Bathroom was dirty. Leftover hair was in the shower and on the floor. Our room also smelled a little funky.

The hotel was newer but they obviously did not have enough staff. We checked in with four people and our room had three towels. When I asked the front desk for more towels it was very difficult for the lady to walk and get me more. There is no tidying up of rooms unless you stay three days. Our garbage was overflowing and I had to empty in the garbage downstairs. The breakfast area was a wreck with spilled food everywhere and running out of food everywhere. They charge for parking even though the lot was a regular hotel lot. The pool was not in service which is why we picked the place. We were told they were waiting for an inspection.

When we arrived we learned the pool didn't work. One of the main reasons we selected this hotel was because it had a pool. The beds were very uncomfortable not up to standards if a Fairfield. The breakfast had mislabeled items and ran out of food. There were 4x4 racers outside the hotel late during the evening. Another guest complained and was told that there is nothing that could be done. We pllan to return to the area for another trip but will be choosing a different hotel.

Amenities were not as advertised. Pool closed, gym was dirty and not stocked (no towels, cups for water, water machine broken, some broken equipment, ect), and they ran out of pillows. We tried to cancel and get a refund to go elsewhere, but it was non-refunable, so we stayed away, exept to sleep for the 2 days we were there. Hotels.com said they woulds speak with the hotel to see if an exception would be made due to the amenities not being as advertised. We checked out today and still haven't heard from them.

Very comfortable and clean. Convenient to local restaurants. The only suggestion would be 24-hour coffee in the lobby as the rooms, or at least my room, did not have a coffee pot. I had to check out and leave before breakfast hours so I had to go to a local convenience store to get a cup of coffee.

The room was only cleaned once in four days after asking for it to be cleaned daily. Shabby.

The hotel is average. But check out line was extremely long, waited 40 minutes in line and they have A/C in the lobby 63 Fahrenheit. I was freezing while waiting. At Breakfast we came 8:30 they were out eggs and some other hot food. In the shower the conditioner bottle was empty. Otherwise pool was warm. Just no Jacuzzi.

The hotel room for our family trip is definely comfortable and clean on our arrival. Very easy aceess to drive to keyes. Trying to save by minimizing the number of times they want a room to be cleaned or refreshed or serviced on our 5 day stay irriitated me. This is more of a policy focussing on operational efficiencies while losing focus on customer service in my opinion .

This is a very good hotel and we loved the room, the cleanliness and the friendly and helpful staff. The location was super convenient and they had very good breakfast. I would certainly recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to book again, if we are in the area.

Comfortable stay. What you would expect from a Fairfield Inn. I was surprised by the $10 per night parking fee. Yes, it was noted way down in the hotel details. Breakfast was mediocre. Cold bacon substitute, watered down oatmeal.

Fairfield systems were down, so they asked many of families to wait around in the lobby area. They also had power down in some areas of the hotel and the parking lot After waiting for an hour, booked a nearby hotel and checked in there.

There was a problem at check in, they gave us the wrong room, but the manager was very nice and fixed it and even gave us an upgrade which was nice. Other than that, everything was all good.

One night stay. Quick and easy check in. Standard room. Clean & comfortable. Nice breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options. Adequate fitness room. Overall, a very nice stay, and would certainly stay here again!

The property charges $10 for parking. For a property away for center city, parking charge is unfair. How do they expect the guest go to stay at the property if they don't drive?

I was very disappointed to have to pay for parking. I don't recall ever having to pay for parking anywhere in the past. It might be listed as an added cost, not sure, but it should be more apparent to customers.

Our stay was great, for the very short time we were there. Both the front desk associates we interacted with during check-in and check-out were great. Hotel was clean, room was great, bathroom was sexy. Hotel lobby and breakfast area was comfortable. Only knock was our room when we got into it and settled, we found out the carpet in almost half the room was sopping wet (presumably from A/C). We didn’t checkin until 10:45pm & by that time kids were already done and ready for bed, and asking to move rooms was unnecessary. We just worked around it, but otherwise it was a great, quick visit.
