaps can be fixed.

Beautiful Bear Lake
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the lakehouse. This place is perfect for our large family. The bedrooms are set up for families, plenty of bathrooms for everyone, 2 full kitchens and living rooms. the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need if you love to cook like we do. The yard is amazing for kids. My grandkids love this place and look forward to coming back next year. The lake views are beautiful

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the lakehouse. This place is perfect for our large family. We had an incredible experience in this lake house! It was a family reunion and the space was perfect to comfortably sleep all of us. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room to eat and play games inside or outside. The yard had a really fun playground for all the kids and kids at heart. Breathtaking view from the deck of the lake!! We even had some young ones think they caught a glimpse of the Bear Lake monster😅. I appreciated the communication from the local team and how helpful and concerned they were about our experience. We want to come here again next year!! Only recommendation is to have a larger garbage can at the house. Definitely worth your time to check out this listing for your next family event!!

We had an incredible experience in this lake house! It was a family reunion and the space was perfect to comfortably sleep all of us. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room to eat and play games inside or outside. The yard had a really fun playground for all the kids and kids at heart. Breathtaking view from the deck of the lake!! We even had some young ones think they caught a glimpse of the Bear Lake monster😅. I appreciated the communication from the local team and how helpful and concerned they were about our experience. We want to come here again next year!! Only recommendation is to have a larger garbage can at the house. Definitely worth your time to check out this listing for your next family event!!

This place has such an amazing yard, that was the best part. We took a group of High School Seniors out here for a church retreat and it was the best. They played on the playground like they were kids again. Loved it.

During the second day of our stay we realized the washing machine upstairs in the property wasn’t working properly. We called to report the issue and have it fixed. We were told someone would call back within an hour. We never heard back about this issue.
On the second day/night of our stay we went to give our daughter a bath and realized that the hot water wasn’t working. When we called to have this fixed we were told we would get a call back within an hour. Instead it took over an hour to get a call back, and when we did get the call back the person on the phone complained to my husband that she was working overtime and told us we had to wait until the morning to have the hot water fixed.
When we were finally contacted the next morning (more than 12 hours from the initial call) about the hot water, my husband also brought up the washing machine to have that addressed. The repair man didn’t know anything about it but said he could look at that too. Thankfully the repair man was able to come out and address both the washing machine and hot water issue.
We also did not have access to a bedroom that we were supposed to have access to according to the listing. The room was locked and had a piece of tape on the door saying “under construction”. This was never communicated to us prior to arrival.
There was no trampoline or swings as the listing stated there would be. This was extremely disappointing as we had kids with us that wanted to play on these things. I let Vacasa know about all of the issues and they issued a refund of only $82.25 over a week after we were at the property. To have such a long list of problems and such poor communication a refund of $82.25 seems insufficient to resolve all of our concerns.
Outside of these problems, the views are amazing and spending time on the deck was our favorite activity.

So fun - so hot!
We loved our stay. The afternoon sun in the huge windows was really warm. To protect the view, there were no shades. With the AC running it remained very warm in the house until evening. There was so much room, kitchen was great, extra storage, etc.

Many possibilities but it fell short
When we arrived it was a lovely home with a terrific yard; however, at closer inspection it wasn’t what it seemed. The sheets hadn’t been washed - one bed had dried buggers, dog hair was everywhere, the home hadn’t been dusted in at least a month, dead flies and hornets throughout the home, and an infestation of earwigs. The cleanliness issues was pointed out on the first day of arrival and we received no response until we were checking out - they did refund us $500.
The a/c never worked and that was OK for the first couple of days but then the temperatures returned to seasonal averages and it became so hot that we had to open all the doors and windows, the problem is there are very few with screens so we had flies, hornets, moths, and other insects in the home - explains all the dead. Again, this was pointed out and no response until the day we were checking out.
The yard is so good. We had 9 grandchildren with us - all under the age of 11 - they loved it. We were there for a week and spent 4 days on the water and a day on ATVs, the other times were spent playing at the house and they loved it - tires to crawl, trampoline, swings - lots of play and imagination time for cousins. The yard is big enough to play ball games and the fire pit is a perfect way to end each day.

Our family loved our stay at the Lakehouse. We enjoyed being close to the town and lake but away enough to be private. My grandkids thought the playground was the best and were out there continuously. The older people loved the view of the lake and the kids! Everything in the house was perfect. We hope to return!

Bear lake beauty
This home was perfect for our large family. Endless lake views, plenty of things to do for the kids. All the rooms were very comfortable and so well laid out for large groups. Lots of games and activities for all ages. Will definitely rent this home again next year
