The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 single beds and one pull out beds. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, washing machine, air conditioning, and lift. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. Nice experience with my family in Milan downtown

This apartment was a bit of a challenge. We were 4 single adults traveling as a group. The listing said 3 bedrooms with twin beds in one room, bringing a total of 4 beds. Just what we needed. However, the pictures only showed 3 beds. Before I booked the reservation, I contacted the company to confirm if there really were 4 beds and was told yes. That is not what we found when we arrived. One of the group had to sleep on the sofa.
Since we were traveling by car, I only looked at apartments that had parking. This listing said they did. Again, there was none whatsoever. We had to park in a garage for 2 days. I've noticed that parking has since been pulled as an amenity.
It was clean but had barely enough toilet paper with no extra anywhere. Also, there were no washcloths at all. Not even a paper towel to wipe the kitchen counters. We did feel that the bathrooms were the nicest we had on our trip.
The listing needs to be accurate and some things need to be added to the supplies. Only then could I recommend the apartment to future visitors.

Very poor communication prior to arrival. When we arrived at check in time the property was not ready and still being cleaned. It smelled terrible and cleaning person used ab outdoor sweeper to clean the floor. Dishwasher had dirty dishes, AC did not work for most of our stay, and when I reached out to customer service, I was told that it does not work when temps get cool outside- the coolest it got was 78 degrees, it was stifling in the apartment.
on the last day a spider fell off the ceiling on the bathroom and bit me.
And I received a bill after check out for outrageous cleaning fee which we already prepaid for. We left the apartment cleaner than it was when we got there
