Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this attractive house for $1,078 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to Salty Air Retreat! A beautiful vacation home that would be perfect for your next family vacation! This spacious 4 bedroom + bunk room, 3.5 bath home will comfortable sleep 12. Great location!! Walk to the beach in minutes! There are TWO master bedrooms - one downstairs and one upstairs - both with a king bed and en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, and a bunk room with four twin XL beds. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals at home. WiFi and smart TV’s for streaming your favorite shows. Great outdoor space! Fenced in backyard, covered porch with dining table, private pool with sun shelf, outdoor shower, lounging chairs and gas grill. (Pool can be heated for additional charge during colder months). Outside storage container has several beach chairs and beach toys for our guest to use. There is also a heavy duty cart for carrying all your gear to the beach! Rental includes beach service: umbrella & 2 chairs set up for you daily at beach access #16 (March 15-October 15) Parking right outside your front door! Driveway will accommodate up to 6 smaller vehicles. Full size washer and dryer. Towels, linens and beach towels provided. Two separate AC units - one for each level. Several restaurants near by that you can walk to! 15 minutes from Frank Brown Sports Complex and Aaron Bessant Park at Pier Park. Uber and Lyft are available in PCB. Walmart and Publix supermarkets are close by and both will DELIVER to your door. *Renters MUST be 25 years of age *NO pets *NO smoking inside property *NO parties/events/large gatherings allowed *Property has a Ring Doorbell system with video/audio and is located by the front door. *This is a self catering property but we do provide starter items for our guest: 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, several garbage bags, travel size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, 2 dish tabs and sponge, 2 Gain flings, 2 dryer sheets, Liquid dish soap and hands-soap. We also keep several spices and oils in the cabinet including salt and pepper for our guest to use. *Highchair, Pack-n-Play and booster seat available for use during stay. **Pool can be heated for a fee of $25 per day of stay or $150 for week. **SPRING BREAK** March 1 - April 13, 2024 -We DO NOT rent to anyone under the age of 25 and we DO NOT allow parties at our home. NO EXCEPTIONS! -The primary renter (credit card holder for the initial payment and person agreeing to the Rental Rules/Terms by booking this property) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guest will be asked to vacate the home. This includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the duration of the stay. We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our visit to PCB. The property owners were very responsive, answered all of our questions, and were so helpful. The house is just steps away from the beach in a quiet location. It was extremely clean, had many appliances that we were able to utilize, the beds were super comfortable, and there was a Christmas tree and other holiday decor that were much appreciated. The house had a very cozy feel to it and we could not have asked for a more pleasant stay. Although the weather was too cold for the beach and a handful of seasonal places were closed, there were still plenty to do. Thank you for an enjoyable stay! We highly recommend!!

This property is an excellent place to stay
We had 10 people in our family group and we all were accompanied very well. Property is well maintained and has everything you need. Only 1/2 block from beach and a lot to do I the area. Would Recommend this place to anyone!

This property is amazing! It had everything that you could ever need. We have stayed at alot of VRBO properties over the years but this one is by far the best. This was a family vacation with 3 chikdren (ages 4-8). The pool was perfext for them. The short walk to the beach on a nearly traffic free road was super easy. 5+ stars!

The house was decorated great plenty of towels and even pool towels.
The beach was great especially since chairs an umbrella were provided.

I stayed with my daughters and grandchildren to attend another daughter's wedding on the beach. The house if terrific. Totally family friendly. Lots of space, first rate appliances and housewares. Plenty of beach equipment. Very short walk to the beach. We had some airplane issues and the owners bent over backward to help us. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Our yearly family trip was one of the best in this property. The house and pool were great. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking and serving items. Beach service was exceptional and the added items to take to the beach were very nice. Also great not having to bring beach towels with us. The master bedroom upstairs has a walk in closet big enough for a crib which we had rented. Kristy and Jason are very helpful. We will definitely come back to this property!!

Salty Air Retreat is the best vacation rental in PCB! My family takes a trip to PCB every year and this is by far the best house we have rented. We are already looking at dates for next year. This year was the first year we took all 6 kids (under the age of 3) and this house was perfect. The walk to the beach is very short and it’s a private (ish) road so it was totally safe for little ones. The area of the beach was not crowded at all. The house is exactly as pictured. Very well kept house and very clean. The owners have provided everything you need. Kristi was great every time I reached out with a question. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough!

The property was very clean and is by far the most well-stocked vacation home we’ve ever stayed in! We like to prepare home-cooked meals and we typically have to buy additional kitchen things to make it work, but not at the Salty Air Retreat!
The beach is right around the corner from the house…my 80-yr-old parents had no problem walking there. Plus there’s enough beach towels for everyone and a wagon to lug all the stuff. The beach chair and umbrella setup everyday was much appreciated…our own little oasis! The sand and water of the Emerald Coast is absolutely stunning!
Finally there’s the backyard with a refreshing pool and plenty of space to enjoy family time. We took advantage of the grill for lunch and dinner and had more than one cornhole challenge. Lots of fun and laughter from all 3 generations!

We had two separate family with kids and two older teenagers. Space worked great for our group with ample parking. We heated the pool as part of our week was cold so kids swam a lot. Had a couple issues where owners responded and fixed quickly. Loved that the rental included beach towels so less to pack. Also, included beach wagons and toys/chairs so was a huge plus! Definitely would recommend!

This was the second time we have stayed at salty air retreat and it’s always sad when it’s check out day!!This gem here comes fully equipped.The house is newer and very well kept and clean.It has a heating pool that just keeps everyone swimming.it’s also walking distance to the beach …you can never miss with this spot.we intend to keep it as our vacation home in Panama.Thanks so much Kristy…couldn’t ask for a better host!PS..you can extend check out at a small fee!

Amazing Family Vacay!
This is a wonderful property. It was exactly as described. The owners have thought of everything you may need while on vacation -- beach towels, beach chairs, charging plugs, kitchen items. The beach service that was offered was very responsive and had our chairs set up each day early.
The property was very well maintained and CLEAN! The pool was wonderful. The tanning shelf was a plus with two small kids. The covered back porch was a nice place to hang out to get out of the sun. Beach access was close and super easy to get too. The two carts provided made it easy to get all our stuff to the beach.
I would book this property again and recommend it to anyone thinking about it. The owners were easy to contact and quick to respond. Our only question while there was if we could extend our stay by a day, but alas it was already booked which honestly was not surprising!

Beautiful home close to the Beach
This property is amazing! Beautifully decorated, comfy beds, everything you need in the kitchen plus laundry. Pool area has plenty of seating and an area to eat and relax and play after the short walk to the beach. The owners are amazing and available for anything you need. House is also close to great food live music and ice cream! We will stay here again!!!

What a gem!
The location of this house was fabulous. Very short walk to the beach access, and because it had a pool the kids could keep swimming even after the adults were tired from putting tents up on the beach. The supplied beach towels were a blessing, as was the wagon. Nice little spice cabinet and huge fridge/table/counter space for our family to eat all together. The house was spotless and smelled of cleaning products when we arrived - always a good sign! Beds are comfy, even the bunk beds - which is not always the case at other places. And very easy checkout process which is much appreciated. Would 100% stay again and recommend to a friend.

Clean & Inviting
The place was immaculate. It was beautifully decorated and clean from top to bottom. Plenty of space, board games, and supplies for cooking. The property manager was very responsive and we got the pool heated within the hour of our request. We also enjoyed several days at the beach as it was merely steps from the house just as advertised. Overall, our stay was 10/10! 5 stars! Would highly recommend!

The place was very clean and spacious! Pool area is a great place to relax. The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you’ll need to cook full course meals. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towels….2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom wasn’t nearly enough with 8 adults. Overall nice experience.

Great home!
This property was better than described. It was super clean, smelled really fresh, and decorated super cute. Also the kitchen was so well appointed! We brought a lot of things we didn’t need. The backyard was nice with a pretty pool. Beach is super close. Thank you! The hosts were very responsive.

The home was a very well built beach home with everything you need to give you that at home feeling, every room in the home was set up perfect, for relaxing, it was a short walk to the beach for every day beach fun, and also the home was close to all the fine dining and clubs. In summary I would highly recommend this property, it made the last day very hard to leave, we will definitely return. Kristy and Jason made sure you had everything you need and more thanks for an amazing stay!

Though we had to wait past our check in time for the cleaner to leave and had dirty feet from walking barefoot in the house briefly, we found everything else to be clean and just as expected. The house is roomy, beautiful and close to most of the restaurants we frequent. It’s crazy close to the beach public access but we missed being able to see the ocean this trip. The kitchen is well stocked and the fridge was plenty big for a week for 7 adults. The houses are super close to each other and other complexes but it was amazing that when you closed the door waking in from the pool you couldn’t hear things going on outside. Pretty amazing since they all are right on top of each other. We LOVED the mattresses and no one had complaints of back pain (something typical of a rental for vacay). We love them so much we wanted to know what mattress was in the upstairs master to have for ourselves at home. Some things to consider that did not break our stay but could help others in the future: The stairs are VERY loud no matter how light you try to step. The master upstairs does not have a door to the bathroom. There’s also a large window over the shower plus the 3 door size windows in the room that let in a ton of light VERY early. Would be great to have a door to the bathroom for privacy and option of shades in the bedrooms. There were NO spare linens available. The blanket provided on the bed was VERY thin and much like sleeping with only a sheet on top. While the couch and big chair are very soft, they are nearly on the floor and you sink way down in them which makes them uncomfortable for prolonged sitting and hard to stand up out of. There was only seating in the direct living area for 5, so 2 people always had to take a bar stool or the kitchen chair/bench. And last, the two rooms upstairs toward the back of the house stayed pretty hot no matter how low the air unit was dropped and how many fans were running. We loved this home and would consider it for our next vacation! Thank you for opening your rental to us!

Beautiful!
This beautiful property was everything we needed and more! Perfect setup for my husband and myself with 8 teens and twenty year olds. Very short walk to the beach, perfect sized pool, very well stocked even down to a basket of beach towels which was SO convenient for us! Only improvement I could even think of would be to have tv’s in the other bedrooms upstairs so we weren’t fighting over the master bedroom one, but it worked out fine! We definitely enjoyed our trip and were very comfortable. Thank you!
