Situated in Moonta Bay, this attractive house for $151 per night is a great option for your next break. Discover this modern three-bedroom family home nestled in a tranquil Cul-De-Sac, just a leisurely stroll down the alley to reach the beach in under 5 minutes! Conveniently positioned between Moonta Jetty and Port Hughes Jetty, it's an ideal retreat for families. Unwind and savour the expansive open living room along with the contemporary, fully equipped kitchen. Gather for family meals at the spacious table accommodating up to 12 guests. Two reverse cycle air conditioners ensure your comfort year-round. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds, and the third bedroom features a bunk bed (double bottom, single top) with space for a cot or air mattress (not provided). We provide two linen options: OPTION 1: Towels, bottom sheets, and pillows (with protectors and covers) at no extra cost. OPTION 2: Quilts, quilt covers, and top sheets available for an additional $15 per bed. Please specify your preference during booking for adjustment in the final balance. The family room comfortably accommodates two families, perfect for enjoying TV time or selecting from our collection of diverse DVDs for your entertainment. The well-lit bathroom offers a bath and shower, alongside a separate vanity and basin area. A washing machine is available for your laundry needs. Well-behaved pets are welcome, with a request to keep them off the furniture. The large, fenced backyard provides ample space for them to roam. Parking for four or more cars is available in the driveway, with room for a boat either in the driveway or backyard. Our goal is to offer a clean, fully equipped home-away-from-home where you can unwind and make the most of your stay.

We had a great time staying here. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It had a big backyard which was safe for our little dog. Such an easy stroll through the laneway accross the road to the beach. A very quiet street aswell. Thanks Dino & Sue, we would highly recommend this home.

Lovely place to stay with you pet. We took our dog Bonnie and the place was safe and secure for her. Location was fantastic, house lovely and clean and lived the surprise Tim tams left for us. We have booked to stay again next year

The house was spacious and modern, couch amazingly comfy. The town of Moonta is gorgeous, full of old sandstone houses. This house is an easy walk to a lovely beach that dogs are allowed on. The pier has a very large netted swimming section too. There is also a very nice boat ramp area. A great place for a fishing, and/ or family trip.

We have just enjoyed 12 fabulous days in this property. The house was very clean, spacious and well appointed. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided. The teenagers loved the DVD collection!

Renting process was easily arranged and contact with hosts friendly and welcoming. The property was very clean, beautifully appointed with all we needed, and extremely comfortable. Large secure backyard was great for the dogs. Short walk or drive to number of beaches. Situated well between Moonta and Port Hughes townships. An excellent place to stay.

Great house for our family, including young kids, parents, a grandparent and dog! Walking distance to the beach with a lane down to the next street opposite the house. Large fenced off yard for the dog.

The house is in a very quiet cul-de-sac, with good wide driveway and gates which open to a good sized dog proof well grassed lawn area. Inside the bedroom No 1 is very good and as there was only two of us we didn't use the other two rooms. Kitchen is well equipped and modern with plenty of fridge freezer space, adequate toilet (not roomy), good bathroom and well equipped laundry. Very good comfy lounge / TV area separate dinning area with table for ten. BBQ is a non-go-er and no doubt will be looked at by the hosts. Take mozzie spray! Well worth considering!

We had a wonderful week at this very comfortable, clean and well stocked property. The cul de sac is so quiet and it is only a few minutes walk down the lane way opposite to the beautiful beach at Simms Cove. Communication from the hosts was great and they supplied just about everything you'd need. Our fur baby had a wonderful time in the large, fenced yard and swimming and chasing sea gulls on the beach. Would definitely stay again, thanks Prue & Dino.

Our stay at this house was beautiful.very clean pet friendly, short distance to beach….big backyard for our dog ,very good for 1 family.if there was another toilet and shower it’s amazing for two families. Owners also so friendly and responded so quickly to our emails. We loved our stay at 32 Moontana avenue.
