We booked this home to spend the weekend in town for a friends wedding and it could not have been better! The check in instructions were clear, the house was spotless, and the beds were all very comfortable. Having two full bathrooms was a plus and made getting ready easy. If we ever return, we would definitely stay again!

My mom, sister-in-law, and I were in town for a cousin's reunion. This home provided everything we needed and more. The owners were very responsive to any of our questions before and during our stay, and all of the previous reviews matched our experience!

There were five of us at the house and there was plenty of seating and room for everyone. Beds were really comfy and the couch was really big. A nice addition were games in one of the closets and boogie boards. The train does come through often but it was not a deal breaker. The house is 4 minutes from the beach and very close to shops and Walmart is 10 minutes away. Overall I would say this is a great place to stay and would definitely come again!

We couldn't have asked for anything better - the location, the beautiful house, friendly and fast response from the owner/manager and all the amenities provided - our stay was pricele$$!! This place set the bar for our future standards when traveling. We won't settle for less than what the Yellow Door Cottage had to offer.

Yearly family trip to BSL, and this cottage is beautiful inside and out! Owners are super responsive and attentive! We will stay here again! I’d recommend this to anyone, and would have rated all 10’s if it were optional. My daughter said the cottage was her favorite part of the trip, and my son said it’s the nicest place we’ve ever stayed in. We can’t say enough good things! It’s the best!

Lovely and comfortable! We will definitely stay here next time we visit Bay St Louis. Walk to downtown was quick for the teens but far enough that music didn’t carry and keep us awake! Love this place and can’t say enough nice things about it and the owner!! All the beds were extremely comfortable and the furniture was all in fantastic shape so everyone enjoyed resting after all our daytime activities!

Good bye Hotels when I come to Bay St. Louis. The yellow door cottage was the best stay I have ever had in going places and I am 78 years old.It was clean,comfortable, spacious and everything avaialble to be used as we saw fit. Thanks to the hosts and VRBO

House was terrific with lots of great amenities. Extremely comfortable and spacious. Owner was very accommodating and very responsive. Located approx 5 blocks from bay front so it made walking a possibility. Would definitely rent again when we return

The cottage is magnificent. It’s is super well appointed, extremely clean, designed beautifully, and convenient to everything in Bay St Louis. We were really impressed and loved the separate big bedrooms so everyone could enjoy their space. A terrific experience!

What a wonderful experience we had in Bay St Louis staying in the Yellow Door Cottage. The house was immaculate and was well stocked with all of the things that you would need in a rental residence. The pictures on the vrbo site are exactly like you will find the cottage. The host was very quick to answer any concerns we might have had which was a key to knowing we had made the right choice on the cottage. I certainly will look forward to returning to BSL and the Yellow Door Cottage.

The house was just as described and we loved it. Me and a friend went for a birthday girls trip and and we had tons of space! I gave her the master bedroom and then realized that I didn't have any dresser for my clothes! That was really the only drawback that I can come up with! It was lovely and so much better than staying in a hotel.
