BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Cannery North is a brand new condo on Bozeman's northeast side, right in the midst of excellent bars/restaurants and within minutes of downtown. Enjoy modern finishes with access to building amenities like the rooftop! GENERAL LOCATION AND SETTING: This unit is in Cannery Flats, a brand new build in Bozeman's up-and-coming Cannery District. Pizza, sushi, coffee, and more are right next door, along with a gym and barber shop. Downtown is just a couple of miles away to the south and MAP Brewing is minutes away to the north. ( Please note that the train does go through this part of town.) BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: This is a one bed/one bath unit with a queen bed and beautiful subway tile bathroom and shower/tub combination. KITCHEN: When you don’t feel like heading next door for a meal out, take advantage of the full kitchen with full-size fridge, range, microwave, and dishwasher. Belying its size, there's tons of cabinet space above and below so you can be fully stocked for your stay. All the utensils, serving ware, and kitchen accessories you need are provided. LIVING ROOM: Living, kitchen, and dining all blend into one in this cozy space. OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Take advantage of your access to the building's rooftop deck, complete with propane fire pits and two gas grills for a meal under the Big Sky. COMMON AREAS: Cannery Flats has a few common areas to take advantage of during your stay. We already mentioned the rooftop, but there is also a large lounge area looking out on the roof and views with a huge flat-screen TV and tables/chairs for work or meals. ACTIVITIES NEARBY: All of downtown Bozeman and its amenities are at your fingertips while you stay at Cannery North. When you’d like to connect to Montana’s natural beauty a bit more, excellent running trails are nearby and you're right on the way to Bridger Bowl for skiing and Bridger Canyon for xc skiing or hiking. Yellowstone is 70 miles away.

This place is in a good location the place is clean and well kept. If you are planning to stay anytime indoors it has the most uncomfortable couch and chair, really no place to kick back and just relax. The bed was comfortable so If you are just planning to sleep there it is fine! You can walk to dinner and breakfast the restaurant around are great.

My husband and I were in Bozeman to visit our son who attends MSU. We loved the unit- perfect size for the two of us and when our son came over to visit we enjoyed the rooftop shared space on a beautiful fall afternoon. The location was close to everything with gorgeous views, and we were close to local friends. We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for 2 people. Wonderful, new building with great parking. Several restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to downtown Bozeman and MSU.

This is a beautiful condo, gorgeous building and great location. All of the people we met were really nice, there were lots of dogs out and about. The parking and building in my opinion was very easy to find. The building was quiet and very clean. We stayed here for our honeymoon and my first time in Montana and we would recommend this VRBO to anyone.

We loved our stay. Great comfy unit and walk to restaurants and the outdoor deck was great for grilling. And a great price . Better than a hotel. Highly recommend

After the scavenger hunt to get the key and get into the property, it was a comfortable place to stay. The bedroom has lots of closet space, but it was disappointing that there weren't any hangers to hang up clothes. It was disappointing that we had to rent for 3 nights even though we only stayed for two nights.

Apartment is clean, beds are comfortable, and great views. Price of the rental was better than the cheapest hotels in the area.

Check-in process was easy as we had a late flight and didn’t arrive until 1AM. Good detailed info! Wonderful location and clean apartment. Some warned of the train and freeway noise but I didn’t find that an issue. I loved the property and will definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I spent four nights at the Cannery while exploring the wonderful city of Bozeman. This was perfect for two people and we loved the option of the rooftop deck with a wonderful view of the mountains and a great place to relax in the evenings. The kitchen was well-supplied, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was spacious and the location was ideal for all we were able to do in Bozeman including hiking, shopping, great restaurants, and exploring the beautiful mountains that surrounds the area. Thanks for a great place to rest and relax so we could make the most of our vacation.

Security is big for me and this rental was very secure and very quite. The only thing I heard were the doors closing in different units and that was because the doors were solid and safe. The Unit was clean and provided everything you needed for your stay. You only have to buy your food. The bathroom is very spacious and beautiful, the bedroom is small but the bed was extremely comfortable. I would stay here again.

Also, I've never stayed at a place where there wasn't complimentary coffee for at least the first day/morning! That is a must for any facility to provide, just saying!

The cannery flats are a great place to stay. It was my husband and myself visiting for a few days. Walked to the Daily coffee shop every morning.
Convenient and very clean and new. The only thing that bothered us was the train in the middle of the night.

Great, clean conveniently located property. Ideal for two with a nice kitchen for cooking breakfasts and occasional dinners. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop area in the mornings and evenings. If you’re an early bird, the sunrise over the mountains is spectacular! Would definitely recommend.

This was a great place to stay and the team was easy to communicate with. They were short on some basic amenities and were quick to provide them once I reached out. I would definitely stay here again!

This location was nice and easy to get anywhere. We could have walked to more if I wasn't so cold, it was snowing on us. For the price well worth it, my only wish would be to have two key FOBS. Other than that easy to get into and vacation was awesome.

We stayed for 5 nights and it was the perfect space and in a perfect location. Easy access to main roads that lead you to attractions around and outside of Bozeman, along with being very close to Main Street to enjoy what it has to offer. Highly recommend staying here.

Not the fault of housekeeping but there were dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers and even a pan that had been used to fry bacon and put in the cabinet with all the grease still in it. In the days of a pandemic, I was more uncomfortable than I would have been otherwise.

The frame made squeaky sounds every time we would move in the bed. Another thing is that the apartment needs to be cleaned more carefully especially in the living room area. Overall an alright place to stay in Bozeman.
