Horrible, the room smelled so bad the bathroom smelt better. Then we had the climb the stairs due to elevator was broken. So need less to say my kids and I were very uncomfortable but had no choice. I already requested a refund, I another review earlier this morning.

Room as clean. There are no ice machines on the property, but there are ice trays in the freezer in the room. Doesn't help you have ice when you first arrive, so stop at the Shell station next door. Bed was pretty hard, if you like that, you'll be good. Overall, it was a good value for the money.

The lady at the desk was very nice. I only want to complain that the Elevator was out, and I was on the 4 floors with a baby.

The whole floor had a strong horrible odor. The room smelled bad as well. The elevators did not work so we had to carry luggage and go in and out by walking three flights of stairs. Vending machines also did not work, no ice either. Still have no received my deposit back into my bank account either so I will be calling to dispute the charges. Save your money and look elsewhere.

It was ok until the last day when the elevator got stuck with someone in it and my daughter had to inform the front desk, because the young lady was not aware.she then came and check on the person who was in the elevator. Then we was told to use the stairs which we was on the third floor and my legs were hurting and swollen from the stairs. It was fix by morning when we left thank God we had a lot of stuff to load and it would have been a lot to climb the stairs back and forth.

Somebody was staying in my room before I came, the front desk lady had to go “and check something really quick” when I arrived they forgot to flush the toilet, is full with people on drugs, terrible experience

Had to wait 10min to get someone at the desk to check us in . Elevator floor was dirty had balls of hair on it and was still there the next day when check out time. Room bedside is played loud music for hours rooms and building has a weird scent water pressure In sink had low water pressure

Staff was very friendly, but these rooms are very basic. No frills. The coffee bar in the morning is a thermos, and it was empty when I got to it. The room was clean and mattress was comfortable, but not luxurious.

This is a one star “hotel” that feels on par with a dorm room. Front desk closes at night. Sketchy. Doesn’t give off vibes of safety or cleanliness. I guess you get what you pay for

Great location! Clean and quiet however if you get there after hours you might end up sleeping in the car! Had to wait 2hrs fir someone to check me in! Otherwise definitely worth the price and the girl upfront is actually really nice and helpful person!

we checked in after hours. it took many MANY many calls from both the foyer phone and our mobile phone before the person in charge answered to let us in the hotel. (20 minutes). i hope that others do not have to wait so long in the future.

Well got there after 1am when getting off a plane.Was not able to check in.Had go get another hotel.No one answered the door or phone.

The staff for the most part were very helpful. However the floors above were very loud so I did not get sleep for 6 nights out of my stay. I was able to move to the top floor but the air didn’t work very well so my last 3 nights were hot. There was a lot of marijuana smoke around the building so I didn’t feel comfortable letting my kids come out. Overall my room was comfy and it worked until we checked out.

It was one of the wrost experiences I have had in a while. The smell was horrible. The service was terrible. They were on personal calls then when I asked for extra sheet and blanket it was a problem. I have stayed in better places and paid less money it was not worth the price.

Beware!!!! Make sure you read fine print about checking in! We arrived at approximately 12:05 AM there was nobody in the front check-in counter was absolutely empty so there’s a telephone that says for after hours assistance dial 500 we did it about 10 times and nobody would answer to check us in. I had to finally call hotels.com in which they assisted me after 30 minutes to about an hour of help by the reservation team to look for another location after they themselves tried to call the hotel with no luck, At one point the phone number hotels.com had on file was answered and the person on the other line hung up. We eventually went to the best western across the way hotels.com gave me a refund and on top of that for the inconvenience and $50 coupon!

The staff was amaxomg and kind. Very helpful. They faxed paperwork for us at the front desk and were happy to help. We stayed here because it was close to the hospital and we were here from California to visit my dad. It is only a short, easy distance to sherman hospital. Having a safe, clean and kind hotel so close made our stressful visit so much more pleasant. The beds and pillows were veru comfortable. Plenty of closet space for all two weeks worth of clothes for 4 people. The kitchenette was perfect. We bought a coffee pot for 12 bucks at walmart to add. Appliances invluding a full size fridge were like new. The bathroom was clean. We even took a bath. I was very impressed and will stay here again if needed.

We were checking in the late evening. No one was at the front desk. Called several times just to wait 10 minutes before someone came out to greet us.

They didnt let me in. Claimed there were no vacancies and my reservation had been cancelled. Was not cooperative. Did not even ask for my name or reservation number. Was very rude and mean. i hope they dont treat anyone like they did me. I had to go around looking for another room. Ruined my family stay.
