Nestled in Apollo Beach, this attractive house for $288 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS -. ALL COUNTER TOPS, DOOR KNOBS. LIGHT SWITCHES. REMOTES. AND SOAP DISPENSERS ARE SANITIZED BETWEEN GUEST -ALL CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT ARE BY KEYLESS ENTRY The pool is heated from November thru April. Our vacation rental is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom pool home located in Apollo Beach, Apollo Beach is a quiet waterfront community that provides year-round boating, fishing and other water activities. The home is renovated with upgraded fixtures and stainless steel appliances and a heated pool with an LED color changing light . The master bedroom has a king size bed, a private en-suite bath with a Jacuzzi tub and separate stand up shower with a sliding door that leads to the lanai with led color changing light bulbs and the pool. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom have queen size beds. There is a 55 in flat screen TV in the living room and there is also a 50 in flat screen in the master bedroom and a 32" tv in bedroom 2 Also included is internet WiFi and cable. Board games and a swing set for the kids. parking inside the garage available, there is a security camera located above the driveway. Enjoy a day at the manatee viewing center just 2.1 miles from the home or just sit back and relax by the water and enjoy the sunsets that all the locals love at the Apollo Beach Nature Preserve just 2.5 miles away. Disney and other attractions in Orlando are just over a hour away and a 30 min drive to Adventure Island and Busch Gardens. The property is located close enough to amusement parks but far enough for a quite stay the house was clean and well kept the pool was amazing having it heated allowed us to even enjoy it at night we will definitely book again in the futre visits to fl

Owner was wonderful. House was wonderful. Everything was very clean and easy. We were in the area for a wedding. We will absolutely return to this property just to hang when we have nowhere to go. I would recommended to anyone that needs a get away.

We truly enjoyed our time at this house. It had a wonderful layout for our family. It was clean, and was fully stocked. We enjoyed the pool. House is near a wonderful park with a water play area for the kids.

This house is clean and the pool is fantastic. Check in could not have been easier. The owner supplied us with everything we needed for the week--it was well stocked. This is one of the nicest houses in the neighborhood. The neighbor had his boat parked in his yard which was an eye sore but we were at the pool most of the days

Pool was great, water pressure is amazing, master restroom is great! House was clean and offered everything you need to stay home and cook if you want to save money. Only drawback was internet connection was unstable.

Beautiful home, hosted by someone who went above and beyond; there were 3 stuffed Christmas stockings awaiting my 3 children, in addition to a tin of popcorn and a bottle of wine for my husband and me. The rooms were comfortable, the pool was amazing and the master bath shower was a spa like experience. We found Apollo Beach to be a bit quiet, but there were enough places to explore to take up our time. We very much enjoyed our time here.

This home was very comfortable. Pool was so relaxing.. The neighborhood was not quite what I expected, but felt safe and the neighbors were friendly. Don't let that discourage you. The owner is not in control of the area. It is the older side of Apollo Beach so the homes are older. My husband and I would stay at this rental again.

We had a great time here. We loved hanging out by the pool all day. Quiet neighborhood with lots to do near by. It felt like a getaway even though we we only 25 mins from home.

We absolutely loved this house! The pictures didn't do it justice. Very clean and has everything you could need. Owner is great and very easy to get in touch with. Loved everything about this house! The pool was awesome! We have nothing negative to say about this trip. It was great! Will definitely stay here again!

This house is exactly as described in the listing. It is even more amazing in person though! The pictures don't do it justice. The layout was perfect and allowed for everyone to have their own space. The pool and lanai were absolutely stunning. We actually took 2 days and did nothing but lounge by the pool because it was that inviting! Patricia was incredibly responsive to questions/concerns and everything was handled in a timely manner. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and if we return to this area, we will definitely try to book this home again!
