The Space: In a city with so much to do and see, location matters when choosing a place to stay in New Orleans. At Bourbon Place you'll find the perfect home base for any business or leisure trip in the Big Easy. It's easy to fall in love with these apartments, which boast modern amenities (like a full kitchen!), historic architecture, and more space than a New Orleans hotel room. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOM: This property sleeps 2 guests in 1 bed and 2 guests in sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2) Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOM: The bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. PARKING: Metered parking is available on Carondelet St on a first come, first serve basis. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability. AREA: The approximate unit size is 756 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. The Neighborhood: Central Business District Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber. Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. No Windows: This unit does not have an exterior facing window (perfect for sleeping in!), but it does have a large skylight in the living room. Interaction with Guests: We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Should you need us, we’re here 24/7 with our Guest Experience team and local folks on the ground. And if you don’t need us, we’ll stay out of your way. After all, this is your place in the city.

Everything about the condo was perfect and close to everything. Parking, eating, shopping and the French Quarters. You feel welcomed and locked away from the outside. I felt safe and I slept like a baby.

Overall, the host offers a good stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with the maintenance department entering the apartment, but I think it was simply a misunderstanding. Sextant was quick to reply at this time and corrected this issue. All in all, a good stay. Close to bourbon street and close to parking accommodations. We also felt safe in the area, which is always a plus.

Such a great place! Very clean, great communication/quick responses from the property manager. Check in/out was super easy and the location was awesome! Just a block from Bourbon Street and walkable to most other places. Overall a great place to stay and the value is amazing!

The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Safety is always priority for us and we felt very safe when entering and leaving the building and while we were inside. Well within walking distance of almost everything. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is in an excellent location to Bourbon Street, there are two restaurants downstairs, Walgreen's and CVS are at the end of the block. The Streetcar has a stop on the corner as well. The unit is modern, spacious and clean. Check-in and out was a breeze. It has a full kitchen if you wanted to cook. The building is close to Bourbon but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time and get some sleep in the comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again when visiting New Orleans.

This was a great location, being 1/2 block out of the French Quarter. It was very quiet, access was easy, & communication was good. I had to work one of the days we were there, & Wi-Fi was strong. We fixed breakfast in-house a couple of times, & we had everything we needed. I loved the glass ceiling, looking up to the exposed brick & sky. I recommend!

We completely enjoyed our stay at this Sextant property !! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and the utensils/amenities looked brand new ! The location was PERFECT! This was our first visit to the big easy and really had no idea where we should stay- this was perfect. Right on the trolley line and so close to the French Quarter and yet so quiet! Loved the skylight! The natural light was so pleasant and the bed / comforter was sooo comfortable! We can't speak highly enough of the efficient check in, and polite staff. Everything went so well and we felt safe the whole time with the secure doors and yet didn't have to carry a key! Fantastic experience that I highly recommend!!

We reserved this condo. The day of check-in we were notified that we would not be getting this specific room as they had issues with the door locks. We booked this one because we fell in love with it. While in the condo they moved us to we had issues with getting locked out of our room, we found dog hair in our bed and a chewed up dog toy in the couch. We definitely wouldn’t rent from this company again.
