When I checked in, I went to the room, woke up about 2:30 in the morning and found bedbugs in my bed. Went to the front

Ein gutes Casino Hotel auf dem Weg in die Everglades.

Gut gelegen auf dem Weg in die Everglades. Sehr freundliches Personal Großes Bequeme Betten. Sehr sauber. Parkplatz vorhanden. Frühstück kostet extra aber man kann sich einiges aussuchen.

Overall it was an ok place to stay jus not for me culturally.

Property was clean and the casino was nice also especially for a a person like me who stays up late.

I didn’t like the buffet the food was terrible and it’s way overpriced. The location was far off from other food places and honestly it caters to the Latino community not really an ideal place for African Americans or Caucasian’s

Had nice time away from home, but would not come back until construction is done with a restaurant!

The Room was beautiful! It was nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping service was wonderful and our room looked brand new everyday.

Lots of construction going on, I can understand that, but to have no restaurants at all was very disappointing. We had to travel to get a good meal. In addition, we were disappointed that the days we came, there was no Bingo, which we like to play. I don't understand why the casino doesn't have it every day. I did not understand having to pay extra for a refrigerator in the room. In my whole life, no hotel ever charged extra for a mini-refrigerator.

Outdated furniture, flat pillows and stained bed sheets. The snack areas were serving old/stale pastries. The food is not worth the price.

It was good to stay but we were out of time so we need more days so we can enjoy.

I like the smell, it's nice and comfortable. Near downtown

No microwave to heat food and small refrigerator to store our food unlike the other hotels.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel...the bed was so soft! The live band was excellent too (located in the Martini Bar). We would recommend this resort to anyone who asked us where we stayed while we were in Florida.

We understood that we were at a resort, but a microwave in the room would have been nice.

just average considering things weren’t available. we drove 3 hours to stay here and probably won’t return.

The room was nice and comfortable.

no refrigerator or microwave in room. we did request a microwave and were promptly given one. only one deli restaurant was available. we expected 2 or 3. very disappointing. never found a swimming pool which I was looking forward to using.

A great place to stay!

We decided to stay here before we flew home. The rates were reasonable and we had several options available to help us with our late flight out the next evening. We could have a later check-out for an additional fee OR they could secure our luggage until we were ready to leave without a fee. We decided to pay the fee. The place was very comfortable and clean. The staff was wonderful too. Everything we needed or wanted was readily available I would recommend staying here. They had a lot to offer. The food was fabulous with large portions. I made two meals out of my dinner. They had great food options, from soups, salads, pasta, and steaks. We had coffee and a coffee machine in our room. They have a swimming pool, slot machines, and live music for entertainment. We even won a little money while we were there. We would stay here again if we returned to the area.

We like everything about the place.
