The cabin was nice enough, I did see some housekeeping issues but nothing major. I read before arrival that communication was a problem with owner, and messages sent to him were never returned so you're on your own. The poor reviews on the Hot Tub are VERY accurate. It is old, less than half the jets worked and it was FILTHY. It had what I can only guess was dead skin particulate, and the water was so murky you could not see the bottom. It also did not have any treatment chemicals used to clean it. If you want a small cabin that is close to attractions, then rent away, but if a hot tub is a deciding factor as it was for us, then run away fast and far!

This property wasn't cheap and I had planned this trip to take my family to Dollywood for Easter weekend. I tried to message them twice about extending Sunday (Easter) since I wanted to make my fam brunch and heard zero back. Then when I saw the weather was going to be bad that weekend I was thankful that I chose a property specifically with a hot tub for that very reason. I noticed a March review that stated the hot tub seemed unusable so I, again, messaged the owner about it and heard zero! I know things happen but communicating to a customer who is paying you a significant amount of money is crucial. The property was great but because of the "don't give a crap" attitude about concerns, I will not book here again.

The hot tub was completely unusable. When we removed the cover to the hot tub we were immediately overwhelmed with the smell of mold/mildew. At first, we thought maybe it had just been awhile since it had been used or that the smell was coming from the cover itself. However after allowing the hot tub to run awhile we noticed a film in the bottom of the inside. The hot tub actually had mildew or mold growing in it! The smell filled the cabin after only having the tub running 30-45 min so much so that we could not sit in the bedrooms. The outside of the hot tub was also broken. There was also trash outside behind the cabin, their were dirty dishes in the cabinet, and ants all over it the kitchen counter. Also only one day of the games in the game room worked. I attempted to reach the owners several times during our stay, but no one ever responded or attempted to contact me. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. I do not recommend.

My family and I love this house. It had plenty of space for our group. It's in a convenient location, the bed was just right, not too soft nor hard. It was clean! I have to say it is one of my favorite houses in Tennessee. We will definitely rent the home again.

Very convenient location. The lay out is different but not a problem with us. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again!

Quant and clean. The cabin was small and cozy but plenty of room for four adults and two children. The game room was a hit, beds were comfortable, well stocked essentials, and very clean. Quick drive to Pigeon Forge and surrounding attractions. Would stay again for sure.

Appears to be an older home that was recently remodeled and updated. interior is very cabin like and exterior has a cabin feel as well. very cozy, private, and quiet even thought in a residential area with neighbors on both sides. The location was very accessible and convenient. Plenty of space for a couple or small family. Nice back porch with hot tub and view of the pond. Only drawback for me was the firmness of the bed however, not a major turn off. Marked this one as a favorite and hope to visit again soon.

Cabin was very nice and exactly as pictured. Very close to attractions, with short driving distances to entertainment/food. The neighborhood it was in could use some cleaning up though.

We had a short window booking.. treated us like a criminal. had to come do extra paperwork since we didnt give them 2 weeks notice.. so we had to drive into heart of traffic to sign by a certain time, and then cruise all the way out instead of the normal check in process. then when we got to the cabin, which we paid a very high cleaning fee for for one night!!! There was hair in the bed(S) (obvious they dont change bedding) and the jacuzzi tub had hair still stuck in the intake and around all the jets nozels it had never been cleaned.. we wouldnt even use it.. the table and chairs still had food on it from the previous guests counters were dirty.. etc.. location was great! view was great! the cleaning crew... not great! they would not work with us for even a discount on not being able to use the amenities and having to sleep in strangers sheets. if a nice clean bed is a must for you like it is for us.. I would recommend looking elsewhere

I specifically rented this cabin for the hot tub and air hockey table but neither of them worked which was very disappointing. We also didn’t find the host to be very responsive or friendly. The cabin itself was nice but I wouldn’t recommend it if you are wanting a hot tub and a fully operational game room.

Very quiet and not a secluded cabin, had neighbors but still felt like we had privacy. Kids loved the game room. Very nice place for kids. Overall a great stay! Will definitely stay again

When there was a power outage he responded promptly to let us know it was neighborhood wide and would be restored shortly. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Check in was easy, I love the location as it’s not far from hustle and bustle and doesn’t include scaling the side of a mountain. Game room and pull out beds were perfect for the kids and bathrooms in each room plus a main one came in handy. Would rent again!

The cabin was cute, hot tub did not work as it should,all the jets were not running like they should. The hot tub said it was 104 degrees but that was not the case. Barley had any hot water when taking a shower,some of the games in the game room didn't work. I will not be back to this cabin. No cable, I wish they would advertise that before hand. It's not worth your money!

Property was very nice. The mattress on both beds were very hard, and couldn’t get normal stations on the tv because I assume it was all streaming networks.
