Also parking was easy- and the location of this condo was great. Located on the ground level with a parking lot very close- steps to the condo,
No stairs, lovely.

I’ll start with the positives of this beautiful place:
We were met with a welcome gift and a clean home. All of air conditioners and fans worked wonders in keeping the home cool and circulated during our stay! Not to mention the easiest check in I have ever experienced. We arrived on a Sunday so we used the after hours security phone to obtain a parking pass, getting into the place was simple and instructions are clearly emailed to you before your arrival. The location was gorgeous and very close to the main beach on the strip. I would highly recommend hiring a car if you plan on exploring the rest of Maui, it was the best thing we did!
There were only a few downfalls for this place but the main one was the door, it wasn’t too much of an issue once we figured it out but closing the door requires force and you have to make sure the knob on the inside is turned correctly for it to actually lock on the outside. We were a group of 3 young women travelling alone and safety is our biggest priority for us, once we figured the door out it was smooth sailing from there. Another smaller note was that the toaster had food stuck on the inside which made it smoke whenever we tried to use it. We also would’ve loved if it provided a vacuum cleaner so we could maintain the cleanliness of the house. Other than those few bumps the stay was amazing! We’d re-book in a heart beat!

The condo was clean and easily accessible, the walk out patio to a grassy area was a huge plus for the kids. Maui Vista is a great location in Kihei with shops, restaurants and Charley Young Beach all within walking distance. Lots of parking if you rent a vehicle and quick access to Piilani Hwy.

The condo is located in a nicely walkable area of South Kihei Road. Restaurants and beaches are really close by. The unit itself has an updated kitchen and bathroom. However, all the furniture didn't look clean, and we didn't feel comfortable using them without first cleaning it ourselves. I'd recommend updating the living room couch and the bedroom furniture.

Next to beach & surf!
It was my first time in Maui and I have to say I wouldn`t have picked a better location. There was a beach less than a 5 min walk from the condo and it was by far one of my favorites, we went to several others during our stay and I kept wishing we were at that one. Not to mention that walking to some really great places to eat was easy breezy from our AirBnB. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, with an ac unit in the bedroom. Luckily we never felt we had to use it since the place stayed pretty cool (we stayed in Jan). My partner and I wish to come back soon and when we do we hope to stay here again!

Saw a turtle on the beach almost every morning. Close to the airport and everywhere we needed/wanted to go! 10/10 would book again!

Overall we had a brilliant stay and the location of this accommodation was a big factor in that. Kihei is beautiful and pretty much a 30 minute drive to most places on the island! Maui Vista modern condo! Next to beach and surf!
The place is located in a convenient location in Kihei, plenty of shops and restaurants around the location. Most importantly the beach is walking distance, we did not have try and find parking around locations that are heavily traffic during busy beach hours. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. :)
