Coastal living at its best. The Space: Quality construction and remarkable ocean views come standard. This spectacular 1 bedroom and 1 bath suite offers a spacious living space including a pullout queen size sofa (sleeps 2) and a kitchenette with mini-fridge and freezer, Broan cooktop fully stocked with drinkware, flatware, and dinnerware. A Nespresso Vertuo coffee station with pods, Breville toaster oven, iron tea kettle and Ninja blender for preparing light meals. This 1 bedroom suite has a king size bed fully outfitted with luxurious linens and our favorite down comforter. High quality finishes include Toto Neorest 700 Dual Flush Bidet, glass framed showers with a Graff rain shower, stand alone bathtub and perfectly lit LED vanity. Apple TV on every TV. High Speed internet and AC. Views of the oceanfront from the bed and living room area. Private patio with seating. 485 sqft - One Bedroom and living room sleeper sofa - Private Patio Area - Ocean views from the living room - Kitchenette - 1st floor IMPORTANT: Stay Awhile Villas is a professional property manager and uses a professional PMS system. Our integration between our PMS and VRBO limits our ability for us to charge a credit card processing, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the VRBO platform. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will onlly be charged the VRBO fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Someone from our team will reach out to you. Guest Access: Our guests have access to their assigned suite and all shared common areas, including the expansive grassy area, grilling stations, beach sand lounging area, and laundry room. Interaction with Guests: Our team is available 24/7 to assist you virtually. Getting Around: We recommend using Uber or a rental car. Many restaurants and stores are within walking distance of SA Suites on Carbon. Other things to note: SA Suites strives to offer a peaceful and serene environment for our guests. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors while using the common areas. Please do not walk to other units or use amenities that are intended for other guests. House Rules: • No smoking • No pets • No parties or events • Check-in is 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Please send our team a message prior to booking. Please do not request a reservation without speaking with the Home Manager. Please note that you may be asked to sign supplemental terms prior to entry of the property depending on the booking platform you are booking on. Signing these terms is required before entry is given. Additionally, you may be asked to pay for your credit card processing fee after booking. In the case of a cancellation, we will uphold the cancellation policy that was stated at the time of booking. Please note that the "Reservation fee" is our credit card processing fee. This fee is 100% non refundable as it is a hard cost. No parties. No visitors. No unapproved guests. All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government-issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list. If you want to have a guest, then you will need to submit their names prior to booking. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. We are very strict on our guest policy because it helps us maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. It also helps us stay well within the limits of the law. If a property goes over capacity, then we will become at risk of losing our permit and we will have to ask you to leave. **Guests are only permitted on the complex grounds from check-in to check out time. Guests are not permitted on the property during any other times. Please do not hang clothing items or towels off the glass railings in the complex. No pets unless proof is provided that the pets are service pets. We, out of principle, do not allow any pets. However, due to the American Disabilities Act, we are required by law to accept service pets if a guest does in fact have a service pet. No smoking, vaping, or similar. Los Angeles Code Section 41.50 B 18 b In high fire risk area, no smoking inside or out. No vapes or e-cigarettes either. Advanced smoke detectors react to vapors; alarm triggers $500 fire dept. charge. If violation caused alarm, $500 fee to person responsible. Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office located at 22648 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA 90265. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages. Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing. Parking: You will receive one parking pass. You cannot park in the parking lot at the front of the property without the parking pass. If you are not able to get a spot, then you will need to park either on PCH or in the overflow parking lot above the complex that has D’amores pizza and PC Greens. Note that the handicap spot is ticketed by the police - as are all handicap spots in California. So, do not park there - or anywhere - without the relevant pass(es). The police will not hesitate to charge you +$500 for parking where you shouldn’t. Pre Stocking: We have a list of pre-stocking options that guests are able to choose from. Pre-stock requests typically require at least one week advance notice. There will be a $150 service charge or 20% service charge (whichever one is greater) for all pre-stocking requests. Day of Arrival: During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity by showing the host their physical ID. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment. Early/Late Check-In and Late Check-out Fees: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Our early check-in and late check-in fees are $50 for every hour before 4:00pm and after 6:00pm, respectively. Additionally, if you want to check-in before 12:00pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. So, please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. Our check-out time is 10:00am. Our late check-out fee is $50 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. So, please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches. If you would like to have a late check-out, then please let us know in advance and we will see if we can accommodate it. If you would like to have an early/late check-in or a late check-out, then you will need to let us know one day in advance in writing. Doing this DOES NOT GUARANTEE our approval. Our approvals depend completely on factors that are out of our control. For example, whether the previous guest broke something at the property, whether the property needs its scheduled maintenance, whether our maids or technicians have ample time to do their job, whether our hosts/hostesses will have ample time to perform their inspections, whether the check-in is done outside of working hours, or whether there are any unprecedented issues. These are just a few examples of issues that determine whether or not we are able to approve an early/late check-in or a late check-out. So, let us know as soon as possible if this is something you are interested in and we can see if it is something we can accommodate. Cleanliness: We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. Hotel-style linens, towels, toiletries, and premium kitchen appliances provided. Enhanced COVID-19 cleaning includes hot water wiping and disinfection. All towels and linens washed, high-touch areas meticulously treated. Staff in masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our top-tier cleaning exceeds CDC standards. When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. Perfect getaway for a busy mama! Everything was exactly how pictured. I enjoyed some solo time and loved that this property is walking distance to Nobu and the complimentary fitness center at Cure which was also walking distance. Came on a weekday and there was parking right in front of the property which was also convenient. Tesla superchargers also within the area. Great stay! Plan to be back, but with my hubby next time! Thanks!

This place was immaculate, the location was perfect. It has direct access to the beach, walking distance to the pier which was very quaint and enjoyable! Plenty of restaurants within a 5-10 walk. The property was very clean, modern utilities and had a beautiful garden with lounge chairs overlooking the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The property staff were efficient and prompt with any help need on our behalf.

This was our second stay with Stay Awhile Villas. Ideally located steps from Nobu with easy beach access to Carbon Beach. Beautiful, spacious unit with high end touches and bathroom amenities. Kitchenette functions very well/well stocked. Large flat screen TVs and extremely comfortable bed. The beach/lounge area overlooking the ocean was fantastic. Place is well staffed and feels like boutique hotel. Check in was seamless and staff are extremely polite and responsive. A tremendous value when considering the neighboring competitors that cost thousands more. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful time at SA Beach Suites. It was so close to many walkable beaches and restaurants and was exactly as the listing described. Our suite was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the property was quick and easy and we had no issues at all during our three nights in the suite. We would absolutely stay here again.

Unbeatable beautiful views of the ocean from the lounge chairs in shared space. On par with a 5 star hotel - highly recommended.

This luxury villa provides the perfect getaway. I love when the listing delivers on its promises and this place exceeded my high expectations. A clean, modern, well appointed villa ON the water in Malibu that is a 5 minute walk from the pier, AND parking is included! I also really appreciate that the property managers ensure a quiet abd peaceful environment. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Located two buildings away from Nobu restaurant. Didn’t have a reservation but since it was mid week they were able to take us. McDonalds is across the street (popped over for hot fudge sundaes.) Easy walking distance to the pier for great breakfast and lunch. Great easy parking in front of units. Enjoyed the nespresso coffee maker, the lovely tub, and the Toto bidet! Also enjoyed the Apple TV with Netflix Hulu etc. Beach access although the tide is quite high in this area so really no beach sitting in front (we were there early April) Although the deck in front is quite nice to sit on to watch the waves. Comfortable bed with good a/c and heating. Would suggest a large rug in the front room to warm up the space, blackout shades behind the curtains in the bedroom, and a shelf in the bathroom near the tub and in the shower to place things on. Wonderful place. Would recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and everything was incredible. The property was just as described. 5 Star Clean, updated, quick to respond to our questions and needs. We loved sitting on the deck, overlooking the ocean as the waves crashed right below us. We will definitely be back!!

This is an awesome waterfront/beachside Malibu property that is modern, well maintained, and very clean. The property has cleaning people managing the property everyday. Its right on the water and you have access to beach if the tide allows it. Otherwise, you can gain access to it by public entrances. Importantly, not all of the units have ocean views. I think all of the units can see the ocean from its terrace, but the ocean views from thee bedrooms are really limited to a few of the Units on the property. Overall, a great value for the money. We had a very nice 10 day vacation on the property.

Loved this place - a beautiful spot on the beach in Malibu. I really can't think of one negative thing to say. This place is a much better value than the hotels, plus there is a lot of space and a huge bathroom. I recommend getting a half-clean a few times while you are there as housekeeping is great and it is very affordable. It can be a bit challenging backing out onto PCH - but that just goes with the territory. This is a lovely property and totally worth the price!

The property is clean & is located near a few restaurants, coffee shops, and Whole Foods (two doors down from Nobu & public beach access too!). There is beach access on the property, but it’s a rocky descent so you may want to utilize the public beach access two doors down (thanks to the manager for mentioning that!). The only issue we had was that there were a few small fruit flies in the room for some reason, but they weren’t very bothersome. Otherwise, we had a great stay and will definitely consider this property if we come back to Malibu!
