Nestled in Ono Island, this attractive house for $907 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Mediterranean 201W is a Gulf Front 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath corner condo on the 2nd floor. *** There is work being done by the HOA on the units on the other side of this condo building. It is painting and balcony railing work so there should not be a lot of noise. We have already adjusted the rates for the inconvenience and it will be reflected in the lower booking totals. *** Mediterranean 201 West is a luxury condo unit available for rent in the beachfront Mediterranean at Perdido Key condominium. This unit was just recently remodeled with new flooring, paint, furniture, and more! It has 4 bedrooms and a sleeping capacity of 9 guests. Spectacular views of the Gulf from the floor to ceiling windows and wraparound balcony will simply take your breathe away. The condominium building itself offers amazing amenities, and our unit is sure to be everything you could need and more for a fabulous vacation. To make cooking, eating, and entertaining a breeze, the condo features a gourmet kitchen with wine cooler, double-sided sub-zero refrigerator, and stainless steel appliances. The large, comfortable living room offers views from every angle, as well as a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom also has a gorgeous beach view, with a king bed and a large bathroom. There are 3 more guest bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a queen and a twin bed. All bedrooms have their own private, attached bathrooms, and this condo can accommodate up to 9 guests! With a vacation to the beach, what could be better than ideal beach access?! Mediterranean is located directly on the pristine white beaches of Perdido Key. Walk right down the private boardwalk and enjoy! Play in the sand, boogie board in the waves, collect seashells... the possibilities for adventure are endless! If pure relaxation is what you desire, lay in a beach chair, soak up the sun, and experience true tranquility to the sounds of the Gulf. On-site at Mediterranean is also a fabulous pool, that connects to both indoors and outdoors. The kids will love playing in the pool while the adults can watch and relax from the pool chairs, or join in on the fun! Mediterranean offers an awesome meeting room in the complex with a full kitchen and tables/chairs. This is the perfect spot for any meeting or family gathering during your stay! Booked just prior to our stay. Communication with the renting agency was above and beyond. Condo is huge and would be perfect for a large family. Was hesitant about staying next to The Flora-Bama but even that was perfect. It was like having a private concert while sitting on the beach. Also, the Worship on the Water was amazing!! Several delicious restaurants within walking distance (and Waffle House!) Already planning next year.

This was the perfect condo for 4 couples. It was much larger than we anticipated. From the balcony on 3 sides, to the private baths for each room, this was a great getaway for us. The in-room ice maker and wet bar was a great bonus. Already looking forward to next year! We barely left the area, with the FloraBama, Ole River Grill and Yacht Club adjacent, there was no need unmet! Waffle House was a late night fave for this group as well!

Prickett Properties was always available to help with tv connections and remotes, appliances that did not work or needed replacing as well as numerous issues we had while we were at this lovely condo for three weeks. This was a new listing for VRBO and the new owner was not aware of the many problems we experienced. The rental agency took care of our many requests .

We really enjoyed our stay but please fix the oven and dishwasher. We cook during our vacations and the kitchen was one of the reasons for picking this property. The top oven wouldn't get above 82 and the dishwasher didn't clean well. Everything else was awesome and very comfortable!!
