Things to Know No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We enjoyed our stay. This unit was more than comfortable and had more than enough room for our family of 12. The kitchen is huge! We had our meals outside on the balcony. The gym was awesome!

The property and condo is Super nice. Check in 100%! Lots of room! No condiments what so ever. No VIEW! TOPS'L is a quality resort been going there for over 15 years. I should have paid more attention to view we were paying for, parking lot view.

Loved having 5 bedrooms. Everything was very clean. There is no view, but that's not a big deal if your goal is holding multiple people. There is a significant lack of cookware in this unit. If you plan to cook, you'll need to bring what you need. Almost no pots, pans, etc. Luckily we had a second condo on site and borrowed what we needed. Aside from that, excellent stay. Love the icemaker in the wet bar!

The only trouble we had was mid week, a guy comes out to the pool, we were all chilling around the baby pool with my granddaughter, harassing us about that. Then 20 minutes later comes out and says, we are closing this pool. It's not been cleaned in 3 days. We schedule our activities very closely because its a lot of money for a week's vacation. Wednesday was our all day pool day, NOPE, they closed the pool! We were ticked. I was told I would get compensated for it, but haven't heard how much.

Pictures does not do this condo justice. It was more than enough room for our family. Kitchen was well stocked with all the things we needed. Towels in every bathroom. Condo was very clean and spacious. We did have a little issue with some maintenance going on above us that was extremely loud. We just went shopping and to the beach for a couple hours and luckily they were finished when we returned.

This place was amazing, when I tell you it was more than I expected. We had plenty of space for me and my family + grandchildren. Shopping stores was within a mile of each other, beachfront access was great parking and check in was excellent, we didn’t need no room service everything was at hand. The room was clean to perfection everything was working (appliance) it also has its own Ice maker! Exercise equipment was nice and clean. Information for directions to this location and codes to the room was spot on. So with that being said when I return this will be the location where I would be staying! Vacation was perfect.
