Was a placer to stay at this place ,room clean,i was room 126 , service room every 2 days,front desk attending very helpful, the manager Rossely Parra ,Michelle y Gonzalo thanks for their great efforts to connect with the guest, great Job !

The staff was not friendly at all. The room was not what I expected needs update. The bed was not comfortable, the mattress was soft and hard in different spots. I did not get any rest. The shower was turned up too high, you could not control the water flow or the settings, it was just wetting the bathroom floor up. It was just a mess.

This was a very noisy hotel stay for us. The walls are thin. So, it is hard to go to sleep before your neighbors do. You also wake up when the cleaning crew yells at each other in Spanish across the hallway. The doors also make a loud noise when they close. So, if someone on your floor closes the door late at night, you will wake up. The pool area is also noisy. Kids yell all the time and you hear them. I wish the hotel had triple pane windows to block the sound. It is very hard to get some rest and find peace in this hotel. Also, people talk loudly on the C area next to the pool and their sounds will wake you up, too. We checked out today and we feel quite tired after staying here. This hotel was the worst part of our trip.

It was a pleasant stay. Only complaint was that the shower didn’t have a full door so a lot of water escaped the shower area. Had to use a lot of towels to clean up the water.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. We stayed 10 nights and everything worked well. If you like to shower chose another hotel. The shower is unable to chose amount of water and it pours out through all the floor due to bad cover. Also not possible to hold a shower head.

Had trouble at checkin. Had three rooms assigned when I had only reserved two. Bathroom sink was plugged. AC had an annoying noise. BFast schedule for weekends inadequate

I was greeted by Ms. Cami by my last name the following day without me having to give my name, which made me felt rather special. All of the hotel staff was friendly but Cami stood out as she was always on the ball. So thank you Ms. Cami for a wonderful experience.
