The cottage was cute and well maintained. It was nice to be able to walk to bars & restaurants given how busy traffic is in the area. All we had to do when we left was take out all the garbage. Our biggest issue was the lackluster bedding & towels. The comforters and sheets didn't fit the beds and were flimsy. The beds didn't have fitted sheets on them so they came off when you rolled over. There weren't enough kitchen/bathroom towels or toilet paper. We don't feel it's reasonable to expect guests to bring those items when traveling from far away. We rent our condo in Sanibel, FL and our management company supplies all the toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, kitchen & bathroom towels and luxury hotel grade bedding & pillows. If our guests need something all they have to do is call the front desk. They don't have to go to the grocery store to get basic necessities when they run out. I expected this given the price paid for the week.

Absolutely the best vacation stay we have ever been on!! The cottage we rented was in pristine condition when we arrived and was nothing short of amazing!! The cottage we rented had 2 bedrooms with one having an extra side room with a pullout couch which fit our group of 6 perfectly. Pool was right across the parking lot and the kids enjoyed every minute of it as well as all the kid activities they had going on throughout the day. Would highly recommend this cottage!

Overall. Good. However, the towel situation was poor at best. Only one real towel for an adult after a showers. The other towels were either smaller or very thin. No towel racks or anything to hang hand towels next to sinks. Not enough towel racks / hangers for everyone to hang towel after a shower. No towel(s) as floor mat.

8028 Sand Bar was PERFECT! We brought our two kids (under 10) and it was the perfect distance from the pool, and having the playground in the back was even better! Tons of space to spread out in the cottage and feel right at home. The cottage was beautifully decorated and it felt like an upscale experience.

Loved the spacious cottage I stayed in. The rooms were roomy and everything was clean except the floors which were dirty because my new white fuzzy slipper socks were dirty from one wear. It would be nice if the owners provide more toiletries for the days we stayed. I found the wash cloths needs replacing because they were dingy and worn out. Did experience some issues with one of the cable boxes in the sitting room and the living room fan’s remote control needed new batteries.

The resort is wonderful. Lobby was great and the staff were very nice at check in. The home was nice. I was surprised it was not very clean. There was clearly food on the plate ware. The toilet seat was dirty. The towels were amazingly thin and coarse. I was glad I didn't have a sunburn or they would have felt like sandpaper. Would I stay there again. Maybe? There are a lot of nice resorts with nicer appointed homes and cleaner. Not sure there was anything truly unique about this place.

Loved the cottage and its location was great to the pool and bar. The towels were horrible (rough and on the older side and could have used a few more). There should be hooks in the bathrooms upstairs for clothes and towels. Also, a string line in shower to hang bathing suits to dry would be great.

The cottage was huge. The upstairs bedroom had a living room in it!!! Both bedroom upstairs had big bathrooms. The downstairs had a living room kitchen and dining room. Laundry and another bathroom downstairs. With a nicely set up patio. Thank you to the owners for letting us into this gorgeous cottage!! Love the decor. Just beautiful. By far the nicest place I’ve stayed at. (And don’t get me wrong) I’ve stayed at nice places!! This cottage is also located right next to the pool area!! Can’t beat that!!! Thank you thank you!!!

We stayed at 8028 Sand bar drive 2 bedroom cottage. The cottage was spotless very well decorated the house was very spacious fir a 2 bedroom. We We right in front of the hotel close to bar and pool. The back patio had table with 4 chairs a picnic table and 2 loungers. We loved it and will be booking again real soon.

This was our 2nd time renting this specific cottage. We love Margaritaville. A couple of things. The master bath should have a hook on the wall for robe/towel. All of the toilet paper holders need tightening. Otherwise, we love this cottage.

Perfect Margaritaville location!
Took a last minute vacation to Margaritaville. This cottage was the perfect size for me and my family. Super clean and looked new. You couldn’t get any closer to the resort pool entrance. Walking distance to Sunset Walk provided great choices for dining!
