This remarkable 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is nestled between Forest Service lots on the desirable Eastern Slope. This wonderful home was completely remodeled on both the exterior and interior. The main living area includes the master bedroom and features a walk-in closet and access to a large deck. Also located on the main level are 2 additional bedrooms, the kitchen, dining area, and living room with expansive ceilings. From the main level is access to a spacious loft which can be used as an office or a den. Both the living room and loft have large decks which are perfect for entertaining. Walk out of the kitchen onto another deck complete lawn and patio. Downstairs includes a 4th bedroom with a full bathroom, complete with air conditioning. The 2 car garage is oversized with ample room for storage. Incline Village renters enjoy golf courses, ski resort, and a recreational and tennis center. Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.WSTR21-35 Transient Lodging #4531 Occupancy 8, Beds 4, parking in garage and driveway. No parking permitted on roadways. Absolutely no dogs at this property $1000 fine and animals will have to be removed from property. This property sleeps 8 people MAX.

We enjoyed this home on our 10 day family vacation. Be aware that there are 5 cameras at the house (one over the hot tub). This was not comfortable. Also the home is way up at the top of Eagle Dr and gets quite a bit of road noise from Country Club Dr. many steep stairs to get up to the living area and most of the kitchen cabinets are locked for owner storage.

Came into Incline for a wedding. Our family plus another couple stayed for the weekend. Super quite neighborhood. If I go back Ill stay there again.

Our family loved this vacation rental-spacious, comfortable with an awesome deck & fire pit & hot tub in the backyard. Our only complaint was the jets didn’t work in the hot tub.We will definitely rent again!

The house is nice and clean.
However, we were not able to get in touch with anyone before or during the check in.
Then, an hour after arriving they finally contacted us only to notify us that they were watching us on the cameras and noticed the service dog with us. (We then noticed there are cameras all of the outside of the property and in the garage.) The entirety of the stay it felt unsettling as we knew we were being watched. None of us were comfortable using the hot tub.

We absolutely loved staying at this property in Incline Village! The household amenities made all aspects of our day and night more comfortable. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and backyard swing. We will definitely recommend to all our friends.

Property is as good as advertised. Not too far from Diamond Peak and Incline downtown. Property manager was easy to communicate with and fixed a few initial issues (too few towels, no iron board / iron found at arrival). Overall, a very nice stay over ski week!

This cabin was amazing, beautiful views, quite and gorgeous. Well stocked and spacious. We are planning on coming back for sure.

House was beautiful and location is great but the fact that nobody communicated with us and still as of now the owner didn’t respond is not acceptable. Everyone can have good time and be responsive if everything goes well, but when something goes wrong that will show with what company you’re actually dealing with. Heads up to future renters!

Great location and great place to stay!! We loved every minute! The only suggestion I would make would be to bring your own towels, bath soap, Saran Wrap, salt/pepper, etc. It’s a newer cabin and doesn’t have a lot of things stocked!
But we will definitely be coming back!
