Located in Atlanta, this lovely house for $299 per night is a great choice for your next break. Location, location, location! 10 minutes away from Mercedes Benz Stadium! Inside the perimeter! Beautiful craftsman cottage home with bamboo flooring. Wonderful backyard view of the serene setting of the woods. Country in the city! Two separate decks for lounging at the rear of the home. Ample driveway and on-street parking. No one else lives on premises or nearby. Bamboo flooring in the home! Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with full en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has full bunk beds. Bedroom 4 is above garage with heated flooring. Living room has a fold-out couch if needed. Living room has gas fireplace and 55" tv. Beautiful picture window showcasing the beautiful view of the backyard forest. Great for relaxation and staying on work assignments. The whole house except garage, which is used for owner storage. Will send 4 digit code for entry upon confirmation of booking. We live in a QUIET neighborhood so no loud music or loitering. Park your car respectfully and do not trespass into other people’s yard/property. Show respect. There is a table with 4 chairs that you may use on the back deck. The grill is also available for use. NO SMOKING INSIDE OF HOME. PERIOD. You may smoke on the back decks or front porch. Be sure to dispose of the waste properly and not leave cigarette butts visible. If you are careless with your disposal & becomes excessive then we RESERVE the right to charge a $250 fee and may request you leave the premises. DOORBELL The doorbell is a camera, The Ring. Should this be tampered with in any way all guests will be required to leave & any monies will be forfeited.

The property was nice. There were some things that could use some touch ups though (full bathroom door doesn't lock, one room had no closet doors, wifi was spotty throughout the house, no pots or pans, so we had to buy some, detergent drawer on washer was broken - thankfully we brought pods). Bradley was very kind. He checked in on us via message upon check-in, check-out, and at various points during our trip. The house wasn't located too far from anything we wanted to do, so that was nice as well. Overall, it was a good experience.

This place was simply awesome. Location is centered around everything ,minutes away from downtown .My family was so relaxed. The house is exactly the way it is listed. KUDOS TO THE HOST!!. He communicated with me, before, during and after my trip, always sending an email to ensure that we were ok and that we had everything we needed, including specifically requested item. At 1:47 A.M., the host emailed me ,stating , " Theres no rush to check out ". Extended check was available until 2:00 P.M. Very clean and safe neighborhood with 24/7 Police details . I really felt at home when I saw that every bed ,in every bedroom had all white linen , including the towels. Simply a BEAUTIFUL PLACE. LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEXT STAY

We stayed here with 4 kids and 6 adults (3 couples) and it was perfect!!! We came to see the aquarium and it was the perfect distance to the city. Coming into the neighborhood we were skeptical but once you got off the main road you felt 100% safe and the neighborhood was really nice

Traveled to ATL for a concert. Property was in a great secure location. Plenty of space for all of us. Clean and adequate. Managers were great. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again out next visit to Atlanta.

Came to visit due to kids playing baseball, the property was clean, and the owner was simple To communicate with. We even had to stay an extra day which was accommodated. 4 spacious rooms where we all Slept comfortably. Nice neighborhood! If your in the area and need a place to stay they have my recommendation and when we come back will be looking them up again.

I had never used Vrbo before and my 1st experience was perfect! I enjoyed the feeling of being home. I liked the keyless entry, which made checking in and out very easy. There was enough room for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, Everything we chose to do was only 15 - 20 minutes away, perfect location! Every question that we had was answered promptly. Thank you for helping us enjoy our trip.

We were disappointed with this property. It lacked attention to detail. We paid a cleaning fee and the house was rather dirty. It had cobwebs, dust and things spilled on the cupboards. The cupboards were loaded with outdated food. There were four of us and only three forks and two steak knives. That is just wrong. There was only one wine glass. The heat was erratic and there were no hand towels. The house itself was cute and Brad responded immediately but no action was taken. We chose Atlanta as it is a halfway point for our friends and us. We will meet up again, but not at this property. Again, lack of attention to detail and a huge cleaning fee for something that wasn't done.

Overall a very quiet neighborhood. The house is very cute, comfortable and cozy. Has a really cute outdoor deck to bbq or just to hang out. I would stay away from close by convenient stores as they are outside the neighborhood and not very safe. There is a huge Publix and other stores nearby. I recommend you bring extra pillows if you like sleeping with more then one ( but that is just my preference ). We are big coffee and wine drinkers and they did not have enough mugs and only one wine glass. They have a brand new set of washer/dryer but no clothes basket to take clothes up to the rooms. These were tiny inconveniences that did not really affect our experience really. The owner is wonderful and readily available with any questions or doubts. Also recommended great places to eat and visit. I would definitely reserve again.

We passed through the ATL area for work and stayed 10 days here. Plenty of space for a group of 9. 5 beds, bit some guys stayed on the sofa or shared a bed.

This place was perfect for us! Clean, comfortable, cute! Everything was just as attractive as it was pictured, and Bradley was very clear and quick about answering any questions we had and providing us with information. Definitely would stay here again!

I was very pleased with this rental!!! It was more than enough space for all of us. This was my first vacation rental experience and it was the best! Not all rooms had a television just master and living room, but we didn't mind because we were out the home during the day and played family games at night or sleep so that was no issue to us at all. Brad responded very quickly to all of my million of questions, and answered with no hesitation. And I do mean I asked a lot lol. Any problem I had it was resolved immediately. My family enjoyed the home, loved the area it was in so we were very comfortable, and found out we were in center of everywhere we planned on going. If you like outdoors like we do you will love the backyard view :-) Overall, this was a great experience, great host, and when we return again are definitely looking forward to booking again.

It was wonderful experience. Bradley was extremely responsive and attentive and even anticipated our needs. The house was set with many lovely personal touches that made it feel less like a vacation rental and more like a home. Our party consisted of 8 and there was more than enough space for everyone! The grill and the linens were very nice touches and the house very clean, modern and updated. Definitely would stay again if we come back to the ATL area.
