It was renovated by Garland Properties in 2017 and is now home to two 800 Square feet single bedroom apartments and the Appalachian Trail Conservancy. The apartments are secure, quiet, fun and decorated in a modern art deco style. The full kitchen and washer and dryer make the unit a wonderful place to stay for a quick getaway or long-term tenant. Guests have full access to their unit and roof top patio. Full kitchen and laundry facilities are included with the apartment. Guests should message us via the booking platform that was used for their reservation. The Amtrak station is located 5 blocks away on Salem avenue. Typically, the traffic is limited to business hours and 9-5 commuters. The rooftop patio is shared by the neighboring Airbnb. Occupancy: A maximum of 2 guests are allowed.
