Welcome to Frangista Hideaway in Miramar Beach, Florida, which is newly refreshed in 2022! 5 bedroom, 4 full bath house with private heated pool right in the heart of Frangista Beach. 2 king bedrooms, 2 queens, 4 bunks and 1 queen sleeper. ★ Private Heated Pool with patio area ★ Ms. PacMan Arcade Game ★ Backyard patio with BBQ ★ Modern Kitchen ★ Front and back balconies ★ Smart TV, smart thermostat, and smart lock ★ Washer + dryer ★ Garage parking and driveway parking for 2-3 cars in total ★ Short walk/drive to shopping and dining ★ Kids welcome! Our county noise ordinance is in effect from 10 pm - 6 am. Please respect our neighbors. The pool is for use at YOUR OWN RISK! The pool is 7' x 13' Heating the pool is an additional $40/day for the entire stay if you should desire to do it. Beach towels are provided. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the private beach. Shopping and dining are all very close. We recommend Pompano Joe's, Whales Tail, and Bad Ass Coffee, which are a quick walk. Destin Commons Shopping Mall with an AMC movie theater and the Outlet is only 10 minutes away. Along Highway 98, which is the main connector in the area you will find several golf courses, mini-golf, bowling, and a water park for kids. We also recommend visiting the Harborwalk Village in Destin. They offer several different boat excursions, parasailing, snorkeling and they also have a jet ski rental. A few minutes from Destin you find Okaloosa Island with miles of the untouched white-sanded beach if you want to grab a picnic and enjoy the silence and the loneliness by only listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Explore the many opportunities that await you on the emerald shores of this stretch of the incredibly scenic panhandle of Florida or simply exhale and relax.

Our stay was wonderful. The house itself was perfect for our family. The pool was much smaller than it appears on line. I’m not sure how 14 guests would fit in it…there were only 7 of us and it was crowded. That didn’t stop us from enjoying it though. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks again!

This place was great!! It was clean and super close to the beach! We walked each day… only about a 3 minute walk! The private beach was a plus! The house was super nice and big! So many bathrooms and a great outdoor space also! Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay! Neil was great and helped with everything!! Communication was awesome!!

Great location, communication with neil was very prompt. Lots of space for my family and could have Easily had more people with us. The walk to the beach took just a few minutes! We will recommend this house to our friends and hope we can stay again.

The house fit our group of 10 comfortably. The pool isn’t very big, but was perfect for our children. The location was great. A short walk from the beach and stores. Had minor issues, messaged Neil, and he responded quickly and had our issues fixed. Great house and host!

The place was great! Thanks for being so responsive, Neil. As far as the house goes, I had a very relaxing time. It was safe, a few steps away from the beach and super clean. The only complaint is that my kids so loved the pool that it was hard for me to convince them to go to the beach. I guess next time I will have to stay for a few more days.

This house was perfect for our group of 3 families with many kids. Location was ideal and only a short walk to the beach. Loved the coffee/pizza shop and winery down the street. Owner was responsive and resolved all issues in a polite, timely manner. The private beach was great and renting chairs/umbrellas was convenient. Would highly recommend this unit!

We enjoyed our stay at Neil’s place. Photos were accurate and current. The location is great for the convenience of entertainment, restaurants, and most importantly....just a short walk to the beach. We only had a minor issue and Neil was very responsive and quickly resolved the concern.

We had an incredible stay at Neil’s house in Destin! Upon arrival the house was exceptionally clean and ready! Each bedroom, bathroom, and common space were very clean and inviting. We heated the pool to perfection and appreciated that beach towels were included. We took full advantage of the close proximity to shops, restaurants , and of course the beach! The walk to the beach was maximum 5 minutes. We used the private access code to enter the beach. The water was crystal clear and the sand was powdery white. The kids loved the calm surf and spent a ton of time in the ocean. The house was more than enough space for 5 young children and 4 adults. We cooked a lot of food in Neil’s kitchen and enjoyed delicious take out from Whale Tail, Holi Indian, Pompano Joe’s, and Yuga Sushi. Neil was incredibly responsive and quickly answered any questions we had within minutes. We highly recommend Neil’s house and this little spot in Destin. We can’t wait to come back!

Neil’s place is really good. He is a great host. I had cancelled flights due to Texas weather and was looking for a place. Neil responded promptly and also allowed us to check in way early. He also let us stay a little longer on the day of the check out as our flight was in the afternoon. The house has everything that you need and he promptly responded to any questions I had. The heated pool was my major requirement to book this house but it wasn’t heated on day one. As soon as I messaged him, he got it fixed immediately and we were able to enjoy the same.

Neil was a great host. The location of the house is incredible only a quick walk to the beach. The neighborhood was chill but walking distance to many amenities. The kids particularly enjoyed having the private pool and that the beach was private so it wasn’t too busy in this Covid era. House was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Neil was very responsive and we would definitely stay again.

We had a great time and would highly recommend Neil’s place to anyone traveling to Destin. The house is perfectly located close to the beach and other points of interest. The place was sparkling clean which made us feel completely safe staying in this time of pandemic. Neil is a super host and made sure we had no issues from the time of check in till our departure. We had an awesome time in Destin! Neil's place was just perfect in terms of location. Our kids loved having the heated pool and smart TV's for the rainy days. We couldn't believe how close we were to the private Frangista Beach! We will definitely come again to this beautiful getaway!

Would 100% recommend Neil's place to anyone looking for a get away to Destin. It was exactly as described. Very clean, well taken care of, up to date amenities. It's perfectly located and minutes walking distance from the beach, a coffee shop, and several local spots. We enjoyed every second of our stay here, and Neil was a fantastic host.
