About this house rental
Located in Apollo Beach, this charming house for $336 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Our Rental Welcome to our vacation rental. This gorgeous home is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom pool home located in Apollo Beach and will make the perfect getaway for you and your family or your and your significant other. The home is newly renovated with upgraded features, stainless steel appliances, an enclosed saltwater pool you can enjoy and a screened in patio area. Wake up to see fish jumping, dolphins swimming and manatees from the water view in the back of the house. Four rooms open up to the pool area and bring outdoor living inside. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and private bath along with a 32" TV. The master suite has a sliding door that leads to the pool. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and looks out to the water. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bunk bed on top and full bed on bottom and leads out to the pool on one side and a water view on the other. This room also has a 32" TV in the bedroom with a DVD player. These two back rooms have a private bathroom with granite counter tops and can be closed off for privacy. The dining room and living room have double patio doors that open to the pool area and a view of the water behind it. There is a 60" Flat Screen TV in the living room. Love to cook? You'll love the kitchen which has granite counter tops and upgraded steel appliances, filtered water system and a view of the pool as well. Love to Swim? Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the heated pool. The pool as LED light that can change colors to match whatever mood you're in. Boating You're a short 15 minutes to the Bay from the house. Tampa Bay is where you can fish, swim, check out the dolphins, just hang out or see a water view of St. Petersburg and Tampa. Entertainment We know you need to stay connected so we are including cable and fast wifi and netflix for you to enjoy. We also have a video library, book library and games! The Area Apollo Beach is a quiet and friendly waterfront community. You and your family can boat year-round, fish, and be outside. The Apollo Beach Golf Course is less than a mile away and you can see the course from in front of the house. Love beaches? You'll have a hard time wanting to leave home but if you do, it's a short drive to Clearwater Beach which was named the #1 Beach in the United States by TripAdvisor. You may also want to check out St. Pete Beach, so many beaches to choose from! Like sports? Our family stayed from Dec 27, 2023-Jan 5,2024. We chose this place mainly because we wanted a low key vacation in this area. We have a friend who lives about 20 min from here. We wanted a place with a pool and easy access to fishing. This property gave exactly that! The pool was heated and my son loved fishing off the dock and catching crabs. We were able to cook a couple crabs and fish. Everything we needed was included. We loved that a washer and dryer was available also. It was nice to not go home with a bunch of dirty clothes! The hostess was quick to respond to a couple questions we had. Neighbors and neighborhood were great.

Apollo beach is a good getaway for the low key folks. We enjoyed our rental house with pool. Quiet nights and sun by day. Traveled to Tamp several days and experienced Ybor city. This place was great. Reminds us of Key West, Duvall street. Also visited the aquarium and the boardwalk which were awesome.
Traveled to Sarasota and had lunch at marina. Great relaxing time. Thanks to Josh for assisting us. He was a great neighbor and very nice.

The house was perfect the pool was a HUGE plus and so was the boat dock. We took our boat fished in the morning and evenings and swam in the pool in between. The neighbors were great and Josh was very helpful with anything we needed. We will consider staying again. Thank you!

Nice clean house on the canal. It was perfect for my family of seven, plenty of room. Went kayaking and fished off the dock. Rented a boat one day, went to beer can island which was awesome! It was nice to be able to pull the boat up to the house to drop off my family members burnt out from the sun. (They do have a boat lift if you plan on having a boat for multiple days, we didn't use it). Great pool, just had to have the manager who lived next door turn on the heater. If you like pool games/floats make sure you bring your own. Definitely don’t forget your sunscreen and bug spray! Would highly recommend.

Property manager and owners were responsive when we needed them for some minor maintenance issues. Kitchen had a good mix of cooking utensils, as well as a spice rack. We very much enjoyed the property, and definitely recommend it.

The property manager opted for snark and an aggressive tone, accusing my party of having unrealistic expectations regarding the temp of the pool. Ultimately, it turned out the pol heater was not working and the problem was remedied. I found the communication to be frustrating as I was not being a difficult guest, rather highlighting an issue.

We really enjoyed this lovely, well-appointed home on a canal with the enclosed pool. The children played for hours in the water, and the outdoor seating was perfect to allow us to supervise the fun in comfort!

The house is surprisingly roomy inside and the screened-in outside pool area feels like you got a bonus house included! We loved being on the canal and enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding. We also rented a boat and easily docked it, which was super convenient! The property managers were very responsive/timely and great to work with. The check-in/out and access was seamless and easy. We highly recommend staying here for a relaxing time!!!

Beautifully furnished, warm, welcoming … everything you’re looking for in a vacation retreat. Immaculate property - absolutely LOVED our time here. Great kitchen to cook in, gorgeous pool and Florida room … so peaceful! Felt so secure knowing the property manager was just next door. Minutes from grocery stores. We will absolutely be back!!!
