Located in Chattanooga, this charming house for $417 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Mount Nouveau will delight the whole family. Nature surrounds you and our attention to detail will please you. Come visit Rock City and Ruby Falls only minutes away! Enjoy this beautiful home where nature streams inside, accompanied with glamorous furnishings and photo worthy walls. This Hollywood Regency inspired home is in a breathtaking setting and is perfect for a small friend or family group. It would provide the perfect place to rest after outdoor adventures on the beautiful mountain or to enjoy the thriving Chattanooga downtown scene. From the front door you walk into a light, open living space with a stone fireplace, a plush seating area, an original hand painted gold accent wall, TV and mini bar. The master bedroom features a fabulous queen bed, gorgeous furnishings, a closet, dresser and a TV. There is a bathroom off the master bedroom with a soaker tub and separate shower. The second bedroom features another comfy queen bed with more gorgeous bedding a large dresser and closet. This bedroom has a sliding door that opens to its own little deck that leads to the backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a family sized fridge and an electric glass-top range with microwave above it. In the kitchen there is a breakfast nook with comfortable bench seating and extra chairs to seat up to 6. The sunroom is around the corner from the stone fireplace in the living room and has a cozy loveseat that faces a sliding door that opens up to the back deck. There are games on open shelves in the sunroom. The back deck also connects to an exterior door to the master bedroom. There is a third bedroom with a twin bed plus trundle bed. This bedroom would also make a great office; it is equipped with a desk facing an amazing widow and the wifi is great. The second bathroom is outside the second bedroom with a combination tub and shower. The fireplace contains an electric fireplace insert for comfort and safety. The yard around the home has a large fire pit for bonfires and is surrounded by stone walls built in the 1930's. There will be a guest manual available at the house with all the information you need for your stay plus itineraries, restaurant suggestions, etc.

Wow! We absolutely loved this place. From the moment we walked in to a Christmas tree in the living room, we knew we had picked the right place to stay! We are something of Chattanooga 'veterans'- visiting often, but we usually stay in a downtown hotel. This property was a perfect blend of staying on the mountain yet being close to downtown. We were able to get anywhere downtown within 15 minutes. The kitchen was well appointed- Katie seems to have thought of everything you'll need to cook dinner at home. My only 'complaint' would be that the pictures on the listing do not do near the justice the view of the valley at night deserved (we were there in the winter) and of the sunrise. Breathtaking! We got to see all kinds of fireworks from the warmth of our house on New Years Eve- it was so fun and beautiful. I honestly cannot wait to go back. Hard to be flawless- and no experience is - but this was close!

We had a fabulous time staying at this wonderful home! It was decorated so nice, with all of the special touches that made for a perfect 2 day stay! So close to Ruby Falls, look out mountain and Rock City and just a few miles away from shops and restaurants but in the woods. We really couldn’t have picked a better place!

Beautiful area. Owner was very nice. No complaints. We haven’t been to many VRBOs so we don’t have a lot to compare it to, but everything was very comfortable and lovely.

Loved everything about this house! Decorated perfectly and the views are amazing. The only issue we had was trying to park 3 cars. There’s no way to park 3 cars and be able to leave and get back down the driveway. We had to use a Uber every time we left but that was fine with us.

This was an excellent property! The pictures don’t do it justice about the amazing views. This place works great with our family at 5, including three kids, six, and under. It had everything we needed, including a highchair, which was a delight. All of the furniture and decorations were amazing and provided a fun atmosphere for the house, and the location was amazing because you got to have great views, but didn’t have to drive to the top of the mountain and we were still 15 minutes from everything downtown. Will definitely stay here again!

Our goal was a slower paced Chattanooga trip with 1st and 3rd graders while staying close to city attractions. We absolutely found it with this home! You're a couple minutes from Ruby Falls and close to everything else in the city. The added bonus was the kids simply enjoying playing in the yard with all the natural rock formations. The campfire pit was a huge hit with the girls as well. I would definitely recommend this rental for families.

I visited Chattanooga with my sisters and mom for a girls weekend and this property was great, just what we were looking for. Clean, well furnished and decorated, good access to town, but felt secluded and cozy. The beds were comfortable which is just invaluable when you’re traveling. Can’t rave enough about this place! Great vibe, enjoyed the home’s decor. Perfect for two couples coming to enjoy Chattanooga. The driveway for the first time is a great thrill but easy to navigate afterwards. Outdoor fire pit is a wonderful perk along with smores, highly recommend.

We've never spent a week vacation anywhere but the beach, but we LOVED our week in Chattanooga. The house was perfect with a fully stocked kitchen (we cooked all our meals). The neighborhood is quiet and the location is perfect. From 99% of the house you can't see another house and feel like you are staying deep in the woods. The house is halfway up Lookout Mountain and you are able to be anywhere in the city within 15-20 minutes. We tried to do it all this week from hiking to caverns and the aquarium. It was a sweet retreat at the end of the day to enjoy our private spot on the mountain.
