Полностью оправданная цена и качество. Остаться однозначно рекомендую

Просторный номер с удобной кроватью, идеально подходит для отдыха. Персонал просто потрясающий, отзывчивый, помогут с любыми вопросами. По запросу принесли утюг и бокалы . Завтрак сытнейший и вкусный. В пешей доступности круглосуточный тц и есть место для парковки авто.

Подушки слишком тонкие и мягкие, но это не сильно критично.

Отлично!!!

Останавливалась в гостинице Land of Ararat на одну ночь. Хочу поблагодарить весь персонал гостиницы за теплый прием, вкусный завтрак, а также Арсена за то, что терпеливо ждал в аэропорту моего прилета!!!! Обязательно приеду специально в Ереван и остановлюсь в этой гостинице с домашним уютом)))))

Сами номера очень уютные, есть всё для удобства! Вкусные завтраки. Но самое главное - дружелюбный и гостеприимный персон

Очень удачное расположение отеля, тихое место, дорогой район, рядом есть всё: сквер, магазины, магазины, кафе и рестораны. Пешком до центра 15 минут, на такси минут 10 и яндекс такси дешевле, сем в России.

Great Hotel with great staff

The whole experience was great, the staff, and the hotel is quiet in a quiet location. the room is clean and the bathroom was awesome. The breakfast is awesome and every day is different than before. Special thanks to Irina at the reception she helped me a lot with everything since I reached the hotel. Sure I will come again to the hotel. Note: The hotel's name is Juliet Hotel on Google maps so you can find it.

Недалеко от офиса. Работает отопление. Есть кухня - можно заварить чайку. Завтрак.

Very Good

Staff are friendly and kindly. You can speak English and also Persian. Beautiful and artistic space. Equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood and available facilities.

The bathroom of some rooms is shared.

We had a perfect stay at The Land of Ararat, our room was super nice, cause it also had access to a balcony, with a nice view. The facilities were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was generous and tasty ! I highly recommend it !

quiet location good wifi nice room

The worst Welcom I had so far - arriving finally after 8h of cycling with 40 degrees at the location (22.7.2023 20.30 oclock), we were "welcoming" from a staff person who basically was very annoyed to see us. This is really unprofessional and it was discomforting us, if we did't booked the hotel already, we would have changed it for sure. This is a strong no-go. The other days, we met nice people from the staff, who helped us in any manner.

nice place to stay

cozy clean room, good water pressure, smart tv, wifi, exceptionally caring and friendly employees (all of them!), working air conditioner

the room wasn't ready for us – had to ask for towels and for duvet covers. Flies were all over us on breakfast. Power outage in the morning was upsetting.

The room itself was quite good one.

The services there were quite strange ones. Rooms were cleaned only on request (what we have found out only a day before leaving). Breakfast starts to be served only at 9AM (so we missed most of them when we wanted to start sightseeing earlier.

The Land of Ararat with the very good the view of Ararat from the next building

I stayed in the hostel part of hotel, with sharing toilet/bathroom combined on the floor. It is a really good location, you are close to the center, but it is rather quiet place, and with rooster singing in the morning! You can see the way to Cascade and the Ararat if you make about 100 m from the hotel and you can go down to the city to the Opera rather quick. Or go for a walk to the Victory park... You can go along Komitas Avenue for shopping, it is in 5 minutes from the hotel. Breakfast is exceptional, it is a whole lunch.

We had en emergency situation, because of water restrictions for one day, in the hotel there was a water supply, not in the hostel part, so we had to leave one day earlier. You have to understand what you are going to book - the room in the hotel or the room in the hostel part, because there's a big difference. But in the hostel part you have to share the toilet/bathroom, but can use an excellent kitchen.

You got what you pay for..

-reasonable pricing -nice and helpful staff -quite a modern looking room -the most comfortable bed ever

-a lot of mold in the shower!! -cigarette smell in the room -very bad room soundproof, people walking through the corridor and on the stairs will wake you up early in the morning -room was not cleaned properly -absolutely poor breakfast, have to got myself other one in the city…
