About this house rental
****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request. The beautiful 3 BR 2 BA home features a large living area where the family can gather while watching the big screen TV, playing some games, enjoying some meals together at home or just relaxing on the comfortable furniture. There is beautiful hard wood style flooring throughout the living space with carpeting in the bedrooms. The kitchen has brand new stainless-steel appliances and has everything you will need to prepare a meal. You'll also love the granite counter tops, tile back splash and the large island where friends and family can gather as the meal is being prepared. The bedrooms all have new beds/mattresses and have flat screen TVs for guest to enjoy. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk in shower! There are new washer and dryer for guest use. Outside, the large front patio is the perfect place to hang and enjoy a cocktail or relax in the cool summer breeze! Located in the wonderful community of Montego Bay, there is no shortage of fun activities for the family to enjoy. There are quiet streets for bike riding, parks for playing, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a pier for fishing, community pool and of course Ocean City's wonderful beaches. All these activities are just a short walk or bike ride away. The community is also strategically located to a supermarket, many great restaurants, mini-golf, movies and many other fun activities that Ocean City has to offer! No waiting in line for a key. * Sorry no pets allowed. * This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. * This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends. * Linen & Towels are included with rentals between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day. Outside that time frame there is a rental option. * The driveway will fit two vehicles. Additional street parking is also available. * Easy access to the beach * The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This home is on 139th street. * The outdoor pools are open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.) * We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods. Nicely updated house in quiet neighborhood. Pool was only 1 street over. Neighbors were all friendly. Raised ceilings made space seem larger. We didn't need it, but was nice to have washer and dryer there. Only thing that would make it better would be if linens and bath towels were provided.

The house is as exactly as the photos show. Lots of extras to use as far as cooking and cleaning products. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Able to drive or walk to restaurants and stores. Easy checkin. Outside patio to enjoy the outdoors. Comfy furniture and beds. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Wonderful experience staying on Clamshell Drive. The property was most importantly, clean!
In addition, there was plenty of room and it was very quiet. This was a bonus. When we had our own property in Ocean City, we always had to deal with tenants above us or below us. The attraction to this property was that it stood alone, which we hoped would translate into peace and quiet. I slept like a baby the whole week. We are already wanting to reserve for next year. Bravo to the owners and the property managers!

Property is fine; beware inaccurate charges for false claims
The property was fine for our needs. I would have liked more supplies in the kitchen as it was difficult to even make breakfast for a family. The pans were quite scratched and not in good condition. There was no scraper to be found. We had to purchase a few things to be able to make meals.
This is definitely a farther walk to the beach than we anticipated, but it is nice that the property sits back in and it's a perfect area for riding bike around the community.
My major complaint is that we were charged a ridiculous amount to replace a cheap mini blind in the laundry room because they said we broke a piece off. I messaged the property management company several times to adamantly deny this happened during our stay. Not only did it not happen during our stay, there is also no way the mini blinds cost what I was charged to replace them. This feels very much like a scam to me, so I would be cautious about renting from them. At the very least, be sure to take pics of everything prior to leaving. I wish I had done that, but I've never had a problem renting on VRBO before.

4th of July getaway
Rented this property for my family and my in laws for the 4th of July week. House was very clean, large, and very well equipped with everything we needed. There was a slight mix up in the beginning where I was given the wrong address, but Dave answered the phone right away and cleared up the minor mix up. Very nice neighborhood and we all enjoyed sitting out in the front porch. Would definitely recommend this property and would rebook.

The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. My only "critique" is that when I've stayed at other places like this common stuff such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and dish soap/dishwasher detergent are provided. During our stay we had to buy all of those things. There were a few of each but certainly not enough to accommodate a family of 4 for an entire week. Otherwise the property management was extremely helpful and kind, even when our address got mixed up! I would definitely stay at one of their properties again.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The check-in process was excellent (especially compared to past experiences). The kitchen/dining area/living room with the vaulted ceiling was very nice. The shower in the main bedroom was excellent. The large covered porch was also a plus.

Great house great location
Experience was inviting, had a very comfortable "home" feel. Our kids loved it. From the moment pulling into the neighborhood felt welcomed. Had a great time, will highly recommend and definitely visit again !

The pools are walkable, as is the park, which is really nice and has a fun playground. I would recommend bringing a wagon to haul your beach gear as well as bikes or scooters. The house is well-equipped, except for consumables, like hand soap, etc.

Great week at the beach
This was a perfect location for a family beach vacation.
We enjoyed the house, the beach, the nearby park, kayaking on the bay, and lots of family time.
Everything was very clean and the house was well stocked for what we needed.
We would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood in Ocean City.

Lovely New Build in Montego bay
We had a great weekend in the quiet neighborhood of Montego Bay at 130th Street Bayside. This brand spanking new property has a lot going for it: lovely front porch, great kitchen. About the only thing we could find that needs improvement are the beds. Ours was way too firm and the master suite is two beds put together to form a king that my in-laws said was only "okay" because they kept rolling in towards the gap between them. Otherwise, we would easily rank this rental as perfect!

Overall our Vacation stay was great. The house is within walking distance to the beach or the pool. We would get up early and setup our spot on the beach and grab a parking spot down by the beach entrance then walk back to the house to get ready for the day at the beach. When we were finished we just packed up. Loaded up the car and drove back to the house to unload. the house was clean, the AC was cold and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was also quiet. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation.

The house was beautiful. Everything we wanted for our vacation! The owner was very good with communication, especially with everything going on with COVID. Once my sister arrived earlier than expected with 2 children under 3, my brother called to see if they could have earlier access to the house and the owner let them in within 20 minutes of the call. The walk to the ocean was a little longer than we would have liked, probably about 15-20 minutes but with 3 young children and all of our supplies that was the only downfall-which had nothing to do with the property itself. The house was in a beautiful location near the bay where we were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be back next year :)
