The Condo is cleaned with hospital grade sanitization between every stay. Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom bottom unit on the rim of Las Palmas Resort with amazing views of Snow Canyon and St. George, UT. Located minutes from golf courses, local shopping and cuisine and a short drive to Snow Canyon State Park, Red Cliffs Recreation Area, and Zion National Park. The space This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo can accommodate up to 7 people and an infant. The first bedroom offers a king size bed with a sliding glass door to the back patio and a private full size bath with two sinks and soaker tub. The Second bedroom offers a queen size bed and a bunk bed with a pull out twin trundle. Both bedrooms have a 43" smart TV offering Sling TV for your viewing enjoyment. A portable crib is available. The living area offers plenty of seating with a 55" smart TV , kid’s toys, and board games. The dining area has a large dining table with additional folding chairs in the entryway closet. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. Back patio opens up onto a grassy lawn with views of Snow Canyon and Green Valley. There is a patio table and grill for your dining pleasure. We provide all linens, bath towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The numerous amenities at Las Palmas resort offer something for everyone. Take a short walk across the parking lot to the clubhouse where you can find access to a gym, basketball courts, tennis courts, racquet ball courts, splash pad, kiddie pool, indoor pool, indoor hot tubs, and outdoor lap pool. Two additional outdoor pools located behind building 12 and 17. Enjoy your whole day basking in the St George sun or spend quality time in our beautiful condo.

My family really enjoyed this property. There was plenty of space for our family of 7 for a quick getaway. The property was clean and provided everything we needed. I appreciated not having a long checklist for checkout. It was very simple and the host was very good at communicating with us. My kids loved the amenities of this property and I wish we had stayed for 2 nights instead of just one. We hope to visit again in the future.

This condo is a great spot for a couple or young family. The place was spotless when we arrived. It had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathroom without too many extra knick-knacks to worry about. The host was quick to communicate with us and the view of the mountains from the private back patio was stunning. If we're ever back in St. George, we will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at this location. It was so nice to have two bathrooms for our family. The pillows were so comfortable. We loved swimming in the variety of swimming pools. Something for everyone! All of the amenities were included.

We have stayed at numerous properties in Las Palmas and Sports Village. This condo had the best decorations and linens We have stayed in. It was very clean well kept and organized. I even appreciate that they asked that there are no shoes on the carpet. Makes everything a lot cleaner. The linens were soft and smelled good and the beds were comfortable. It was an end unit so the views were spectacular! We have even made the comment that we would like to come back to that specific unit if available when we come back down. Loved it. Thanks!

My family and I loved our stay here (3 kids ages 1-9). Room is on the 1st floor and has a grassy back yard area with a view of snow canyon. The beds are super comfortable. Short walk to the pool, which is awesome when you have a little one. Parking stalls are also located pretty much in front of the room. Checking in and out was simple and the host was quick to respond to messages.

Had a great stay. Our family was driving home from our vacation and stayed here to break up the long drive. The home has everything you will need. Very comfortable and clean. It is in a neighborhood, but close enough to stores and shopping. We even rented some board games from a local store (Game Haven) and rang in the New Year with games and treats. We didn't have an opportunity to check out the pool and other amenities, but plan to on our next stay here.

The home is nice and clean. It was very simple to check in and out. Large master bathroom with lots of countertop space. Lots of mirrors! Very nice patio with beautiful view. Concrete walking path at backyard on other side of grass. Such a beautiful view for the whole walk.

My family needed this rental to accommodate overflow with a family funeral. We ended up renting 3 units in Las Palmas for some of our relatives. We loved this quaint unit with everything we needed for a few days. We had a few issues with the keypad or electronic entry mechanism not letting us in. Had to make some phone calls to get let in remotely a couple times during our stay. The unit itself was our favorite one of the other 2 we rented. We loved the all day shade of the rear porch/yard area with the view. Nice and QUIET!

It was very clean with comfortable beds, and the clubhouse activities were fun for my kids. The owner was both responsive and helpful. My kids enjoyed it so much they wanted to cancel the rest of our vacation to stay longer.

We stayed here as a launch point for the national parks in the area (Zion and Bryce Canyon). We found this condo to be an amazingly fun and clean place to stay. All the amenities that you could want a perfect place to stay for anyone bringing their family. Several different pools and the A/C helped us cool down during the very hot week we had when we stayed. The check in and communication was as easy as it gets. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the St. George area.
