The property sits on a half-acre south facing sunny lot. This 4-bedroom 3-bathroom home has endless space to relax and spread out.There is a large living room, oversized den, two large decks one off the master bedroom and another that is located off of the living room where you and can enjoy plenty of patio furniture and barbeque. There are 3 bedrooms located on the entry level of the home. The Master suite is situated in a private area of the home and has a large bathroom, fireplace and a private deck. The downstairs den area is totally private from the rest of the home where you can enjoy the fire place, large flat screen Tv or head out to the Hot Tub! Incline Village offers a Tennis complex, Recreation Center, Hyatt Hotel/Casino, Shopping, Movie Theatre, Bowling, and more. 5 min drive to Golf (two 18-hole courses) Skiing (Diamond Peak). 20 min drive to Northstar & Mt. Rose skiing" Endless biking and walking trails throughout Incline Village Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public. My family spent a great vacation in Lake Tahoe. We rent this property with other two families for 4 nights. We had a great stay there. The house has more than enough space for us to stay comfortably. The gourmet kitchen with all needed supplies provides a wonderful opportunity for some of my friends to show off their cooking skills. The dinning sets with all kinds of cups, glasses, plates and silver wares allow us to have formal dinners and casual entertainments. Soaking in the jacuzzi with a cold drink after a long hiking is especially enjoyable!

Everything about our stay was amazing. We had two families who each had little ones under 2, and this place was spacious enough for all of us. Very cozy and great for a getaway.

This rental home was fabulous! My family enjoyed staying there, as well as enjoying the beaches, a pontoon ride, the restaurants, golf and zip lining. This was another fantastic family Tahoe vacation success!

It was nicely stocked with everything you could need to cook your meals and enjoy eating in. Only thing to share is bring your own beach towels. We had quite a heat wave during our stay and we did ask for more fans which they brought for us. I would definitely stay again!

Great House and Location
Our family enjoyed all aspects of the house. Inside, Outside, and Location. The kids had snowball fights in the large backyard. We enjoyed the hot tub. The location is super close to everything in Incline Village. We will definitely come back.
