The dining table seats 10, and the space can be extended through two French doors leading out to a sunroom with Polywood patio settees and chairs. The kitchen has a large island that which seats 4, GE appliances, iCoffee K-cup brewer, and is fully stocked with the essentials to meet the needs of the best cook. It is adjoined by a half bath. The downstairs master suite features a king-sized bed with Purple mattress, TV, walk-in closets, and a bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Just off the rear entry mudroom is a downstairs laundry room with a GE washer/dryer and spacious storage.
