Nestled in Keystone, this attractive condo for $265 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with two king beds and two queen beds. It features vaulted ceilings that lend an open feel and the kitchen has granite countertops. There are two private decks with mountain views. A private sauna on the lower level. Private laundry, wood-burning fireplace, and a private garage. The central Keystone location allows for easy access to all the resort and Arapahoe Basin. The entryway has a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience. The living area features vaulted ceilings with wood beams, a beautiful wood-burning fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone, and a smart TV. Just off the living area is the first private deck that faces south offering mountain and slope views in the distance. Sit back and enjoy the views or take advantage of the grill for additional cooking options. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. Enjoy the family meals around the brand new dining table that seats eight. Next to the dining table is a wine cooler. There are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The laundry room is on the main level near the stairs. Also on the main level is the first guest bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed. The second deck is just through this room and it faces north offering treed and mountain views, seating, and access to greenspace. The bathroom for the main level is attached to this room and the kitchen. It has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Downstairs, just off the garage, is a room with a private sauna and shower area. Upstairs are two master suites and another guest bedroom. The first master bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops. This bathroom is spacious with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower with a bench. It is newly remodeled. The second master bedroom features a king-sized bed. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. (For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.) *Please note that we have a minimum age and night requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older and a minimum of 2 nights must be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. The homeowner also leaves one vehicle permanently parked on one side of the two car garage. Parking at this rental includes one garage space and 2 outdoor spaces in the driveway. The place was great!
The best part of the house was the sauna and steam room!
There was a red flashing light on the outside of the house that flashed the whole time we were there and asked what it was but no one answered me back about what it was or meant.
Also the electric reclining chairs wouldn’t close all the way and one actually closed on our 6 month old granddaughter’s foot who was laying in the floor playing and she tapped the chair with her little foot and it closed on her foot and she had to go to the emergency room for the cut on her big toe with a cut and a huge toe!

Good location, very clean, nice condo for a family vacation. However, the listing is wrong: "Upstairs are two master suites and another guest bedroom." That isn't true. There is a king suite, two additional bedrooms (one king, one queen), and a hall bath. Also, the garage entry code was malfunctioning. Not only were we not able to use the garage for our car, but the fire department showed up at 2am on the first night because the alarm company contacted them for some reason. Otherwise good stay and would stay there again.

Had an excellent weekend stay with my friends and family. Location is excellent for winter sports and the rental unit was clean and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate everyone in my group.

This place had everything you can think of, from spices in the kitchen to humidifiers for the rooms. The sauna and steam shower were awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful condo, in a breathtaking area. The Mountain View’s, nearby trails, proximity to amenities and access to the clubhouse make this an incredible vacation home. The rooms are all spacious. The upstairs Master bedroom has an opening to the living room below, with a blind for privacy— very convenient to engage with that part of the house. The master bathroom is beautiful and spacious as well. Last, the easy check out requirements make this a home we’d want to return to in the future.

Great property with an excellent view of the Keystone resort. Walkable distance to the lifts just across the highway. Spacious house that was very comfortable for 6 adults. Clean, quite, with all the amenities.Garage and gear room were very convenient with six skiers. Conveniently located near everything you need for a getaway.
Only big disappointment was the sauna, which was a major factor in our choosing this house. I was notified the sauna was down several weeks before our visit. It was disappointing it was still broken when we arrived. The property manager pointed me to the clubhouse sauna. However, that too was broken. That left only the clubhouse spa which was only warm bath temperature.
That all said, I would recommend the property and will be looking for it again when I return.

We loved our time in Keystone and this property served all of our needs. Plenty of room for our family of 4 plus grandparents to spread out. Well-appointed kitchen and the living area was spacious! Thanks for hosting us.

This property was AMAZING. A few hiccups but would definitely recommend. Conveniently located in the heart of Keystone.
Arriving, Our garage code didn’t work so we just used the front door. It really didn’t matter to us because our Suburban didn’t fit.
Walking in and looking around every thing was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the small amenities such as, The wood for the fire place, the games for game night, the spices and full kitchen of pots pans and utensils!!! Be aware pans are definitely not non stick.
Master bedroom was huge and really enjoyed the large bathroom!!!! We didn’t like how it was open to the bottom living space. It made it hard to sleep at night while the kids were enjoying the games down below. The shower would have been AWESOME if the shower heads one, worked and two, weren’t covered with calcium build up from the hard water. The build up restricted the flow a bit.
Finally bed time….Bring your own pillow!!!!! The pillows that were offered are HORRIBLE. We were seriously considering buying pillows if our stay would have been any longer. Beds were not the most comfortable either.
All in all I would rate this property and 7 out of 10.

Nice living and dining area, very close to Keystone River Run and Mountain House locations. Firewood was available in the garage, along with sleds for sledding down the hills. Downstairs has a private sauna and steam shower, but the sauna was broken throughout our whole stay so we were unable to use it, so I'm taking off 2 stars from the rating since we booked this place intentionally to enjoy the private sauna. Overall, the property is good for a family or group but management needs to ensure that the amenities are functional in order to advertise it in the listing.

The house was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of firewood, but no fire starter. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The listing states that there is access to an indoor pool and other facilities, which is not true. This was a major selling point for me for this home and I had even reached out to the owner to inquire but never received a response. So disappointed on that note. The beds were comfortable, the front patio was nice.

This place was great. We loved our stay here and will probably be coming back next late Spring or Summer.
Only 3 small issues... 1. we found a small nibbled on muffin in front of the fireplace with crumbs around it. You may need to set out a trap. 2. Upstairs bedroom #2 really needs a mirror. 3. Bedroom off the kitchen needs a dresser since there is no closet.

After renting several properties over the years in the Keystone/Dillon/Frisco area, we thought this one was one of the nicest and in the best location for access to Keystone/A Basin. Spacious rooms and the unit itself was furnished well and # of rooms and layout were perfect for our group. The sauna & steam shower were great. This unit is in a subdivision with clubhouse amenities to which we were given the access code. Unfortunately the information with the unit specifies having a specific subdivision medallion which was supposed to be left in the unit entryway which has to accompany any guests when using the clubhouse. We could not locate any medallion and when calling the property Mgr spoke to an agent who said she didn’t know but would ask her mgr and get back to us. They never got back to us so we were never able to use the clubhouse amenities: fitness ctr, pool table, foosball, hot tub, etc. Also, on our last night there was a local blackout for 5 hours 6pm-11pm. It would have been great to have had at least one flashlight or some emergency candles and matches on hand. The fire starter by the fireplace was almost out of lighter fluid and there were 2 matches. Obviously a blackout is probably rare, but after a long day on the slopes our phone batteries were all low and the SUV was stuck in the garage so couldn’t use it to charge phones to use longer as flashlights. We were glad to have taken the trouble to light a fire in the fireplace on our last evening just before the blackout started as even with a good fire the house was getting cold after 5 hours of no electricity. Overall, great house in a great location for Keystone. If you’re expecting to use the extra amenities which are supposed to come with it you may have to communicate that ahead of time with the prop mgmnt.

Tried pulling blinds up but light from surrounding homes was pretty bright.🤷🏻♀️ Maybe add some curtains.
