Looking for a conveniently located, spacious getaway close to downtown Rehoboth Beach? Look no more! This lovely 3 BR, 2 BA condo sleeps eight and has a beautiful beachy feel due to recent renovation and updated decor! Enjoy your morning coffee or cocktails from the lovely balcony, or play board games on the spacious dining room table that accommodates six. A washer, dryer, and iron and ironing board are at your fingertips in the utility closet. When returning for the night, curl up in the spacious primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, and bedroom three offers two twin beds. Televisions with expanded channels and high-speed Wi-Fi allow you to utilize several wireless devices simultaneously. Looking for a conveniently located, spacious getaway close to Recent renovations to this condo will provide! LOCATION: ONLY 1 block from the beach, this condo is central to everything. Take a trip to the “Nation's Summer Capital.” Dine at our 5-star restaurants, our unique downtown shops, and at THREE Tanger Outlet centers conveniently located approximately 2 miles from the condo, and TAX-FREE! Park and Walk everywhere downtown! PARKING: Off-street parking for two cars. AMENITIES: Expanded cable, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, outdoor shower, balcony, washer & dryer, and stocked kitchen. THINGS TO KNOW: This condo is on the 2nd floor and offers three levels. There is a primary suite w/ king on the third floor, the additional bedrooms are on the second level, and the first level is the main living area. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. Turnover day is Saturday to Saturday during the prime summer months. No pets and no smoking. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Location was perfect. Close to everything walking distance to everything you need it. The house was exactly have looked in the pictures. We loved it!

We had a wonderful time at Beach Pebble. The place accommodated us nicely. It was very clean and comfortable. There were games for our little ones, 4 & 2. It was close enough to the beach that it didn't tire out the kids. The proximity made it nice to go out to restaurants and shop multiple times during the day. We parked our cars in the lot behind the place and didn't move it the whole time we were there (4 days). We all felt safe walking about day and night. Good option for families for sure!

My wife and two children stayed for a 4-night weekend in September and had a great time despite the rainy and overcast weather. The condo had enough space that another couple could have stayed with us without feeling too crowded. As it was we were very comfortable and had plenty to do for the entire day we were stuck inside due to rain, and my kids really appreciate the games, dolls, puzzles, etc. that were provided. The location is so convenient to everything that we could walk and browse/shop when it wasn't a good beach day.

Check in process was quick, of note, you do have to pick up the keys from the Remax office. The property was just as pictured, and was clean. Located only one block from the beach, on a quiet street and very close to all shops and food. We walked almost everywhere. We loved the balcony and that there were TVs in each bedroom. The only minor issue we ran into was the coffee pot was missing, but not a big deal at all. We really enjoyed the property and would definitely stay here again!

Couple blocks from boardwalk and main drag of Rehoboth Beach. Really convenient location. Place was as described, great floor plan for family of 5. Easy check in and helpful staff. We hope to come back next year!

The place was awesome in a wonderful location, walking distance to so much and the beach.
Didn’t have heat the first night throughout the next day. Was a hassle trying to convince the property that there really wasn’t heat. A member of our group Had to leave dinner from restaurant to meet the repair person. Very inconvenient since had to get food to go and a big interruption in our vacation.

For the most part, it looked and lived up to the listing … it does need some maintenance though - chipping paint and smell of mildew in downstairs bathroom. The only real issue we had was with the HVAC, and having seen another review that mentioned it being an issue, I reached out to the property manager in advance … the response I got was that there has never been a problem with the HVAC - I would tend to doubt that. It was blowing cold air constantly. It would shut down for about a minute and start again. Thermostat had the indoor temp at 73 to 76 degrees, but we were in sweatshirts or sweaters the entire time. We called in the morning of our first day to notify the property manager, and we were able to finally shut off the thermostat. The owner came while we were out - told the property manager it was off, not a problem, and turned it back on … and it just started blowing out cold air again none stop … even when we got it off again, it would blow out cold air for 15 to 20 minutes an hour. It wasn’t bad enough to keep calling about it, but I would make sure you bring along blankets if you go during the off season, because it would get pretty freakin cold overnight and in the mornings.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great with the beach 1 block away and plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The place was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The upstairs deck was a perfect place to read or hang out with the family. I would definitely rent at this location again.

This place is the perfect location to the beach, restaurants, shopping and the boardwalk. My girls loved playing with that games and toys. We would absolutely stay again!

The only other other issue we encountered was that the main floor shower did not work, and despite multiple calls to the property management firm it was not repaired for 2 days. So our guests went without showers for 48 hours in the Summer....However, the location more than makes up for the negatives. Overall recommended.

Clean, comfortable & great location
We enjoyed our stay and were happy with the pleasant apartment located one block from the boardwalk/ocean and two blocks from Rehoboth Ave. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have the 2nd floor deck to enjoy. There was no ability to open windows--except for the sliding glass door to the deck. I would have preferred being able to get fresh air, especially given the importance of that during these pandemic times. Also, there was no welcome book which we advised the rental company about the day we checked in. They did answer our question about where to put the trash prior to checking out and were friendly and helpful.

My brothers and I love this property. It has exactly what is needed for your stay. Close to beach and boardwalk, off street parking, comfortable and just what is needed for a relaxing long weekend. We are return visitors and love it. Can't wait for our next trip.

Note for young families-the master bedroom is up the spiral staircase, separate from the other two bedrooms which are on the main level and down the hallway past the kitchen. Fine for our elementary school aged kids but may be tricky for babies or toddlers. Would definitely stay here again.

The last thing that’s not a big deal but would have been very useful to have were hooks- for hanging towels and damp bathing suits on. All in all, we had a great time and would recommend the condo.
