Welcome to Captain View Villas #4 NEW CARPETS THROUGHOUT! This newer town home is only a short walk to the beach and the famous Ocean City Maryland boardwalk! This townhouse features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 11. The main bedroom offers a king bed and private bath, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third offers a bunk bed with a twin over a full and the fourth offers a queen size bed with private full bath. Amenities include central AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, stainless appliances and Corian counter tops in the kitchen, hardwood and ceramic tile floors, TV in 4 bedrooms plus a TV in the living room. Relax on one of the 2 private balconies. There is one assigned parking spot directly out front and a large garage for a second car with plenty of room for bicycles or beach items. Less than a 5 minute drive to the Ocean City shopping outlets, You're close to beach, food and fun! The only downside to this property is that you have to bring all your own linens and towels, other than that it is great! Lots of space, parking and overall clean. Great for big groups.

This house was better than we expected. Set up of house was awesome very roomy. It was 10 of us and we all fit well.
4 bathrooms was a plus and needed for 10 women.
My negatives for this house is only that the living room couch could use a cleaning but the overall set is presentable.
We also had a small parking issue, someone was parked in our front parking spot the entire weekend which was not the managers fault.
There was close street parking and a garage spot as well so it wasn't a major issue.
Communication with the owner was good he reponded quickly.
Great Location 2 blocks from beach.

Joe was very helpful with my questions. Location was perfect and house met all our of our needs. Property was well maintained, nicely decorated and well furnished but I definitely had to do my own cleaning up on arrival

We rented this property for a family of eleven people, and everyone from kids to grandparents enjoyed staying here. The unit was spacious, clean and a short walkable distance from the boardwalk. The owner also responded promptly to communications. Highly recommended!

The property was located close to boardwalk and many bars/restaurants. It was easy check-in and check-out process. The house was comfortable for our family. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Now all my boys are grownup and wanted to vacation as a family with their girlfriends included. This property is huge, with great spaces and comfortable furniture. The living room was big enough that all 8 of us could hang out together but if we wanted to get away everyone had their own place. The 2 parking spots were a huge plus and there is ample on street parking around as well. Many of our favorite places were within easy walking distance including the beach and boardwalk, also many of our favorite restaurants. Communication with the owner was great. We look forward to renting here again in the future!

Now all my boys are grownup and wanted to vacation as a family with their girlfriends included. This property is huge, with great spaces and comfortable furniture. The living room was big enough that all 8 of us could hang out together but if we wanted to get away everyone had their own place. The 2 parking spots were a huge plus and there is ample on street parking around as well. Many of our favorite places were within easy walking distance including the beach and boardwalk, also many of our favorite restaurants. Communication with the owner was great. We look forward to renting here again in the future!

Loved our stay at the Captain’s View Villas that provided plenty of space and privacy for all of the guests. The accommodations were great and the location was perfect for trips to the Boardwalk. We had great communication with the owner and any issues were promptly resolved. I would highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay at the Captain’s View Villas that provided plenty of space and privacy for all of the guests. The accommodations were great and the location was perfect for trips to the Boardwalk. We had great communication with the owner and any issues were promptly resolved. I would highly recommend this property.

The garage area is perfect to fit a car plus all your beach items. The kitchen is very spacious which allowed us to easily cook on nights we didnt hit the boardwalk.
The property manager is very easy to communicate with, both in booking and checking in as well as any other issues. There was a thunderstorm during our stay which ended up tripping a fuse in the house to the AC. I contacted the manager and within 5 minutes he let me know where the fuse box was located and we had everything up and going again. I cannot recomend this property more. We will definitely be renting again!

This home was great for our little family getaway. Owner was very pleasant and very quick to respond. The home was decorated beautifully and was very homey and welcoming. My family enjoyed it and hope to return soon.
