Situated in Apollo Beach, this charming house for $308 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Master bedroom with a queen bed and dressing room with a Futon sofa bed. Second bed room has a queen bed, and third bedroom has a two single beds. There is a fully open kitchen with a water view, washer, dryer, grill, iron, hair dryer, pots, pans, plates, cups, coffee machine, blender, toaster, oven etc. 70'' 4K TV Pool is maintained weekly. The pool can be heated for an additional $100 week. Children not allowed in pool without adult supervision. Beautiful ocean view with a dock. Can go fishing. Guest access Guest will have access to the enter property. No parties or event. After 10 pm don't make noise around pool area. NO Pets are allowed. No smoking inside the house. Tampa International Airport 26 Miles, Bush garden 21 miles, Orlando attraction 1 hour drive. There is a camera posted at the entrance of the property, only surveills the entrance and back side.

Selected this location so we could bring our own boat and explore Tampa from the water, so this home was perfect for that. A short boat ride to the TECO Manatee Viewing Area, so we got to see lots of manatees there. Also went all the way into Tampa and explored its port and river, which is a point of view most never get. House is well equipped and as described. Minor items outdated and delayed maintenance issues noted, but nothing to disturbed the overall stay. Quiet residential area and good services/restaurants nearby. Some delay in communication with the owner close to our stay due to him being out of the country, but ultimately he was able to address the delayed check-in information and other details.

It’s a beautiful house. Pool was amazing after the second day. Pump was off, owner came turned it in and put chemicals in. It was still mostly green the second day so I brush the bottom of the pool and the next day it was clear. It just kept him from having to come back out. The use of the garage was perfect!! Great f you have a boat, the dock has a lift. Dock was always a peaceful place to sit.

Reserved for 5 nights. Was looking forward to a quiet place with a pool on the water close to a beach. Never received information on how to gain access to house. I had to reach out to owner in order to get door code. The beach down the road is a nature preserve and you are not allowed to get in the water. The pool was green and unusable. Contacted owner and he showed up quickly in hopes of fixing it. However the pool was to far gone for us to be able to use it during our stay. We decided to check out after 2 nights and find something that fulfilled our needs. Beautiful house Pool Beach Quite neighborhood Inside temp of house auto programmed to set at 78 degrees at 1am every morning. Can't swim at local beach No swimming off dock Pool was unusable

The view was amazing. Lovely pool and the view of the canal was perfect for morning coffee! The house was roomy enough for our group of six. Well equipped kitchen. We never wanted to leave, so we spent most evenings grilling and eating by the pool! We saw manatees and dolphins in the canal! Fishing was fun with a catfish and a another fish caught and released. We did drive over to Anna Maria Island one day for an official beach day and it took about 45 minutes to get there. Two restaurants for seafood within a 3 minute drive and both were great! Lots of shopping and restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Great communication with Jose, and I trust the suggestion for minor repairs will be tended to quickly. We will definitely stay here again!!

The property was as depicted. The pool was amazing, grilling and chilling. House had use of garage, the dock was nice for sunset, inside was clean and efficient - garbage bags, all dishwasher, soap, paper towels etc. Towels and bedding were good condition. Jose was fabulous, gast to pick up our call for check in. Lovely time spent 💖 here.

This home was just lovely with a gorgeous master bedroom and large master bath overlooking the outdoor pool. Living space was big and very comfortable with large screen TV. The kitchen was well stocked with high end appliances and convenient access to washer/dryer. Short walk to the dock for fishing or just sitting on the bench to watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

House was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed to stay for 8 days. Close to several stores, restaurants, pharmacy,and anything else you might need or want. Pool was wonderful and thr scenery is gorgeous!!!

Good floor plan for groups. Beds could have been better but overall fine. No extra bedding or towels but it worked out well. Overall it was a better than average home close to what we needed. Would rent again

We were so excited to stay on the water. When we first walked in, the house smelled of cleaning products, but in a way that just masked the smell but was not in fact thoroughly cleaned. The floors felt very slimy, I ended up wearing my shoes indoors the majority of the time. The beds were comfortable and the sheets felt clean but with the home feeling so musty and dirty, I was very skeptical of the beds as well. Overall I’m disappointed in this home. This is the first review I’ve ever written but cleanliness is something that I hold firm on when staying at a place.

Nice dock for morning coffee, close to beach(no swimming), close to good restaurants, entertainment. 45 min to ocean. Enjoyed our time away from Michigan winter. Will book again for sure

The house was just as expected in all areas except one. The master shower. Clearly there was an ongoing problem as trim pieces to the control lever were missing. We got a hot shower on the first night and not again for almost 3 days. After it was restored we still had to use a wrench that we supplied to turn it on. Owner is ignoring our requests for some amount of refund

VERY DIRTY!!!!!. CIGARETTE BUTTS ALL OVER POOL DECK. MOLD EVERYWHERE ON POOL DECK. TV DID NOT WORK. HOUSE SMELLED LIKE A SMOKING BAR. BED IN MASTER BEDROOM WAS BROKEN AND DIRTY. SHEETS AND BLANKETS HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED. GRASS WAS VERY HIGH. OVER ALL THE PLACE WAS TERRIBLE, NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE.. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
