This canal waterfront home with keyless entry is just seconds away from San Luis Pass, just minutes from the Gulf, and just a few blocks to nearby beaches. Inside Second Wind features Vaulted ceilings, an open dining/living floor plan and multi-level bedrooms. Nicely furnished, serene “beachy” colors, family friendly. Amenities include internet, WIFI, a 40" smart TV in the living room and a 32” smart TV in the bedrooms. The Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. Two bedrooms with Queen size beds are located on the second level of the home. There is an open loft with a queen size bed. Twin air mattress available. The master bedroom is located on the third level with a king size bed and viewing deck. From the master room deck you can view the Gulf of Mexico and the Bay system. There is one kayak available with easy kayak access to the bay from canal. NO easier access to the Gulf and bay water than TREASURE ISLAND! Community boat ramp (on our canal) is available for guests use, as is the lighted community Fishing pier that is 100 yards from property. Fishing and crabbing is well known in the adjacent Christmas Bay. Located on the water, fishing directly from the boat dock offers the opportunity to catch speckled trout, flounder, redfish or do some crabbing from the canal that feeds into Cold Pass. There is a golf cart friendly private beach entry for Treasure Island residents and guests located on the gulf side of the neighborhood. Public beaches in the area are much less crowded than Galveston or Surfside and can be accessed by vehicle with a two mile drive down the scenic Bluewater Highway. There is also a public playground available located just a few blocks away at San Luis state park! You will love relaxing, sunbathing, fishing and the sunsets from the large deck overlooking the canal while taking in the saltwater air.
