The owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met and definitely a big part of why I will return to this location

Apartment was definitely bigger than it looked in the pictures and much nicer as well.

Best place to stay in OC!!

The hosts were absolutely amazing!! They are some of the nicest, hardworking people I have met. They went above and beyond to deliver exceptional hospitality!! I will definitely be booking their property if I return to Ocean City!

Had a great time with friends staying at a very nice apartment at a great location

The apartment was a short walk to the beach right to the middle of the boardwalk and adjacent to an EZ foods which made it nice to pick up some essentials. The staff/owners were very friendly and had great communication throughout our stay. Apartment was exactly as described and pictured, would definitely stay again!

I have nothing negative to say about the property, it just has its own quirks as any other place you would stay has. We bought toilet paper and paper towels at the grocery store since they were not provided and had to grab some other little things that normally would be around the house. But nothing of too big of an inconvenience.

Relaxing, Welcoming, and Close to Everything. Will definitely return!

The hosts were outstanding! Elena and her husband ensured I had what was needed for the stay, provided recommendations for the area, and made check-in and check-out easy. I was nervous that being between 7th and 8th Street would mean it was a bit too busy to relax, but they have made a small oasis right in the heart of OC with only a 2 block walk to the beach!

Good location, bad parking.

The location is close to the beach.

Parking was a disaster. The owner does not like to give receipts and will not guarantee parking. The booking listed that parking is free, but they said only one vehicle was allowed, which was not stated anywhere in the booking (on this website or the paper I signed checking in). It was incredibly difficult to even park where there was parking and we were blocked in. It is normal business practice to get a receipt and it became a huge deal. We were told that we would have to go to a location, not listed on booking.com and pay a larger fee if we wanted a receipt. The woman was nice who we contacted and finally did give us a written receipt. She was not the problem. I would not recommend at all just because of parking. This was one of the main reasons we chose this location for the night and 2 parking spaces for a facility with space for 8 people is not unreasonable, nor was asking for a receipt. We did check in early but that was because the owner was asking us to come back at a time we could not check in. I said I would come back at 330, after the check in time. He kept cutting me off when I spoke and it became incredibly uncomfortable to have a conversation.

Passable

The location was great! 1 block from the bay and 3 blocks from the boardwalk/beach.

When I made the booking, the owner stated that they did not rent to bridal parties and the like so I assumed it would be a quiet place. However the owner failed to mention that the remainder of the apartments were rented out to high school kids for senior week. Needless to say there were about 20-30 teenagers partying and acting out well until 2-3 am! The noise was unbearable and ruined our whole trip.

The owners are really wonderful and pleasant! They accommodated all of our needs and were super positive about our two year old doberman staying with us. We definitely will go back! The location is great too!

Had a great time and location was perfect

It was a great location. The owners were super friendly and helpful. Perfect for what we needed!

The parking could have been better..I struggled because I had a truck but very thankful I had help from the owner to navigate it!

Satisfactory, but will not be renting here again

Close to beach, Very nice bathroom, Good AC

Sand all over when we first walked in, Sheets were sandy and blankets were thin, photos of outside of the building online do not match what is actually rented. 2 bedroom apartment is in a shed like building rather than main building with balcony advertised, the male property manager stuck head through our window and was lingering around the property (no privacy outside) and the woman property manager made multiple comments about us being young women to one of their other male renters walking through.

The proprietors were very kind but the facility is old and outdated.

It was in a convenient location and the owners were very kind and hospitable.

Noisy neighbors stomping around, making noise until 2:30 a.m. only one electrical outlet in each bedroom was insufficient. There were ants crawling over the kitchen wall over the countertop and inside the coffee maker. It got cold and there was no heat available in the room.

the owners did not provide any accommodations. extra sheets. toilet paper. soap. hand sanitizer. or a parking spot. it was disgusting and even had mold. no batteries in the smoke detector either.

good value for the money

cozy studio type room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot.

The toaster didn't work and some of the folks next door were alittle loud.
