Located in Indiana, this lovely house for $1,793 per night is a great option for your next trip. This spacious 3,200 square foot home features five acres of land, seven bedrooms, 3 full baths, 3 half baths, in ground saltwater swimming pool, a building with all wooden indoor gymnasium, and a wraparound deck. Located just outside of historic Fort Recovery, it is a perfect location for your next family reunion or friend get-away, bachelor/ bachelorette parties. Enjoy the pool and campfires in the summer and indoor gymnasium winter. Wonderful for large families and for kids! The main floor features a large kitchen with solid surface countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is plenty of dining seating including breakfast nook, and a formal dining room. The living room features a large stone fireplace, perfect for relaxing after an enjoyable day. The main floor also includes a bedroom, half and full bathroom. The second floor features a large master suite with a bathroom that has custom cabinetry and large jetted tub. The large third bedroom, also located on the second floor, has three queen beds that can sleep six. The spacious fourth bedroom, on the second floor, has a king bed, baby crib, a half bathroom, and washer and dryer. The basement includes a large living area, a ping pong table, three more bedrooms, a full bathroom and another washer and dryer. The three basement bedrooms have a king, queen/full trundle, and a queen bed. The walkout basement leads to the heated in-ground saltwater pool. (3 ft to 10 ft deep) Pool is open from early May until late September Finally, full access to the detached building that includes a full size all wooden volleyball court, basketball hoops on each end, a loft overlooking the court with a wet bar, a lounge area, a workout area, pool table and half bath. Lots of opportunities for all kinds of activities such as basketball, volleyball, dodgeball, ping pong, pool, and hot tub were enjoyed. There was Plenty of room for seating to gather for games of all kinds, for visiting, and for meals or just relaxing. We didn’t leave the property except to take a walk in the park next door and go to church which is really close too. A great place anyone would enjoy.

There was so much space and we loved the gym. We got lucky with weather and the kids ran around outside some too. We wanted to try the fireman's pole, but we didn't want to try it in front of the "littles" and we forgot, so only one used it. So cool.. We had smores at the fire-ring. They loved the gym. we played basket ball and volleyball. The Garage/room by the gym was perfect when we wanted to see the action in the gym, but keep the littlest out from underfoot. The loft was also amazing. We loved that there was 3 Christmas trees on the property. Also, nice was the 3 refrigerators. We made use of the grill one day and the hot tub. There were so many tables. These came in handy for our making Christmas ornaments and other crafts. There was no shortage of seating on any level. The recliners and sectional were comfortable. Comfortable beds. The 3 and 4 year old, found the cement fox in the tree line and made "Band-Aids" out of leaves for it's "boo-boos". That was a fun thing...so you could have a "fox hunt" for the little ones. They were tickled and had to go and tell it "bye" before they left. The home was well equipped. We also liked that it had a regular coffee maker and Keurig. We played some of the games as well.. One of the 10 year olds had a birthday while we were there. He sent me a video later, with a couple of pictures from our trip, that said, "thanks for the happiest day of my life". It really was nice. The gym was unforgettable. One for the books.

Celebrated Christmas together with 9 of 12 siblings attending and many spouses. Great location (easy walk to town), loved the gym to play Pickleball and pool. Enjoyed the hot tub, large kitchen, and just a great space for all of us to gather. The bathroom locations are a little tricky, but it all worked just fine. Great place!

Clean, nice working with property management, always answered questions quickly, Family loved this place and we enjoyed the history of Fort Recovery and went thru the museum less than 5 minutes from property. Kids loved hot tub, pool table, ping pong, gym. Plenty of room for everyone

This is our second year in a row staying with the same group and plan to stay again. Everything is as advertised if not better. We enjoy outside activities, but the gym and loft makes this place weatherproof for our group.

The whole stay was terrific. Every aspect. I am also an STR owner and you all are doing a phenomenal job. Had 17 adult men there for a retreat, and everyone was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the property was. Thanks so much - will likely see you next year!

Check in was very simple. The property itself was nothing short of incredible. We hosted our friend’s bachelor party and had two amazing days of basketball, dodgeball, and pool time. More than enough space and beds for everyone inside. Tailspin brewery is roughly 15 minutes away from the property and had very good drinks and atmosphere. 10/10 recommend

Nice and tucked into a wooded area, but plenty of yard to play. Didn’t go into woods. Pool and hot tub nice. Plenty of sport things to do Could use a corn hole set. Place was tidied up nice and pretty clean. Host relied to any questions

Beautiful house and grounds with a full size gym, hot tub, and outstanding swimming pool enhanced our extended weekend with some competitive basketball, volleyball, and badminton. We relaxed in the living room while our little preschoolers played with their cousins. One dinner and games were planned for a family Rodeo.

The property was amazing-Lots to do! We utilized every bit of it-gym, loft, swimming pool, ping-pong, pool table, fire pit, kitchen, grill, etc. Adults and kids all had a great time (26 of us from 5 years old-76 years old) Thank you!!

House, gym, pool + grounds were exactly as pictured. Our 5 grown teenagers spent hours in the incredible gym. So much room in the house, especially seating in the kitchen. There were plenty of towels, pillows and absolutely everything you would need. Plenty of chairs around the pool and more outdoor equipment than we had time to use. Such a peaceful and gorgeous setting. The only issue we had was that the outdoor weber grills were filthy and grease had overflowed all over the deck. My son in law scrubbed the deck twice with soap + water, hoping to keep away the bugs. Only other negative was being there for 2 nights, could have stayed for a week. Enjoyed our visit to Fort Recovery, people were very friendly. Hoping to have a chance to rent the other properties.

We throughly enjoyed our time here! We had 5 families with 8 children and had plenty of room. We spent most of the time in the gym and rec room upstairs. Everyone was sore from all the activities we played but it was worth it! We plan to come back when the pool is open but honestly we didn’t miss not having the pool! Another nice feature was how close the park and ice cream shop was to the house. The town is so clean and quiet too!

This place didn't disappoint! Huge home with plenty of room to accommodate multiple families. The kids (and grown ups too) loved the gym for all the games. Plenty of room in the gym and loft for entertaining. The property is also walking distance to the community park with lots of amenities. Loved the place, great little town too. We'll be back!

Adults and kids alike enjoyed the amazing gym. There was plenty of space for multiple families and we loved the fire pit and hot tub as well. This property would be even more amazing in the summer when the pool could be used as well. We would definitely love to stay here again!

It was a great place. Plenty of sleeping options and space. If anything, the eating space to be all together was alittle tight since it was cold outside and not wanting children eating on carpet.

Enjoyed our stay with 3 other families for New Years Eve weekend. Plenty to do all weekend, we never left the house! Kids loved the gym, adults hung around the house. Loved that we could cook meals, kitchen had everything we needed, very well stocked! Thinking of coming back for a stay in the summer.
