While you have access to best of everything that seaside offers from live shows, busy boardwalk, casino pier, water park restaurant, yet stay on the quite North end. This is the first time ever this main house is opened for rental in 2021. Very tastefully decorated that would make you feel right at home. LOCATION: We are located on the beach block, just five homes from the boardwalk and beach. All the beach activities are now within easy reach. The hassle of carrying your stuff for blocks to the beach is now a distant memory. Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Thursday and Sunday night and let's not forget those great Wednesday night Beach Fireworks. - All rooms are equipped with Smart TV's - Kitchen is fully equipped. - Sleep Comfortably on hypo-allergenic brand new Memory foam Mattress and luxurious down-like hypo-allergenic pillows. - Every Decor & furnishing is hand picked with comfort in mind. - Home comes with 2 Full bed and a Queen bed. - You will have access to the entire beach house with 1 assigned parking for each unit. - Don't stress about parking, there is enough off street parking and no need to take your car out until you are ready to get back to your busy life. - Backyard is a shared space that includes outdoor seating & barbeque grills On a side note, if you are planning for brithday parties or family reunions with big group, we have 3 more units (One 2 bedroom unit and TWO 3 bedroom units) on this property that will accommodate more people. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.

We had a wonderful visit. Kishor really goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is comfortable. The size of the property and storage inside is perfect for a family. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location. We will be back!

This property was perfect in every way. Location is fantastic....just a couple of blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Parking is available on site which is such a plus. 4 beach passes are supplied. The property was immaculate and very modern. Kishore is an amazing host.

We (me, husband, two sons) stayed at 51 Kearney in August 2022 and had a great experience. The house was clean and check in and out was a breeze. Kishore was extremely kind and responsive as well. Location can’t be beat - a one minute walk to the boardwalk/beach! Only thing I would note is that the property is shared so we didn’t have access to the back deck like we anticipated. However, we had a nice front porch to sit on and people-watch from. I would recommend this property! Thank you, Kishore!

Certainly not upscale, too many to list but some problems included TV’s did not work & fridge leaked all over kitchen floor. Did not have 3 bedrooms as originally listed or currently listing on njbeachvacation.com

My sister and I had a wonderful time away from work. We really enjoyed walking on the boards and te beach.....especially my dog!!! Won't go near this area in the summer....way too crowded. It was nice to get to see the renovations and restoration that has taken place. We may return next year!

The host was very accommodating…We had a celebration of life for my mom and had family traveling from NH and MA. We were able to stay comfortable. Definitely would rent this beach house again.

House is very clean, very convenient, a great family house. I stayed here with my son and we had a great time. The owner is very, very eager to create a memorable stay and he did that. I only gave 4 stars as there was an issue with the shower door that needs fixing. (We only stayed for 3 days and were in and out so quickly, we flexed.)

Book it for a quick weekend escape and was exactly what we were looking for. The house was super clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient and onsite. The location is ideal for families who want to hit the Beach and the boardwalk but don’t want to deal with the craziness. Also, the owner was super friendly and helpful—we’d def stay again.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the boardwalk/beach. The accommodations were lovely. Very clean, comfortable beds and furniture, beautiful kitchen and bath, everything we needed! TVs in every room with access to Netflix, Hulu, and others. We had a fun and relaxing stay and would have stayed longer if we could. Door Dash was a great way to try the local eats. Our host Kishore was very welcoming and communicated with us professionally. It really felt like they wanted to ensure a great stay and made suggestions of places to eat and things to do without us asking. Very attentive and helpful! We would stay here again - no question about it! Seaside Heights was so much fun, great boardwalk and lots of fun rides. For fans of "The Jersey Shore" TV show, the house tour was hilarious!
