Situated in Raleigh, this lovely condo for $247 per night is a great option for your next trip. An upscale experience in one of Raleigh's most sought after areas to live in and only minutes away from many of the cities' most popular venues. This apartment is in a FANTASTIC location! Conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Raleigh, Cameron Village and North Hills, which hosts some of Raleigh’s premier restaurants, shopping and nightlife. NCSU campus is right around the corner and some of the highest rated grocery stores are just minutes away to help you stock up for your stay. Five minutes to PNC Arena, and the NC State Fairgrounds. Ten minute drive to RDU International Airport and Red Hat Amphitheater. Apartment features include two guest suites, one with a California King bed and the other with a queen bed, two full baths, wifi, Roku TV and local TV. No smoking (or vaping), no parties or gatherings, no pets and all guests must be noted on the reservation. Failure to abide by the house rules will be cause for the loss of the deposit. The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. We allow children with the following stipulations: -Guests are responsible for any and all necessary "baby proofing" -Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times PLEASE NOTE: There is a camera monitoring access in and out of the apartment. It is only on the outside of the apartment, there are no cameras inside the apartment. There is a noise monitoring device inside the apartment, this detects noise levels only without recording or listening. This is only there to alert that there is a possible party. CANCELLATION POLICY Free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email) After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee. For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).

We loved the location, close to so many shops and restaurants. There was plenty of space for the three of us to feel comfortable. The property was clean and well kept and the area was quiet even though there was a lot going on around us. Would most definately stay at this location again if we were in the area!

This property is very nice & comfortable unless you are over sixty. It is a second floor unit with many stairs to climb. The unit was not cleaned when we arrived so we changed the sheets ourselves. Host was made aware of this and apologized.

My friend and I were only in for a day. We attended a concert. But the apartment was so cute and comfortable that we both can’t wait to book another stay! The location was convenient to lots of food options and was a short Uber ride to the venue. The only complaints either of us had was the noise of the neighbors (we weren’t aware how close we were to the college) and the stairs to the front door felt a little unsafe. But, that’s not something the host can fix, so we overlooked it.

My girlfriend and I went to a rock and roll show at The Red Hat Amphitheater, and were looking for a cooler option than a hotel. This place was great, very chill back deck. Nicely appointed, and very clean. Right in the thick of things. Thanks Midge!

This property was perfect for our stay. It was a great location near NC state and very close to downtown. I have no complaints at all as Midge was a great and communicated everything clearly.

We really appreciated having a separate bedroom and bathroom for our two teenage kids. Plus the living and kitchen areas for us to all hang out. Great location, in particular for those visiting NC State.

We had the best time with our friends from Delaware and the apartment was not what we were expecting. It was so much more. We loved how homey it was and the fact it was 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom was an added plus. We would have been happy to live there the rest of our lives. Midge was wonderful to deal with, answered any questions we had. Looking forward to coming back for another stay.

This property is an absolute delight in our me of the best areas of Raleigh. If you’re looking for convenient, tidy, and uber-cozy, this place is for you! The check-in/check-out process is one of the smoothest I’ve seen and communication with the owner was quick and easy. We received updates ahead of time and never waited more than 5-10 minutes for an answer to our questions. A true 5-Star experience!

We were in town for a football game and prefer a vrbo (or similar) rather than a hotel. We had room to spread out or be together, play games, and cook our meals. I found this property online and it checked all the boxes! Midge was great to work with. I’d definitely go there again.

This great little spot was perfectly situated right at Cameron Village, and super close to Downtown. We came to visit a family member and to explore Raleigh, and we couldn’t have asked for a more conveniently located, comfortable, quiet place to stay!

This was the second rental I’ve used from Midge. She has great style, homes in great neighbourhoods, and they’re clean to boot! I would recommend this home if you’re wanting to be near the University, near shopping and dining, near downtown but yet still wish for the quiet.
