We stayed at the Belmont for four nights this week. This hotel is really subpar and overpriced. The rooms are extremely outdated. The ac unit wouldn’t stay on and was making a sound like it’s slowly dying. The pillows are extremely small and uncomfortable. The shower had hardly any pressure and would change temperature constantly. The tv at night was cutting in and out. The parking lot is pretty shady. I’d sit outside at night to enjoy the weather and saw random people and cars come in and out that weren’t staying. One night a car was parked there for a while smoking the herb. It’s a pain getting out of the hotel. You have to do a U turn at the light to go towards the Keys which is nearly impossible during the day. The staff was okay. Most didn’t speak English. They do not serve breakfast here which is extremely strange. Overall it’s a 2/5 hotel at best. I would definitely avoid it.

This was a business trip so this hotel was clean and affordable. If we would have had time, the pool looked inviting. The desk staff were very ehlpful and welcoming.

The place was a dump. The room was dirty but we were gone all day so we only slept there. We didn’t want to be in the room any longer than we needed to.

Walls are paper thin. We could hear normal conversations in the hallway and parking lot. Hallways stunk of disinfectant, very strong. We were expecting to use the pool but it was tied off for some reason. Don’t advertise a pool if it’s not available. There were odd people hanging out in the lobby.

Check in was a hassle they couldn't fine my reservation then gave me the wrong room finally got into correct room and shower was crap controls for hot/cold water was broken and shower head low pressure and sprayed all directions lastly the bed was hard

For Real this is the place for family and hotel was very well maintained. Front Desk staff Yami was very good customer service And I enjoyed. Key Largo is nearby and Everglades is 30 minutes from the Hotel. Overall everything is fine .

Cheap night stay, not sure it worked as a refugee center or something but there was huge families running around with a tons of Walmart food packages. Hot or warm water is not an option. It is straight ice cold but it's refreshing. A/C is relatively quiet. Floor mats were sticky with some mysterious substance. Hallways smelled like urine though. Not sure what the name of the hotel was. In some photos it said Baymont, and in some it was Belmont. Logo was just photoshopped differently in some photos. But it was very cheap for a one night stay!

The front desk people were not friendly unfortunately. They made us feel like we were a nuisance to bother them. The pool was not in use and that would have been nice to know ahead of time. They refused to give extra towels. The place itself is in fine working order except for the pool.

Cleanliness is paramount in my book, and they exceeded my expectations. The rooms were immaculate, and the common areas were consistently well-maintained. It's evident that the hotel places a high priority on hygiene and cleanliness. What truly impressed me, though, was the caliber of the staff. The smoke detector was missing ( I have photos)... Too many people walking around thr property at night. I felt very unsafe!

There was dirty and hair in corners near the head of the bed and near the door. There was a spill stain on the wall under the sink by the trash can and under the pull out couch cushion in the suite. Staff seemed to not want to help resolve issues. We were happy to check out.

Fabulous stay. Staff were fantastic. I love everything about this hotel. The location and service are excellent. The affordability is a great value. The breakfast is hearty always good. The staff is very accommodating and customer focused.

The ceiling in the bathroom had water coming in so when you sat on the toilet you get real wet and nobody did anything about it. We were in room 105(on the bottom floor) so where was the water coming from

Normally, I don't write reviews, but this was one of the best accommodations I've ever had. The Florida Keys, Everglades, and Biscayne National Park are all nearby, and it is incredibly clean and gorgeous. Overall, it was a fantastic value and a comfortable place for us to rest up before starting our Florida road trip. Breakfast was provided, and it contained scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee, waffles, and other things.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff was ever helpful and friendly. I will stay here again on my next trip to southern Florida. The breakfast area was well maintained and restocked by the staff. They also stayed vigilant in keeping the area clean and sanitized. The pool area was capable of facilitating many guests and pool towels were readily made available.

Clean well maintained property overall, great grounds and nice room made it a relaxing stay. Staff was friendly, great pool and close to outlet mall, right on the highway. Breakfast was good too. Highly recommend.

Great place for our 1 night stay before heading to Key West. Room was spacious, very clean, comfy bead, nice pool, plenty of parking and breakfast included, all for a good price. Just don’t go to breakfast just before it finishes and expect to have the full choice!

It has been a wonderful experience, deep in the country side of Miami, i will certainly came back, the staff was awesome as well. Nothing much to say, the breakfast is also delicious, rooms really confortable, the mattress , pillow, and bed are top quality 👍.

Nice hotel for a good price. The complimentary breakfast could be improved to add some kind of meat, like bacon or sausage. Overall nice clean rooms and good value for stay. Conveniently located as well.

Room was clean, tv, refrigerator, microwave and WiFi all included. They also offer a pool and breakfast included. There was also plenty of parking. All in all a great spot to stay when visiting the Keys.

This location is very close to the Key Largo, the Everglades and to Miami. The room was a great value, the staff was excellent, rooms were very clean, breakfast was very well done every morning. I would recommend this for anyone looking to explore the everglades or to tour the keys. I enjoyed my stay there.
