Clean. Good location. Beds were extremely hard and not comfortable.

First night had a some AC problems. Victor was great came and found a solution at 11pm at night. Place was clean. Only complaint was the people in the other side of duplex had dog that barked well past midnight each night making it hard to sleep.

Nice place with just about everything you could need and in a great neighborhood. Short walk to restaurants, a brewery, and a small market. Nearby Greenway access to the stadium/uptown

The house was nice and clean, beds are a little too firm and i searched for a fenced yard home for my dog but there wasnt any. The house is covered with ring cameras so everything you do and say is watched. I cursed at my boyfriend in the backyard who didn't even say anything back to me and then I left and magically the host contacted me an hr after telling me several neighbors called him abt profanity which is a LIE he heard it after playing back his cameras which i stated to him that was an hr ago, over and done with and I said 2 curse words which isn't illegal and besides im adult and was asked to leave the home. The $1500 insurance he forces you purchase and immediately after I left, he filed a claim for exactly $1500 saying scratches was on baseboards but my dogs (2 frenchies) was in cages inside the home the entire time and also never touched a baseboard in our very expensive home with 20k epoxy floors. We was there because we was having a home remodel going on but this host made me give this stay 2 stars because the bad in him outweighs the good of the house.

Listed that it sleeps 5/6. Only 2 queen beds and a couch(that was suppose to be a pull out) the “dining table” only has two chairs, in every drawer, cabinet, or closet you look in they store tools, light bulbs, cabinet hardware, etc. the cleaning people were still in our rental when we arrived and couldn’t check in until 30 mins after check in time. Had an issue with booking and accidentally chose the wrong day but they wanted me to cancel and wait for my refund then book again instead of trying to move the day for me. There was a cellar door that was unlocked, the cellar connected to the next rental. Since this is a duplex, you could hear every stomp and conversation of the people next to you. Do not recommend.

Lovely little duplex in a cute neighborhood. Felt very safe and neighbors were friendly. Very close to city life too. Mattresses are the firmest I’ve ever slept on so if you like firm beds, this is the place for you. The place was extremely clean (we literally commented that there was no dust even on the baseboards. Despite its cleanliness, some type of rodent decided to stay rent free in the attic and kept us awake all night. Once I notified the owner/landlord, he immediately came out to handle it. Unfortunately stubborn little guy was not entertaining the traps and we had another sleepless night before leaving.

This is a cute duplex in a charming neighborhood. An amazing hike trail is just a couple blocks away. The house has a modern kitchen (no dishwasher though) and bathroom.
The walls are thin between the 2 units so you are encouraged to be quiet. Our neighbors were not particularly quiet..you couldn't hear them in the bedeooms with fan on and door shut, but our son could hear them from the living room.

this was a fantastic location for our quick stay in Charlotte. convenient to Uptown and Bank of America Stadium, and a quick drive to the airport. home was super clean and comfortable. would easily return for another stay.

Not a bad place to stay! We didn’t spend much time at the house, and was a little chilly inside at night. Only TV that worked was the living room TV. We had 2 asthmatic people with us and something seemed to trigger them while we were there, but overall not a bad place to stay!

Location was excellent, near a couple breweries and places to eat. Easy walk to stadium for game. Simple place and needs some additional seating as we wanted to watch a movie had 4 adults only seating for 3. Also remotes didn’t work for TVs and Fans.

Overall very nice place, walking distance to industrial offices but located on a leafy green street. Perfect decor, clean, comfortable. Two complaints: 1) the lock on the front door is baffling how it works. Doesn't turn on when tapping, you have to keep fiddling around with it. 2) couldn't find a switch for the ceiling fans to keep them on while the light is off -- made for a sticky night.

Nice property in good location. Clean, spacious, full amenities.
Needs improvement: It's a duplex and you could plainly hear loud conversations by the other side. The beds were really firm too. Music from bar behind the property was audible but not a bother.

We very much enjoyed our stay and felt the property was all that was advertised. The location was excellent and the parking was easy. We asked to have sheets changed and the owner was quick to send the cleaning crew. Very nice stay for my family

Great stay for the concert we went to at Panther stadium. Close to the stadium, quiet neighborhood.

Communication is key
There was a slight miscommunication between the owner and myself. But overall the stay was wonderful ! The only bad thing I could say was the picture was not the same as the unit this is a duplex. The picture I believe showed the other side of the duplex or another one. It was still clean and safe and we did enjoy our stay and it was price right. There was a dog park a short walk down the road through an apartment complex for the fur babies.

Great stay!
My friend and I stayed here for a concert at Bank of America Stadium. It was the perfect location! We enjoyed the brewery and Rhino market nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice
Very nice very nice! We loved the house. The only downside was the next door/duplex were really REALLY loud. Otherwise, it’s definitely a nice place to stay- with all the amenities you’d need while there. Plus it’s near target and within walking distance to Rhino Market

Clean, Quiet, Convenient Location
Easy booking and clear, timely communication from host. Property has off-street parking, is very clean and amply stocked with plush towels. Neighborhood is quiet and charming. We enjoyed our stay and would book with this host again.

I booked our stay for four people. Since the listing stated it could sleep six, I thought it would be either twin beds in a room or a pull out sofa sleeper in the two bedroom house. Neither was available. Instead it was a queen bed in each bedroom. This caused a problem since I had my elderly mom and adult son. Also, only 3 chairs in kitchen and one sofa for three people- no chairs in living room. So this also caused a problem since, we were four adults, hoping to spend time together. Neither the kitchen nor living room had seating for 4 people less alone 6 as advertised. Lastly, we saw two roaches during our stay - one in the living room by the front door and another in the first bedroom.

Perfect for Football Getaway
Went to Charlotte for a football game at BOA stadium and this was a perfect spot for us to stay! The home was clean, spacious, and in great proximity to the stadium. Bonus being Rhino Market and a brewery right there.

Great rental
We had a little problem with the internet the day we arrived. Victor had it fixed by that evening. He then called the next day to make sure everything was good. Beautiful neighborhood. Nice walking paths.
