It did what it was supposed supply somewhere to sleep

The location of the room. Thats all

If I wasnt so tired and needed sleep, I would have said screw the money and went to another hotel.

Location was close to airport

This hotel looks like a motel you would see on the prostitute area of the main strip! my second main issue was I requested the bottom floor several times because of my back and they put me on the third floor! Its my belief that this is done with guests that book through a third party. when we arrived it was very obvious that lysol was so over sprayed. so much so that it got to my throat and made my throat hurt the rest of the night into the next day! and if you care about taking a hot shower or a hot bath forget it this is a place that regulates the water and it barely gets lukewarm.

Dirty hotel and pool. No receptionist moat of the time. No customer service

Outside of the pool issue, it was good,

Location. I do like staying here for it is convenient to where I need to go.

Found out after checking in that the pool was closed. This should have been told before booking. I would have found another hotel. I was offered to check out early, but wouldnt get a fefund for 3 weeks,

It was clean and the location was good.

We were told we were making too much noise,it turned out to be the neighbors. Lots of banging on the walls loud arguing, the Police was called,my girls couldn't sleep they were scared from first call made to us about the noise, second day we had just walked in the room sitting down to have dinner and another call from the office came in about a complain, so not fair. So we sat and watched TV and the banging next door started . The rest is history my girls could not stop going over the events.

it was clean and staff friendly

I didn’t have hot water ,water was warm and it was all the way on hotttt and the TV remote didn’t work had to keep getting up too change channels
