About this house rental
Nestled in Miramar Beach, this lovely house for $1,369 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This yard is one of the largest in the area. Only two blocks to the beach, and walking distance to world famous Pompano Joe's restaurant, it is freshly remodeled and ready for your perfect vacation. Please keep in mind the following updates being currently finished. Photos coming before Christmas: -There is a brand new $2000 ping pong table on order coming in to the backyard. -There will be a brand new cedar gazebo over the barbeque area with tons of counter space and an outdoor television. You can watch the tv while sitting at the fire pit and relaxing outside. -There were new pavers is installed in the front of the home to extend the driveway and it now can fit 5 cars. **Golf Cart: We have a fleet of golf cars for our homes now because local companies were charging $165/day for golf carts and we wanted to make sure our customers got an amazing deal. We offer them for between $300 and $495 per week (+taxes and processing), depending on time of year. They are six-seater electric luxury golf carts with leather and outdoor built-in outdoor speakers for playing music. If interested, please inquire regarding availability. It has a huge pool, jacuzzi, outdoor patio, and everything you need in the backyard. The freshly remodeled kitchen opens up right to the backyard where you can swim in the large 30 X 16 pool, relax in the hot tub which seats up to 8, or sit by the firepit at night while relaxing in the tropical setting. It is truly an amazing luxury paradise. The setting is secluded on a private street and the lots are double the usual size of other homes in the area. Most pools in the area are less than half the size of this one! They are like Vegas sitting pools. This is a full size swimming pool for all the family or families to enjoy. And the hot tub spills out right into the pool to warm it up. Inside the house has five bedrooms and three baths and an open kitchen and living room area. Off to the kitchen and living room area is a separate dining room area to have family meals together. The bedroom layout of the home is as follows: one master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath. Two bedrooms with king beds and a separate bathroom to share. A bunk bed room with four full beds and a jack and jill bathroom which connects to a bedroom with a queen bed. The great thing about this area is that you are walking distance to the beach and restaurants such as Pompano Joes. And if you don't want to go to the beach you can relax in the oversize backyard and enjoy your privacy and seclusion on this private street with amazing backyard amenities and luxury setting. For larger parties the house next door, Emerald Haven, is also available. Talk to us about booking both houses together for large parties. Pool heating available upon request. $350 per week plus tax ($50 per day plus tax). Pool heat must be selected for the duration of the stay and is not available for partial amounts of days. Pool heating highly recommended for mid October through mid May for maximum enjoyment of property. Jacuzzi available 6pm-10pm on timer year round. Pack and play and high chair available upon request. REFUND POLICY: If you wish to cancel we will attempt the dates and will refund you what we book it for. With enough lead time we should be able to rebook for 100% of what you paid. VRBO does not give more than a 60 day window of time for cancellations and within 60 days we may not be able to rebook the exact same timeframe for your reservation. If you need to cancel please make sure to contact us as soon as possible so we can rebook the time period. COVID POLICY: Should the house be unavailable due to a government imposed shutdown, you would get a 100% refund. DAMAGE PROTECTION: There is a $59 fee included in your reservation that covers you up to $1500 in accidental damages. **Travel Insurance is recommended during the hurricane season of June-October. RING DOORBELL NOTIFICATION: Please note there is a ring doorbell on the front of the house with audio/video recording. This is only on the front of the house but while in front you may be recorded on video or audio.

Over all impression of the property was good, we loved the backyard, the layout of the home was excellent for multi families, fire pit and gas grill was also a plus! On the flip side the master bedroom plus the bunk room side of property had no TV at all week the cable wasn’t working and no Roku. The queen room and bunk room was extremely hot all hours of day, no wash clothes, parking for two vehicles only listing said 4 vehicle parking no way, pool area had trash left on ground, No dish washing soap, bathroom soaps or wash pods. Our host was always helpful and always responded to my questions during our stay. The lack of preparation and amenities for our stay I feel was ignored. I always try and leave a accurate review of any property we stay at this was our experience.

This property was a great stay for my family of six and three other families with four additional kids. It was great to have our own private pool with provided toys. The beach was a few minute walk away in a great restaurant in that same distance.

This was our first time renting a vacation home with our family. It was great! We had 6 adults and 6 children. Perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Even had a big pot to hold 13 ears of corn! The pool was large and a beautiful back yard. The pictures of house inside and out are truthful, you will not be disappointed. The walk to the beach is 2 1/2 blocks. Entrace to beach is right by Pompano Joe restaurant.

Our family had a great stay at the Blue Oasis. Everything was just as represented on the VRBO listing - the place was clean, and the pool and hot tub were great. Better yet, the owner and the rental company were super responsive to questions and a couple minor issues and went above and beyond what might have expected. Altogether a A++ experience for our family.

Such a great house for our family! The back yard & pool was amazing! We spent most of our time in the pool & beach. The basketball hoop in the pool was a definite bonus for our group. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. We vacation every other year with our family & this was one of their favorites! We are a family of 14. The kids range in age from 10-19. The bunk beds were not compatible for sleeping 2 teenagers to a bed. The kitchen was great. We do this vacation every year but this was our first year in Destin. The kids loved the area, the beach and the amazing back patio. We had an issue with the pool and it was resolved immediately. Overall a great place for a family vacation.

We had a great time at this beautiful property. My granddaughter was in the pool everyday and the adults were in the hot tub every night. It was a ten minute walk to have your feet in the sand or a 3 minute drive. We have stayed at other rentals on our family vacation and this one had a lot more cooking pans and utensils than the others. Hamburgers were made on the grill and beers and wine were drank by the fire pit. All in all it was a very relaxing time for all.

We loved our stay at this property! The backyard is amazing and the house was plenty big enough for our group of 13 (6 kids, 6 adults and 1 infant). We also loved that it was such a short distance to the beach! The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and helped us with any questions we had! We hope to be back!

We rented this house for a friends birthday celebration. The house was perfect, comfortable beds and spent almost every waking moment in the pool, hot tub, by the fire pit or at the beach! We rented umbrellas and chairs in front of Pompano Joes, the walk was easy and great to have the beach bar right there. We will be back!

House was wonderful and very accommodating. Had everything we needed and more. It’s about a 7 min walk to the beach. Wish it was a little closer, but the house and the backyard made up for it! The management was very prompt and easy to work with.

Home has nice size bedrooms but 1bathroom is very old and needs to be updated. Pool area in backyard is large and so is pool but both need to be update, pool has loose tiles and area around pool appears shabby, needs to be cleaned and updated. Had to call management company to clean up broken old toys, chairs and wagon. Landscape in back needs to be trimmed. Whole house needs to be painted. One can tell home has had a lot of use.

Great family vacation house
This house had great space for my entire family to vacation together. We really enjoyed the outdoor setup-firepit, pool, covered sitting areas. Steve was very quick to response with any of our needs and worked quickly to get everything prepared for our stay. House is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay!

Best Vacation Ever!!!!
This property was perfect for our extended
family of 12. Plenty of privacy for adults while all of the kids could hang out together in the bunk room. The backyard/patio is amazing!!! We used the pool everyday and the kids loved the basketball goal!! Every night, when we came home from the beach, we would enjoy the hot tub and then sit around the fire pit and roast marshmallows for s’mores. Matthew was wonderful! He was easy to contact and was very helpful if we had questions. We will definitely be going back next year!

The colored pool lights at night are fun for an evening swim and the round outdoor gas fireplace was a favorite! Our young adults loved the bunk room (the bunk beds are good sized) with an attached bathroom. The property is conveniently located and only a short walk to the beach. We had a great time! My only concern was that I emailed and called the property owner several times to ask about the charge for the pool and hot tub heat. He finally responded 3 days before we were arriving and sent me a bill for the heat via the VRBO website. His lack of customer service was disappointing.

We absolutely loved this home! It seriously worked for all of us staying and there was plenty of room! The pool was amazing and such a great size! It was nice to have so many pool toys to use as well! We loved the fire pit, it was used each evening! I think the only downside would have been that the hot tub is only HOT from 7-10pm. Will hopefully be coming back!
