This gorgeous three story townhome is conveniently located in Miramar Beach/Destin directly on its own private white sand beach! We are a Saturday to Saturday rental with a minimum of 7 nights during the summer peak season. Snow birds that rent 28+ days in Jan and Feb get 30% discount off nightly rate. If you are looking for an extremely attractive vacation rental that is convenient (to beach, restaurants, shopping and attractions) and large enough for the family to spread out and relax - this is your place!! We have a 55” LCD smart TV with DVD to watch a movie or catch your favorite TV show after a long day on the beach or just sit down and surf the web on our high speed Wireless internet - so bring your laptop! BEAUTIFUL HARDWOOD FLOORS cover all 3 levels – Breathtaking views of the gulf and the picture perfect sunrises and sunsets are yours from every level as each has its own deck. Splash around in the Gulf or watch your loved ones from the balcony. There are several great restaurants within walking distance - Pompano Joes Restaurant is literally right next door; outlet malls, boutique stores, public world-class golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water Park and many other activities that are nearby for all ages. Sleeping arrangements - total unit sleeps 15 comfortably with 3 queen beds and 1 king bed -- upper level beachfront master bedroom offers a king bed and master bath with sliding glass doors to your own private balcony. The upper level also offers a charming 2nd bedroom with queen bed and on-suite bathroom. The main level offers a queen sleeper sofa and the lower level has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed & full size bunk w/pullout and the other bedroom with a queen bed and Day Bed with Trundle. Amenities include central air conditioning throughout, cable tv's in all bedrooms and living room, wireless internet, fully equipped full size kitchen (added a Keurig single cup brewing system so bring you K-cups!), stackable washer/dryer in the Master suite laundry room and full size washer/dryer on first level. Initial linens provided, outside shower on beach level, gas grill on main level deck (guest provide propane). Family Rentals Only - our property will not be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in the unit for the entire stay. Exceptions must be in writing from the Owner. An exception is available for married couples under age 25. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Any sign of smoking or smokeless tobacco (sorry...this means no smoking on the outside decks either).

My favorite spot in the whole entire house was the bottom porch sitting in a hammock swing. Actually, the majority of us had the same favorite spot. Lol the perfect place to read a book, relax in the hammock swing and enjoy the roar of ocean. This was also the best place to watch Sunset sunrise. I think Thanksgiving week is my new favorite time at the beach. Rejuvenating and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots and pans and utensils we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner for nine. There was ample seating to support us as well. The bed was a little uncomfortable and probably could be replaced soon, the porch is probably going to be needing some repairs as well due to some sagging the overall thoroughly enjoyed our trip and I would stay here again. The location is perfect! Walking distance from shopping and restaurants but it’s not too busy.

We absolutely loved this town home. It had everything you could want in a vacation rental. It comes with a beach umbrella and two chair rental which was wonderful for my parents. The owners even have everything you would need for a day at the beach included with the rental. My family loved the paddle boards and kayak and my grandchildren had their pick of beach toys. We also used an extra beach umbrella that was also included so everyone could sit in the shade. The home was nicely decorated and very clean. We will definitely be staying here again and can't wait until we do. It was truly a home away from home. We were close to all the restaurants and shopping for our evenings out but honestly we liked just having everything delivered and staying in.

Accommodations are nice and clean but the floor plan is a bit odd with no bedrooms on beach level and none on the same floor as the kitchen/dining area.

Sanddollar 4 was nice. They had forgotten to clean it so we didn’t get to check in until a little later but we were still able to access to put our luggage and cold items in the fridge. We loved that it was right on the beach and my daughters loved the swing seats on the middle deck. If you have young children or elderly people staying know that the steps to get down to the beach inside the house are very steep. My mom and dad got up and down ok but it was hard for them to handle. The house was spacious and we loved the open concept on the middle floor to where we could all be together while we ate. There were plenty of beds for our large group of 12! We loved the location and enjoyed the chairs and umbrellas that were available!

I was so skeptical after reading some of the reviews about parking and the stairs. Parking is tight for 3 vehicles. But we made it work! The spiral stairs to the beach, just had our little ones walk slow with us. Never an issue. Our family of 8 adults and (5 children ranging from 3 months to 10 years old) enjoyed our stay ! The proximity to the beach was perfect. You really need to bring nothing but food and clothes! lol everything you need to cook and enjoy on vacation is available. We even found a stroller in the closet upstairs which came in handy for our 2year old granddaughter. We had only brought one for her baby sister. The layout is perfect for large family. Not to mention there are 2 sets of washer and dryers! We will definitely be coming back!

Sanddollar 4 is a great place to stay. Well stocked with all the necessities and lots of room. Private beach area and beach chairs were big pluses. All the extras out weighed the spiral staircase. I would recommend this place 100%!

Beautiful location that was very clean and roomy enough for 8 adults. Enjoyed our private beach and the view! Downside was the spiral staircase. Glad we didn’t have little kids or elderly adults. It was very tightly wound and steps are small. No other way to get the private beach. If you are able adults, this is a great location!

Great location, home was very clean. We didn't care for the interior winding staircase that takes you to the beach, very scary trying to get down with kids. Parking was an issue, we had four trucks with only 2 spaces, so we had to sneak our vehicles every night in private condo lots and hope we didn't get towed. Overall I would rent again if we didn't have so many vehicles.

Amazing stay. Home was literally on the beach so had a spectacular view each day and enjoyed evenings on the deck watching the sunsets. Home had everything we needed for an enjoyable 2 month stay. Owner was super helpful and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect location and the house is beautiful. Only negative is the stairs that are accessed on each floor and lead to the beach level. They are spiral and a little difficult to maneuver but the location and the closeness to the beach makes it all worth it.

This vacation was one for the books! This home sits on the beach and as promised we spotted dolphins every morning from deck. Perfectly appointed and we so appreciate of how well the kitchen was stocked with large pots and bowls, along with more than enough plates, cups and utensils. With our large group, it was perfect! Beach access was awesome!

Our experience at the property was fantastic! They have everything you can think of and having the beach out the back door is amazing! The only iffy thing is parking is tight and it’s hard to back out of the spot because of how busy the road is. We can’t wait to book again for future trips!

This property is in the perfection location to just walk across the street for ice cream or to just walk right out onto the sand from the porch! With 6 kids and 5 adults we all had our own personal space and was still able to have dinners together in 1 room! Very clean and the chairs and umbrella service was an added bonus on the beach! Also, lots of beach toys and boogie boards and such so you don’t have to pack those!

This was a wonderful property that fit all of our needs! The spiral staircase to get to the beach was super novel and worked great for our group! However, if there are older folks or little kids, it might be a bit troublesome getting down to the beach! Parking was a bit tough since we all had SUV's. We could only fit one in the space. We found parking for the 2 other cars across the street. The unit has 2 washers and dryers, so that was super handy for towels! Kitchen was fully stocked! I'd highly recommend this to others!

We loved this townhome! The beds were comfy, air conditioning worked great even in the 100° heat last week. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of room to spread out. Only issues were the spiral stairs to the beach and the parking was tight. We made it work but that would have been the only thing we would’ve changed. Having the beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys were a big help! It was so convenient to not have to bring all that with us! Kitchen has everything you could ever need! We will be back!

This house had the perfect space for our family to get together, and so many more amenities that are listed. The patio space was amazing for early morning coffee and late night chats. It was a great location and easy to get around to the places we wanted to see. And the beach…. It was all so amazing. All of the home features were as listed and the mattresses were so comfortable! (Added this because we have several family members with bad backs so it’s important to us)

Everything about here was remarkable! You can’t ask for a better location. The home is absolutely beautiful in every way. The layout was great and perfect for families or groups. Yes, there is a windy staircase but it was no problem for us and we had kids in tow. The kitchen is more stocked with things you need than my own house! I will plan on staying in to cook more next time! We absolutely loved it here. It was hands down the best rental we have ever had and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Sharpen your sand castle skills and book the property, You will love it! We stayed with a group of friends who has kids in the tweens. The private beach is great and the ocean is shallow for all to enjoy. Also remember to checkout the icecream store right across the street. Whole Foods is 5 minutes from the house.
