Situated in Lower Grand Lagoon, this charming house for $942 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to Changes in Latitudes! Let us show you what the beach is all about. This spectacular 3-bedroom, 3 full bath and 2 half bath home with a private pool is a must see! 50 yards from the whitest sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. We are 15 minutes from Frank Brown Sports Complex and Aaron Bessant Park Park Amphitheater at Pier Park. Private parking! Space for Thunder Beach trailer and car/truck. This beautiful home has 3 levels: On the 1st Floor there is the spacious living room, large dining room table, bar stools at the counter and tile floors throughout first floor. The living room area also features a large 55" Smart television and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and state-of-the-art appliances. The 2nd level has another living area with television, blu ray player, a wet bar with sink + 1/2 bath, queen memory foam sleeper sofa and beautiful built in bunk beds. This level also features beautiful hardwood floors and a large guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The 3rd level has the master bedroom with king bed, private master bathroom with walk-in shower and sunken tub (no jets). Also on this level is another guest bedroom with two queen beds. The house sleeps 12 comfortably and is across the street from the ocean. The house also has a PRIVATE POOL, with outdoor dining and living at its best. Balconies off the 2nd floor living area and guest room, as well as off the master bedroom. Faux fireplaces in the dining area and master bedroom. Keurig coffee maker to get your morning off to a great start before a day at the beach. Drip coffee maker is also available. We provide lots of large fluffy towels in each bathroom. Two families with a total of 6 kids on the trip, including 3 one year olds, and the house accommodated the chaos very well.

We had the best time at this condo. The back patio and pool were perfect. The amount of space fit our group of 8 perfectly. The walk to the beach was right around the corner. We’ve booked this property more than once and every single time it’s been absolutely wonderful. Location is literally walking distance to the beach, which is great with young kids and a whole bunch of beach stuff to carry. Always very clean and well maintained. We absolutely enjoyed this house with our whole family! So many wonderful memories were made! We enjoyed this vacation with Our daughters and son in laws and all of our grandsons!!! Location was closer than expected to the beach which was wonderful and the beach was never crowded. The unit came with plenty of beach towels and the kids swam in the pool almost everyday we were there. Very pleased with our stay!

Wonderful property and location, plenty of room for 3 couples and a visiting couple. So clean and updated and a very short and pleasant walk to the beach! Jessica was incredibly helpful and so hospitable. Pool was a major plus, shaded around the late afternoon and so relaxing. Thank you Jessica for the opportunity to stay here!

Top-tier location, experience and owner
This is the second year my family and I have stayed at this property and the experience was as perfect as it was last year. The house is amazing, incredibly well-stocked and the owner is very communicative, friendly and helpful. Anything you could possibly want/need is provided for you, including beach towels, toys and chairs. We loved the free beach chair service. This year an added bonus was that we accidentally left a load of laundry in the dryer and the owner mailed it back to us free of charge. We really love Jessica and hope to keep using her properties as long as they are available!

Excellent Property & Location
We loved our week-long stay at Jessica's place. Everything was exactly as expected. The house had everything we needed to cook/grill all our meals for 7 people. There was a wagon and chairs for the beach that we used every day. The pool was super clean. Jessica even went out of her way to deal with some rowdy spring breakers who were staying in the house behind us. Overall it was a wonderful stay and Jessica was a wonderful host. We will be back!

My family rented this property for Thanksgiving and it was great. There was enough room to accommodate everyone. The kitchen was a nice size and had enough counter space for all of the food. It was in walking distance to the beach and not for from grocery stores and the mall.

STOP LOOKING AND BOOK THIS HOUSE
This is BY FAR this best rental experience I have had (in PCB or elsewhere). Let me break it down for you.
Cost: In previous years my family have been staying in 2-bedroom condos, usually for 4-5 days. Of course a house is going to cost more than a condo, but for just about twice what we usually pay, we got 3-4 times more space, 1000% better quality of furnishings, 2-3 more days (we stayed a full week this year), a private pool and excellent care by the homeowner, Jessica.
House: This house is HUGE, has ample COMFORTABLE bedding and it's obvious the homeowner actually put time and effort into decorating, furnishing and stocking. Simple, beautiful, everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen, and enough trash bags and toilet paper that we didn't even need to use our own until the last day or two. Everything was immaculately clean. The pool was amazing. The grill worked like a charm (literally just pushed a button and it started up). There were beach towels, wagons and tons of beach chairs/toys/floats. You even get two rental chairs and an umbrella every day on the house. You just have to text them and let them know where to set up.
Location: Maybe a two-minute walk to the nearest beach access. VERY close. Since there aren't any condo buildings around, you can set up anywhere and there are 80% fewer people so it's nice and peaceful. A golf cart rental place two streets over, ice machine across the street, loads of restaurants/activities almost within walking distance. The homeowner even included a very helpful binder with restaurant recommendations and menus.
Customer Service: Homeowner Jessica is a local. Very prompt communication, very friendly, fixed the couple of issues we ran into (one wagon had a flat tire) very promptly and even thanked us for bringing it to her attention. She really wants you to have a good time.
If you can't tell, we loved this place. It (or any of Jessica's other rentals) is on the top of our list for future stays. Can't recommend enough.
