The property itself such as the room was beautiful and was about a 10 minute walk from transport that would take you into the centre. Ideal and much cheaper than hotels in centre

The only issue was the lack of staff prescence as well as the lack of proper greeting as well as this the dishwasher did not work. Stuff like this should be checked and we essentially could not open our window as of fear of bugs entering since there were cobwebs everywhere

Too much luminosity on the house. There was a big window which there was nothing we can do to avoid the sun light

Esther, the property manager, was available and helpful in everything. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was large and comfortable. The TV was large and easy to see. Check-out was easy and I appreciate that housekeeping checked that everything was OK before we left.

Late check-in was difficult because our room door was locked when we arrived; it was supposed to be open and our key on the kitchen table. Luckily, a maintenance person was available at 1:00 am and retrieved our key from his room. Otherwise, I could have called Esther.

Location.

We paid for room with 1 double, 2 single and a sofa bed, when we arrived room only had 1 double bed and only 1 single bed provided after complaining. Other beds not added and room was very small as a consequence. Very poor instructions on check-in and check-out, nobody available in-person for either. Aggressive response when we called for help, check-in email only sent a couple of hours before, whilst we we in transit from UK with no access to email, so we didn’t see it. No information on checking-out in room guide booklet and again, an email sent which we didn't see due to no SIM connection. Very rude and accusatory staff ("you didn't respond to my calls and emails" when we didn't get any calls or see any emails, "I explained clearly how to check-out" when obviously that wasn't clear enough). This sort of customer service really doesn't help resolve issues and only pours oil on the fire! Smokers outside front door every day, not acceptable when we have a 8 month old baby who was breathing in their secondary smoke twice a day. Noise from other rooms late into the evening, well past our small children's bedtimes. Couldn’t get oven to work, so we eventually gave up. Bathroom soap dispenser was not working. One of the pans wouldn't work on the induction hob, causing confusion whether the hob was working or not. Curtain hanging off its hooks in downstairs area. On check-out both emergency numbers were on voicemail and it took over 2 hours for return call from voicemail. Cooling system useless, it was very hot all day and night and impossible to cool down even with the windows open, which was really too noisy for our children.

Perfect location. Very quiet and beautiful place with direct public transport connection to the city center and schiphol airport Very friendly staff. Hope to visit Greenstay again💚

Vacuum cleaner was absent in our room.

Beautiful serene setting away from the hustle and bustle of central Amsterdam, yet only 25-30min to travel in. 5min walk to the Tram 2 terminus (can always get a seat even during rush hour) along beautiful canals full of wildlife. Old Sloten is picturesque and the walk to the windmill (Molen Van Sloten) is like time travelling. Side note: the gelateria on the way is wonderful and definitely book in a tour of the windmill with one of the volunteer guides. Unless you’re driving or have a bike, the nearest shops might be a bit far to carry shopping back. I would suggest getting off one stop earlier in New Sloten and jumping back on for one stop. It was nice to be amongst locals (there’s also a stationery shop with post office etc). Stayed in room 21 with a view of the church and decompressed from busy work by watching the family of ducklings in the canal. If that’s not your thing there’s all of Netflix and Prime. The studio was a good size and would be more than fine for a couple. Spotlessly clean which I assume is a benefit of having longer staying guests. It really was a home from home. As per other reviews, Esther was not only helpful and accessible but a ray of sunshine. Any requests were responded to quickly via Booking messaging out of office hours. For the first time ever, I fear I’ve left a little piece of my heart in a Booking.com property!

Some of the front door slamming by guests was intense but of course Esther made sure things were a little quieter whilst I took some Teams meetings.

lack of cleaning during long stay. very basic furnished, expect minimum utensils for the kitchen . Property would have great potential bud needs to be looked after .

The hospitality of the staff, the willingness to assist with things other than hotel stay stuff

We got room change in the next day when we asked if possible to get terrace entry coz it's better to use seperate entrance for a dog. Also greeting and all the show off around was 10/10

During the day internet connection was terrible, evenings/late nights was better but still not as expected.

Everything is perfectly organized. The station is right in front. 40 minutes to the center for 3e if you have an OV card. It has a great kitchen. In a beautiful area of ​​Amsterdam. The staff is precise and friendly.

The toilet should have some hooks and a glass that separates the shower cabin from the rest, which always gets wet.

Spacious, clean, comfy bad, proper sized cupboard. Close to a tram which goes frequently to the centre.

They offer checking in until 0:00, checking out from 0:00. I asked when I booked if it means that it is no problem if we will arrive late as our plane arrive after 22:00. The property manager wrote: no, keep in touch, my phone number is... On the afternoon of the day when we were to arrive she sent a message: keep in touch, my phone number... I wrote back: ok, we will arrive late night, our plane etc. When we were getting on the bus from the airport around 23:00, I tried to call the phone number she gave us, No answer. I called their central number. No answer. I tried to phone her several times - at the end she answered sleepily: call other number, its not her problem, she has to get up early. I said quite histerically, that SHE said that we has to call her when we arrive. After all she agreed to let us in. The kitchen is poorly equipped - the first apartment in my life, in several countries (once in the Netherlands too), where they think it's not their job to provide washing up liquid (that is, they provided 25 ml - when we said on the 3rd day, we are out of it, the receptionist explained where is the nearest supermarket). There is no any kitchen towel, no equipment where you can let the washed up dishes to dry. You could use the dishwasher (if you buy diswasher tablet, of course), but it is in the same room when we slept, so you sleep, or you use it. Perhaps you could use it in the morning, but if you used cutlery, plates, etc. on the evening, there no remaining clean thing for breakfast. There is two type of hanger in the bathroom: too weak to use for the towel, or so high, that I had to jump a little to throw the towel up (I'm 163 cm). Every third attempt is successful. Ok, my husband could throw it up without jumping (175 cm). While you take a shower, the water turns totally cold several times. There is nothing that separates the shower, so half of the bathroom gets covered with water,.

Lovely place to stay. 20 minutes on the tram from Central Amsterdam. The staff were all nice & friendly.

I found the location beautiful and easily accessible from the centre on number 2 tram. Ester was very nice and helpful when checking in.
