About this house rental
Situated in Lower Grand Lagoon, this attractive house for $1,005 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to Island Girl! Immaculately clean! 4 bedroom single family home just steps from the beach. This spectacular home has TWO master bedrooms - one downstairs and one upstairs - both with a king bed, two additional bedrooms with queen beds, and a bunk room with four XL twin beds. Sleeps 12 comfortably. The pool is private and can be heated upon request for an additional fee. Fenced backyard. with covered patio and table for outside dining. Gas grill is available in backyard. We provide lots of fluffy towels in each bathroom and all bed linens. Beach Chair and umbrella service included in rental (15 Mar to 15 Oct)! There are four additional beach chairs at the property you can bring to the beach. We provide you a wagon to help carry the load to the sand. We also provide all your beach towels. Private parking for up to six cars and a PRIVATE pool with a sun shelf. Cable and fastest secure internet package offered in our area provided. TVs in master bedrooms and living area. Fully furnished kitchen with everything you need - pots, pans, dishes, utensils (except spices). Keurig coffee maker and a teapot to get your morning off to a great start before a day at the beach. We provide a few coffee pods to get you started on your first day. Drip coffee pot can be provided upon request. Several restaurants are within walking distance. We are 15 minutes from Frank Brown Sports Complex and Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater at Pier Park. Uber and Lyft are available in Panama City Beach. Loved every second of our stay here!! The house is so nice and is kept up so well. Everything in the house is organized and labeled for the guests’ connivence. The private pool is the perfect size and the house is such an easy walk to the beach. Host was very responsive and made check in and check out a breeze. Overall incredible stay. We loved every bit of it and highly recommend this property!

12 college girls had the best time at Island girl!!! Gorgeous pool and spacious living areas, not to mention immaculate cleanliness of the property!! The property manager was a very clear communicator and super helpful throughout the entire trip! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!!!

We came down 8/23-8/28 for my bachelorette trip and the Island girl was the absolute best place to stay. The beds are super comfy and I personally slept in the bunk room and it was like sleeping on a cloud in there ! Tons of space for everyone and all our luggage. Our host was easy to contact and very attentive if you had any questions. There was enough beach towels and bath towels for everyone. All the indoor and outdoor cooking supplies you could ever need. It was a nice short walk to the beach so you can easily go to the beach and or head back up to the pool without lugging stuff around. The house is located close to so many good restaurants and things to do . I highly recommend staying here , I know I will be back ! Thank you again Jennifer for such and amazing stay and an amazing experience for such a special trip !

Excellent house and property owner!
Very pleased with our vacation in this house! The house is very nice, clean, a 3 minute walk to the beach, and within walking distance of several restaurants. Owner provides many extra conveniences not normally found with other properties.......the provided beach towels and beach chairs saved us alot of space by not having to pack these items. The beach cart was also a nice extra! The check in and check out procedures were super easy and we were even notified when the house was ready a couple of hours prior to actual check in time! Owner was extremely responsive to any inquiries we may have had. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is situated a very short walk from the beach so it’s easy to go back and forth. It is also right across the street from a convenience store if you need some odds and ends. The house was in great shape and very comfortable and clean.

Great Family Vacation
Everything was wonderful. The house was beautiful and the kitchen was well equipped which was was perfect since we ate in most of the time. It was a very short walk to a great beach. We really enjoyed having the chairs and umbrella were set up for us. If the kids and grandkids were not playing at the beach, they were playing in the pool. It was perfect. Island Dream is a wonderful vacation home! It was the perfect location and layout for our family. The beach really is just steps away and was an easy walk for the young and old(er)! The pool was pretty much used 24/7! The rental provided beach towels, chairs, boogy boards, and a wagon. One of the boards was damaged, so we bought and left a new one for future guest to enjoy! The owner has really thought of EVERYTHING. She was super nice and easy to work with. We are already considering what dates we can go back next year!!! Truly a great rental and we will be back!!
