Unfriendly. Wanted 50 to get in room an hour early. Casino slot games denied tickets more than 50% of the time. Poor level of drink service on floor. Very limited eating options. No help offered for luggage. Charged for drinks and especially expensive for the one beer we could get.

Everything was nice at the Hotel, just the carpet in the casino area can be cleaned and the beds need replacing my bed was sinking in the middle.

Jacuzzi in room was very relaxing and comfortable staff was great casino was the best and the food at la Brisa was great gratuity was a little high but overall a great experience we definitely will be back

We had a decent clean room, however our tv wasnt working, we tried calling front desk however no one answered. We did go to the front desk and they were able to reset the tv, but after resetting the tv, our door keys no longer worked and we had to go back to the desk to reset those as well. The air wasnt working well, but the room was very clean. The restaurant service was fantastic and food was great.

Rooms were clean and nice. Location is a bit remote so don't expect going anywhere without a car. All food places are within casino and to be honest they weren't so great. One overpriced restaurant and one sandwich&fries place with some second class fast food. Casino has class II slots which are basically bingo machines. But they are entertaining though for a short time at least. However fist machine I put money in got stuck immediately and it took quite a while to get casino employees there. Most of the client base was senior citizens so don't expect any crazy party nights over here. That being said the rooms were quiet and we got good night sleep over here.

Unfortunately it was very loud outside our room all night. There was a person outside our room banging on doors and yelling at least 4 times throughout the night into the early morning hours. We got absolutely no sleep! I can’t believe security let that go on ALL NIGHT!

I would normally give a 5 across the board to this hotel . Love staying there but there was construction going on . Like the sound of jack hammers sounding like they are right in your room. Hotels .com gave no warning of this so it was a bit disappointing even though I know you can’t shut an entire hotel down .,still disappointing and still Paid what I’d normally pay without the jack hammers

The hotel is always clean and usually the people they work there are very nice. But last night the lady at the counter was a little rude. Did not seem like she wanted to be there from the moment I checked inn. Also I had to return because the keys were not working and once again she wasn’t very friendly about it.

Took over a half hour to check in. I believe they were training new staff, but there was only one other person checking in at the time and took forever for both of us. Our bed was so poorly made that I first thought that someone had short-sheeted it. My wife and I had to tear it apart and remake it.

I like the location, away from the city. Not crazy about the slot games though. Very clean and nice rooms. I like how the smoking games/rooms are at the opposite end of the casino with stuff in between.

Was a nice place. Can’t remember the night time gentlemen’s name, but he was nice. Very professional. Just didn’t realize there would be nothing to do. The festival made it to where I couldn’t get a shuttle. Too far from everything else. Would be a great family spot. Not a bachelor visiting type of place.

Everything was closed: pool, massage place, eateries. Place stunk like mold, toliet ran all night, drapes were warpped and wouldn’t shut all the way, tv did have anything on it to watch only 10 channels all sports. Hands down the worst place to stay and nothings close to it.

There’s not many food options in this hotel everything I ordered was not available at the cafeteria in bingo area. Even if your a guest you will not be able to order at Las Brisas restaurant unless you have a reservation, that really sucked .Didn’t see that they had a pool and if they did the staff didn’t mention anything to me about it! Rooms clean and quiet. Glad it don’t stink like cigarettes anymore in the casino. There not much to do. Bingo in New Years is not what I remember. They are short staff must time took me 45 minutes just to get a coffee and a sandwich.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. We had the executive suite which was roomy and conveniently located near the elevators. Great room layout, updated bathroom and very comfortable bed. Loved the slippers and the robes. The sectional may need replacing not so comfortable and seemed dirty. Glad to have access to a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The Restaurants on site not too bad. Nice size casino and variety of games to choose from. Wanted to play bingo but it required a players’ card for which I didn’t want to enroll since I wasn’t a resident; so no bingo for me. Staff nice, checkin and check out fast and easy. Location 20 mins or less to shopping. The tribe village also nearby for more shopping or air boat rides. We enjoyed the experience and saw some alligators in t tree heir natural habitat. Great place to stay for a long weekend. Would visit again.

There was no pool there was no sauna there was no jacuzzi there was no laundry room the smoking room had no ventilation at all you cannot charge anywhere in the hotel for food or drinks or anything even though they make you put a deposit on your room and they still want to charge you a resort fee when nothing is open also there is no gym facility that's open they used to take you to the cruise port for free and now they charge you $25 even though they're going there anyways to me the hotel manager is pretty much the worst and does not care if you ever return 250 bucks for a Motel 6 in a casino that is pretty tight the Casino Host are pretty nice but they have no power to do anything nothing is around this place it's in the middle of nowhere and in fact 3/4 of the TV channels that they're supposed to have don't work excuse for the manager or their upgrading the system are there remodeling but yet make sure you get that Resort fee

I would like to give an endorsement for this resort, but I cannot. I booked through Expedia and specified in my search that I needed a hotel with a shuttle service. This "resort" and 2 others came up. As it stated it had a shuttle service, I confirmed my booking then contacted the hotel to reserve my shuttle. What is not stated is that the hours that they have a shuttle are very limited. I was not able to get a shuttle from the airport at approximately 8pm nor was I able to get a shuttle for my morning flight for which I would have needed to leave by 6am. As a result, I had to spend over $100 on transportation to and from the airport. Aside from the shuttle debacle, I still would not stay at this hotel. As I knew, it houses a casino. What I did not know is that there would be people who apparently were not staying at the hotel, trying to get to the upstairs floors by using my room key (which is a security measure) to operate the elevator. Once I got to my room, I noticed that there were no tissues in the tissue holder in the bathroom, the windows facing the street were very dirty and the sheets felt damp. I was exhausted after my flight and did not have the energy to complain. Unfortunately, my sleep was impacted by doors slamming at all hours of the night and loud/drunk yelling and running through the halls. I cannot recommend a stay at this hotel.

This place there's nothing to do their pool is shut down their gym is shut down their sauna is shut down they don't tell you this before you check in they still charge your Resort fee that wasn't advertised and you don't get anything for it the balcony on the second floor we're used to be able to go out and sit is closed down the machines here are old and tired they're smoking room is so Smokey because the ventilation doesn't work they charge you cash at every place in the casino because they don't allow room charges when you're staying at the hotel doesn't make sense their rooms are small more like a Motel 6 or a Days Inn nothing is around this place I never would have booked here if I'd known the gym and the pool were closed down you can't even go out to where the pool is cuz it's under construction drinks are ridiculously priced $9 for a beer slot machines are crazy tight Casino offers no compensation for facilities that are shut down in the form of maybe even a food comp or a comp night I don't understand how they expect regular players or high rollers to want to stay here the only thing that I can say positive is that some of the staff are really nice and there is a lot of security probably because of the type of guests that accompany this casino

We like to stay here. Reserved a,stnd queen room. Slept great on a nice bed but there was no desk/table or desk chair in the room to get some work done. However, looking back i think they have an "executive" option in their room choices, so maybe thats the tip off...also the in room coffee machine was great but all kcups were decaf!
