Situated in Everglades, this charming house for $753 per night is a great option for your next trip. Casa Blanca Miami is a large home with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with many upgrades including a new luxury oversized salt-water pool with LED lighting, new pergola, and outdoor kitchen with a grill for your enjoyment. Pool can be heated for a fee with 2 night minimum** The home is in excellent condition and has plenty of space for you and your guests. There is also one bedroom and one full bathroom located downstairs. We also have a playpen and high hair for your little ones. NO PARTIES ALLOWED Brand new Nespresso Vertuo Plus coffee and espresso machine. Bring your capsules and have a cup of coffee by the outdoor pool under the palm trees ☕️ West Baptist Hospital: a short walk Walmart: less than 1 mile Starbucks: less than 1 mile Publix: less than 1 mile Miami International Airport: 25 minutes South Beach: 28 miles There are several parks in the area. Many restaurants nearby including Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse, La Granja, Reconcito, Starbucks, LongHorn and much more. There is also a Walmart, Publix, Sedano's, and Target within 1 mile. The Manager was great, it’s a beautiful home but needs upgrade new beds and new curtains and new furniture outside . The pool was nice .

Lynette have a lovely home. The home is in a great location. I would recommend this home for your family. She also have a closet full of toys which was a plus for the small kids.

The property was an amazing neighborhood very clean everything match the pictures that were advertised. I was throwing a bachelorette weekend for my aunt who is a soon to be bride! And I must say when she walked into the house she was very pleased she started to cry it was very very beautiful and it was the fitting the occasion it was only five of us so we each had the luxury of enjoying our own room to ourselves. We also had time to use the kitchen which we prepared two meals and everything was available to prepare those meals properly all the utensils was there all the cooking supplies we needed was there the only thing we had to provide was our groceries of course! Lol
So overall we enjoyed our weekend and we enjoyed this home. I would use again and I would recommend for others to also use.

Everything were as it appeared online. House was clean and and spacious. We will stay again when we revisit. We had an Amazing time!!!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were just some missing pieces that would have allow us to be more at home. None big enough to complain to host. They will help future renters though! No dishwasher, or pump to blow up pool toys, outside cushions were soiled and made you second guest sitting on them, couldn’t find remote for the Paris room, pillows were flat, the master shower’s water temp was warm. The “Ls” were great, Lynette and location.

This house is in a good location that appears to be safe and a good part of town. The house is well kept and has all of the basic amenities a family would need over a short period. Communication with the owner was clear and timely. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Miami at Christmas Time
Our stay was enjoyable. The house was clean and an amazing, wide open space. Bedrooms were nicely decorated. The dishwasher was not in working order and when we called about it, the resolution given was to find another property. That was unacceptable to us, so we stayed.
I had paid for heating the pool for our time there and it never got warm enough for us to swim and relax. It was probably around 68 degrees.

I recommended several pieces of cooking equipment / utensils to the manager for future guests and she purchased them immediately for us. I was very pleasantly surprised by this! What great service!
It’s a perfect launching pad to visit the Everglades, Biscayne National Park, Miami and the Florida Keys. We did some hiking in the Everglades and took an airboat tour of the Park. We also took a snorkeling trip in Biscayne National Park seeing a bunch of fish at the reef and a ship wreck. In the Keys we took a trip to Baha’i Honda State Park Beach. The facilities were superb, but the beach was ok. But I’m not sure the Keys are the best place if your looking for beautiful white sand beaches.
I highly recommend this rental.

Me and my family had the property booked for 3 nights and only ended up staying 2 because the outside pool lights did not work we had to plug them inside the house there was no power outside on patio like advertised we called the manager and she said it was on and it was not. Also no remote to tv in downstairs room which was also told to manager and she said she wasn’t sure what happened to it (not once was offered for someone to come fix the outside lights or bring a new remote) also the ice maker on icebox did not work at all. And the air conditioner was a big problem it was so hot in the house we tried turning ac to 67 at night since it was so hot to try to cool it off and she kept changing it back from her phone to 75 and said we can not put it that low. It was just hard to keep house cool even at night we all slept without covers due to how hot it was. On a good note We did find another house and the owner was great and house was cool and everything worked perfect. But I would not recommend this house at all.

We came to Miami to visit my sister and needed a place with enough rooms for 12. This place was perfect. It was spacious, had TVs in every room, wifi and a big pool for everyone to swim in. The house was clean and located in a great area which we found everything conveniently close.
I would recommend this place to anyone.

This property was nice and clean. However, The Spider-Man bed was not really made for an adult and there wasn’t enough seating in the living room for the amount of people we had. They wondered how she would have known we had touched it unless she purposely looked at it to watch us, but we had given her no reason to check in on us. (Communication or emergency) It felt a little invasive. Other than that we had a very nice stay for the short period we were there!

Perfect for family reunion
This property was perfect for our family of 12 to reunite. Lots of space downstairs and great backyard! The kids were in the pool all day every day. Close to shops and restaurants.
Only thing missing was blankets for sofa bed but that was easily solved at Target. Otherwise House was very well appointed and Lynnette was a great host and very responsive!

We had a great time during our stay, plenty of space for our entire family. Place is kids friendly and clean. The pool was amazing and very well maintained. The host Lynette was easy to contact, she made our check in and out easy. Will stay there again in the future.
